When we came we were booking the best and most expensive villa they have which was on the river and we already paid by visa, then when we arrived the villa that we had booked and paid for it was rented to other people, and we were not compensated but were treated badly .. It will be our last time in this resort and I don't recommend people to come to this resort

The lake is very dirty, Many things are already out of order. The grass is not cut.

A wonderful resort in terms of location, atmosphere, and equipment, but it has been noticed that the level of service and maintenance has decreased in the recent period

What a great place to visit specially with friends and family, it was back in 2019 when I first visited this resort and actually I can't wait until I get back there.
