Dropped in for a no-gi intermediate 1.5 hr class. The instructor was very welcoming and taught the class in English for his guests, which was very much appreciated. Very technical and detailed instructions. He teaches in a way that makes it easy to understand complex moves. All the athletes were very friendly and respectful. Would recommend to any visitors - its a safe and clean place to train. Thanks for having me
