ReplikArt had a rare knife in stock for retail price, but shipping to USA was unavailable. I emailed the owner and asked if he would be willing to add a USA shipping option, and he obliged, personally sending pictures of the knife being packaged. Excellent customer service, Krunoslav went above and beyond.
