Definitelt not recommend. DO NOT come to this place. Very rude attitude. The workers are really rude. They use really bad body language and they are throwing everything to our desk. No smile nothing. They are not speaking english or german. Just they speak their own language and this makes everything more difficult. Do not come to this motel

No attention at all for us as a customer. In terms of food, besides meat, there was only fries. These fries were soggy and still tasted raw. The meat was good, hence the 2 star. Both taking the order and processing the payment took a long time (it wasn't even busy)

If you want to have the worst treatment from the owner this is the place for you . No customer service at all. We ordered roasted lamb which was cold and not to standards of roasted lamb. Once we asked to do something about it. The owner came out fuming and ready to fight. Not even thinking to fix the situation. Staff was not even cleaning the table or asking what we want to drink. Worst service ever.

Summer 2022: The Konak Motel/Restaurant is a nice place if you want to stay in Dubrovnik as it is only 30 minutes over the border to Croatia. The beds are comfy and the air conditioning is working good. The personal is nice and they try their best to make things happen. Payment in Euro is possible and if you ask nicely they will even exchange some euros to konvertible mark. The price is very good and affordable, the breakfast is very tasty with very(!!) good espresso. The restaurant is nicely renovated and very open and spacious. Some of the servers only speak some English but they will try their absolute best to make you happy. If you have something specific they will get the receptionist who will speak very good English and will help you out with ordering. The food is just delicious and cooked well. It is traditional and regional cusine. Everything is fresh and made from scratch. You can even see the lamb roasting over the coals, which I would recommend. Prices are very affordable - around 10-15 Euros per person including drinks. I can recommend the red house wine as it is very good. If you are looking for some local and honest cusine this is your place to be. Summer 2023 The restaurant is still awesome and very good and tasty. The quality and experience were as expected from our previous experience. We had a great, attentive and professional server who made sure we were happy and had everything we could ask for. And she spoke great English. We had the Herzegovina plate for a late lunch and on the second occasion just the regular omelette and bread with jam breakfast. Everything was cooked well and plated nicely. The espresso is good. Prices did not change and you can have a nice meal for 10-15 euros per person. They accept credit card as well as euros or convertible mark. Can't wait to come back.

I could give 5 stars for the wine and service, but the meat was sheep (big one) not lamp as we order, very tasty although.

The food was served in 5 min, which we found strange and jet to realize that no even one dish is ok. Teleca corba is something like potate soup, teleci medaljoni in red sous, both salads unseasoned, ljuta pecena undone, potato undon…. really bad. Ok didn’t eat pecenje because they run out of it and they are famous for it, but it was disaster.

Not Hilton quality but also price is other category 😁. To find better offer for this money, would be a really challenge. The crew kind and helpfull, the meals big and tasty for very competitive prices. Of course, if I wanted, I would find a reason to mak some negatíve remarks - but as I wrote, for this money it is more than satifying! It's my pleasure to give 5*.

The food is excellent. The staff and owners are great people. Here you can eat a wonderful meat from Lamb and Veal. It is not expensive. Overall experience is 10/10. Every recommendation!

Staff was unpolite and the plate with veal and lamb was more fat and bones than meet.Also the meet was tough.We came hear looking specifically at Google rank, but better to pass this place and go to Trebinje in Studenac.
