    Roads surfaced last during early Soviet times.... You may find some between holes. Just awful. Views are nice Decay omnipresent

    Lovely outlook over the water. A great place for a picnic. There is a bench bit no toilet facilities. The air is clean and the views wonderful for the area. You can see far down the river to churches built along it. There is no water available so bring your own and you can have a fire. A must to go and relax and enjoy the views.
