Stid i sram da bude osoblje ovog objekta!!! Prijestolnica Bosne i Hercegovine, internacionalni aerodrom pa zar tu ne treba da vlada ljubaznost i fin pristup ljudima? Onda se čude zašto narod ide iz države.. Žalosno!!

Do yourself a favour and buy iced coffee before coming to the airport and drink it on the bench somewhere. Dirty glasses are being served. The order is never served in full. Don't have lemonade or fresh orange juice. The attitute is disatisfactory. Prices are OK-ish for an airport coffee station but the quality is not. Hope they give this place to some other coffee business.

Terrible service .Waiters with really bad attitudes. I guess waiters just don’t want to work at all. Coffee, sandwiches and croissants were ok but just don’t worth it. I’m not gonna come close this place again

Çalışanlar kesinlikle hırsızlık yapıyor , Euro olarak ödeme yapmak isteyince yüksek hesap çıkartıyorlar. Servis rezalet ,Ya yok diyorlar ya da masaya getirmiyorlar. Kavga çıkarmak için ellerinden gelini yaptılar ve tehdit edildik. Ülkeye bir sonraki gelişimizde adli makamlara şikayet edeceğiz. Kesinlikle uzak durun.

Topla cokolada? Nemamo, kava bez kofeina? Nemamo, Caj od sipka? Nemamo. Pa od cega imate? Kamilica, menta i zeleni. Daj mi mentu. Dobijem zelenu bez meda i bez limuna... Za 4km. Hrane vam je nestalo prije 5 sati. Sramota ste!

Katastrofalno osoblje,brutalne cijene očajna kafa...

Don't come to this place. The waiter (a bold guy) was extremely rude because we asked if they accept credit cards and if they had wifi (things are completely normal if you consider that you are in an international airport), he was aggressive. He replied terribly to another guest because they wanted to order something that they did have. I don't understand why this man and his partner are working here if it's obvious that they hate their jobs.

Bald waiter was the rudest waiter i have ever seen. Why work in an airport if you dislike foreigners? We asked if they accepted card just to make sure (despite the clear Mastercard/visa sign they display), the guy angrily said only cash, then we asked for the wifi password (the do have a network and airport wifi only last 60mins) and he got absolutely mad because we made too many questions and started SHOUTING at us. He also got angry at the table next to us because they only asked for a coffee Of course, we just left without consuming anything.
