Place definitely not for foreigners! We really liked the ambient atmosphere from the beginning, shortly after our order, 3 tables coming after us got their orders. When I asked waiter where is our order, I got answer these guest are coming regularly so they are served first. I never experienced so rude behaviour in any kind of restaurant/ pub/ bar. Local guest got served first because they are coming regularly even if we came 1 hour earlier. It’s nice place but not for next visit and I’m not recommending it. All guest should be treated equally regardless their nationality, time of arrival or any other factors!!! It’s not the first time I’ve experienced this kind of behaviour in this city and I really don’t get the point of it. Worst service ever !!!

The service at this place is soooo baaad. I came by when it was raining and the staff was forcing me to leave my umbrella unattended on the outside road. They said that i cannot enter wet because they have expensive wooden floor?? The staff gave me the look and such. What a way to ruin the night. The selection of wines is not that great either. The place has potential but until the manager replaces the waiters i recommend this place be avoided.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Waiter is grumpy, pour you any oxidated wine he has open for days , don’t explain anything about it but send you a bill of a decent / expensive wine. An authentic trap.

We‘ve been there with some friends and have been enjoying the evening until the waiter suggested us a bottle of wine -according to him-very tasty. So far we knew the average prices of what we ordered and trusted the suggestion of the waiter. Unfortunately it was a huge mistake because we found out( too late ) that he sold the most expensive bottle in the whole bar (150€) a ridiculous price specially in Sarajevo. We asked to talk to the manager and the lady in charge of the place pretended she was not the manager, ignored us and continued checking her phone. The 3 waiters came up with excuses such as: “ we cannot tell our clients the costs of the wine otherwise they feel offended” (really never heard such a nonsense)! Overall a very bad experience especially because my friends and I felt as the ‘stupid foreigners’ that it’s ok to cheat. This attitude towards foreigners is exactly what ruins the reputation of the entire city and the local tourism sector. No one apologised as what happened was perfectly normal!

One of the best places downtown Sarajevo!!!! It is especially beautiful during the summer!!! Hreat service and excellent selection of wines!

The service is extremely unprofessional. We ordered mixed platter and we got one small platter with ridiculous amount of cheapest cheese and meat for high price. They charged us two platters, one with 6 pieces of thin beef prosciutto of low quality and second with 3 kind of cheap cheese and they charged it 22€. Add on this very rude personnel and level of quality I recommend you avoid this place.

This place was a huge deception. We love good wine and look for wine bars whenever we go to a wine country. When I go to a wine bar I expect some professionalism and knowledge about wine. Instead I was made fun of by drunken customers at the bar when I asked the waitress to recommend me a good glas of local wine... . Since my friend and I came in, we seemed to be a source of joy for them. That's all good, but when after an hour of waiting and not being served a second glas I go to the bar to order something myself, but can't even do that without enduring offences, I really start wondering why I would pay good money for such a lousy experience..... Sarajevo has lots to offer. Don't have your mood, time and cash ruined by going here.

Very cosy and beautiful bar, friendly owner. But no menu to consult type of wine and prices,I prefare to have one and then, take time too choose. Wine was good, but the mixed platters, too pricy for the quality and quantity.. I I'm sure there is many other wine bar.. I won't go back

Good selection of local wines. Although the bartender wasn't warm at first, he charmed us in the end. Like most bars, it was very smoky. We enjoyed the decor. You can order Italian food from the restaurant next door to be brought into the wine bar.

What happened to this place??? It was once a classy wine bar with soft jazz music, polite waiters/sommeliers and a serious list of wines. Yesterday they gave us supermarket wine of their choice (they had it open...), cheep dance music on background (!) and some plane meze (also no longer pork stuff) for astonishing 57BAM! What a shame...
