Spent a week here through Crystal. Really impressed with everything. Picked up equipment from the hotel store, and piste is right outside the door. Food was very good - a mix of local dishes and things like pizzas, burgers etc. We went half board. Very good breakfasts and good selection. Half board evening meal options were limited to three choices per night, so I would probably do self catering in future where you have access to the whole menu. (Not sure we saved much going HB rather than just paying every night). Staff were outstanding. Fantastic service and very friendly. Hotel is brand new and rooms are modern and comfortable. There's around 45k of pistes so much smaller than many alpine resorts, but should be enough for most people for a week. Good snow and almost no queues, even in half term week. The slope running past the hotel is a fairly flat path to the chair lifts so even near beginners will be able to ski in and out. Did a trip into Sarajevo which was interesting. Only downsides - not loads to do in resort away from skiing and hotel is a long walk (1.5k) to the centre. Smoking in bars and restaurants took me back a few years, and the kids didn't like it (Snowflakes!) Overall very good.

The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. Hotel apartment is modern and clean with excellent view and access to the pistes. Fridge, oven and dishwasher were useful. I am gluten free and vegetarian and the hotel made dishes off-menu to accommodate this. Food was of a good standard, breakfast was particularly delicious. However, not many vegan options. Live evening music was pleasant. The pistes are better for post-beginner and intermediate levels, which was fine for me and my dad but our two friends who were beginners struggled. I was completely happy with the experience but if you’re a learner skier and/or vegan, maybe not so much.

We stayed here for a week when Skiing, fantastic location, Ski right to the door! Staff are great and friendly. It is a very new Hotel only opened at the end of December 22. The food isn’t buffet style you order of the menu when you are half bored. This can be a little bit restrictive if you have any dietary requirements. Overall, a fantastic first time experience of Bosnia.

What a fantastic holiday! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are perfect, the restaurant is so cosy and ultra stylish. The staff cannot do enough for you, exceptional service, particularly in the restaurant - I’m a vegetarian and was preparing myself to have limited choices, but every night I was given off menu choices that were all delicious. Extra special shout out to Sasha in the boot room, absolute star, made us laugh everyday! Skiing is the best I’ve experienced, hotel is situated on a run so ski in ski out in the truest sense! Will be returning without a doubt

Four of us had one week’s half board accommodation from 26/3/23 via Crystal Ski. Our 3 bedroom apartment was light, airy and comfortable. The room facilities were good & service was impeccable. Meals were generous and of good quality. Sincere thanks to Danka and all her team whose hospitality was second to none. For intermediate / advanced skiers the location between pistes 3 and 6 is convenient. Equipment can be hired from the integral rental shop on the ground floor. The nearest mini mart is less than 10 minutes walk and there is an ATM at the hotel Lavina, which is just across the road. Aparthotel Rajska accepts card payments in its restaurant-bar but the ski cafes and mini mart we visited were cash only. Free wifi was available in our apartment and (with a different code) in the bar. Our UK mobile providers offered no travel deal / bolt on for Bosnia so the wifi was a lifeline. Jahorina is surrounded by beautiful mountains and the skiing is good. We had a fantastic experience despite most of the lifts being closed during our stay (gondolas ran every day). Sarajevo airport is just 45 minutes away by car / coach and the city is well worth a visit.

We stayed here last week on a package ski holiday through Crystal Ski. If you are staying on a half board package, I suggest asking what is included as things like coffee in the morning is not included. This is not the hotel's fault, it is Crystal ski who need to sort out expectations and make things clear for guests. The staff and accommodation are amazing. Location is exactly 'ski in ski out', beautiful views of the mountain. The building is only a couple of years old, so very stylish and modern. TVs and internet in every room, nice quality furniture, kitchen and good shower. The beds are hard so if you like a soft bed sleep on the sofa bed! But if you have drank enough Raki its fine! The restaurant and bar are great. Miljan, Vladamir, Goran and the others are such nice guys and really look after you. Ski hire is dealt with by Sasha, who was brilliant. Such a character. The a la carte menu is extensive and the food is freshly cooked and good quality, and very reasonable prices. Rooms cleaned most days with fresh towels. I hope to return again one day.

Our group had adults, kids, experienced skiers and beginners. Don’t look at any other hotel in Bosnia. The hotel, every member of staff, food, skiing - all absolutely amazing (including a surprise birthday cake for our 14 year old). We can’t thank you enough and looking forward to next year.

Spent a week here on our first skiing holiday with my group of friends. All the staff made us feel very welcome and helped us all throughout our stay. The food and the atmosphere at the restaurant was amazing and the ability to ski in and ski out made the whole holiday much more enjoyable. can’t wait to come back next ski season

I stayed in a hotel with my family in june this year. I want to praise all of the stuff in the hotel, especially hotel manager Danka. All of them were very kind and helpful. Comodation was absolutely perfectly clean and comfortable with modern furniture. Especially want to emphasize the fact that the view is absolutely adorable. From the window you can see the top of the mountain. We also give all the praise to the cook, because all the food was delicous and fresh. We recommend this comodation to all of you. The most sincere recommendations for Aparthotel Rajska. The apartment where my husband and I stayed had a beautiful view of the mountain peaks and was extremely clean, modern and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. Wellness and spa in the facility contributed to the complete pleasure. The food in the restaurant is delicious, and the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the manager of the hotel, Danka, who made our stay very pleasant.
