Hotel
room
was
full
of
big
cockroaches,
employees
in
the
morning
forgot
my
wakeup
call,
i
woke
up
1h
before
my
flight
departure.
By
check
out
I
complained,
but
obviously
no
one
understood
english,
or
they
did
it
on
purpose
knowing
the
place
is
infestred.
No
reply
on
E-mails,
check-in
took
45min
because
they
told
me
they
were
full
and
an
employee
did
a
mistake.
Because
I
booked
the
second
highest
class
they
found
something
in
the
end.
Dammage:
More
than
300€,
not
a
single
excuse,
even
after
2
weeks
And
yes,
I
had
so
much
to
hurry
in
the
morning
that
i
just
filled
a
plasticsac
with
my
trash,
and
i
put
old
clothes
in
it
that
i
replaced
in
Banja
Luka.
I'm
sorry
that
You
didn't
understand
me,
and
that
i
didn't
had
time
to
ask
where
ti
put
the
trash
down.
And
i'm
also
sorry
that
i
left
more
than
the
half
of
a
bottle
of
a
swiss
speciality
after
a
week
in
the
fridge,
else
I
left
the
room
cleaner
than
it
was.
What
would
you
have
done
in
maybe
60min
till
your
flight
departure?
I
should
have
drunk
it
on
the
way
to
airport
while
i
was
screaming
to
the
taxi
driver
to
hurry
up,
especially
after
that
bad
experiences.
So
yes
I
was
that
much
drunken
all
the
time...
I
spent
a
week
in
Bosnia
because
the
Mother
of
a
closefriend
was
dying,
we
had
the
firstev
ening
a
sip
and
after
that
I
didn't
even
have
a
beer.
Not
even
Rakia
I
have
to
say.
Maybe
the
Owners
had
too
much
of
it.
No
wellcome,
poor
service,
not
a
single
smile.
The
fist
time
i
felt
something
like
racism
as
a
swiss
man
travelling.
I'ts
not
an
international
hotel,
most
of
employees
react
disrespectful
when
they
don't
understand
English
and
notice
you
are
not
from
there.
Only
the
lady
that
worked
at
night
was
very
fluent
in
English
and
provided
a
good
service
like
It
should
be
in
a
4*
hotel.
I
worked
in
a
4*
Grande
Hôtel
in
Switzerland,
I
know
it's
not
comparable.
But
here
we
have
much
better
1*
Hotels
and
even
Hostels
that
provide
a
minimum
of
service
and
don't
only
see
you
as
an
enemy.
But
my
prename
is
Milan,
verry
common
in
Bosnia,
and
because
I
didn't
understand
their
language
maybe
I
got
this
treatment.
And
i
know
where
I
have
been,
the
picture
is
from
the
bathroom
at
2am
with
a
big
bug
i
managed
to
catch.
(That
much
i
was
drunk
that
night)
They
are
really
fast.
And
then
there
were
at
least
2
others
more.
I
was
wondering
that
I
was
even
able
to
sleep
in
like
that.
So
yes
I
hope
after
seeing
your
lies
that
you
really
cleaned
and
desinfested
that
place
for
a
week.
Here
in
Switzerland
we
would
close
such
hotels
for
some
weeks.
And
thank
you
very
much
for
your
nice
reply
here
and
lying
about
customers.
This
is
what
you
will
get
as
an
international
traveller
in
your
Hotel.
But
to
react
on
friendly
e-mails
i
wrote
twice
it
was
not
possible
to
react
on
it.
And
i
didn't
get
any
information
or
bill
from
the
travel
agency
about
the
cleaning
or
a
fee
for
some
days.
I
can
only
recommend:
Book
an
apartment
for
1/4
of
the
price
you
will
pay
there
and
have
twice
the
comfort
you
will
have
there.
I
spent
my
last
night
in
BankaLuka
because
of
the
spa
and
the
wake
up
call.
Spa.
But
don't
call
it
spa
and
wake
up
call
didn't
work.
I
could
only
hope
that
if
i
had
only
hand
luggage
than
the
bigger
bag
that
I
dont
need
to
check
in
it
could
work,
taxi
takes
30min.
That's
why
i
throw
old
clothes
and
a
jacket
already
in
this
bag
and
left
it
in
the
room.
I'm
really
sorry
about
that
and
that
it
take
you
some
days
to
move
a
bag
from
a
room
to
the
trash.
But
i
understood
now
this
is
the
mentality
of
how
your
hotel
is
working
on
general.
