Bedienung nicht bemüht, Kellner sitzen um die Theke ,rauchen an der Bar bedienen weder Terrasse noch umliegend die Bartische. Für das was sie anbieten und wie sie sich präsentieren als 5 Sterne Hotel, überteuert verdreckt, Massen Abfertigung Kaputte Zimmer ,dreckige Zimmer , Rund herum im Hotel Abzocke pur für balkanische Verhältnisse eine Schande das Niveaulose Angebot und Verhalten

Hills is definitely not a five star hotel. I would it give it a 3.5 star max. It’s an old hotel that doesn’t feel modern at all. The rooms are big& spacious. No iron in the room. The ac wasn’t working properly. The view was nice from our room. House keeping was good. Cleanliness was average. The worst part for me was the breakfast. The quality of the food was really poor although there is a big selection. The location of the breakfast restaurant is horrible, it’s dark like a dungeon, chairs were dirty. It’s a shame that you have to eat your breakfast indoor in the dark. I definitely didn’t fly all the way from Dubai escaping the summer heat to be trapped in a dungeon for breakfast. We asked the hotel to pay for just bed without breakfast but they informed us that they they only have bed & breakfast option.

not a 5 star hotel, maybe 3 stars, rooms not clean but nice size , no ironer and towel was dirty and the cleaners dnt clean the rooms and tables stay dirty , the food for breakfast is really bad , looks like a lot but actually isnt , the staff at the restaurant are very rude and speak in a rude way and the food is okay not the best ,the hotel looks promising and fancy from outside but actually isnt, i would not recommend if you want a luxury experience this is everything but luxury, people in the reviews who say this is 5 star clearly havent been to an actual 5 star hotel . Location is nice its close to airport but other than that there were a lot of bad stuffb. AC in the room does not work and they provide NOTHING in bathroom, just shampoo and conditioner . To be honest would not come here again

Due to the reviews of all previous users, my boyfriend and I decided to spend the weekend at the hotel Hill thermal spa. Since the water in the pools was cooler, and the water in the Jacuzzi was lukewarm, we considered the option of going to the spa to see what was on offer. The workers took us to the spa and told us to go around everything quickly and that it was no problem. We went to all the rooms and wanted to go to the front desk to get tickets because we liked it. Halfway through we were met by a worker who was very unhelpful and who attacked us for not coming back after 5 minutes(we stay 8 minutes) . This disappointed us and offended us, because we did not come to the spa for free. As a consumer, I don't deserve to be treated like that.

Das Hotel ist recht gut zu erreichen. Natürlich mit dem Auto. Es gibt einen gigantischen Parkplatz. Ich hatte ein Standardzimmer, was circa 85€ kostet. Aber dafür hat man circa 40 m2 mit Balkon. Dort darf auch geraucht werden. Der Ausblick ist wirklich atemberaubend. Die Größe des Hotels wird einem einfach auch klar, weil zb am 29.7.2023 sechs Hochzeiten parallel statt fanden. Das Hotel bietet natürlich auch einen Weddingplaner etc. Wer in Sarajevo Luxus erleben will, dem kann ich das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!!

That a fantastic hotel location near the center area and airport. During the night time you can walk around to discover more places with the night view. Breakfast was good and lot of variety. All room are pretty huge clean and tidy. Room view was fantastic and feel relax with peaceful during the stay. Coach parking, mini market 10 min walk, restaurants was available surrounding the hotel. Bar, restaurants, vending machine, gym and swimming pool is available at the hotel. That a WiFi free for all guests. Luggage storage is available for hotel guest. Wheelchair accessible to the hotel.

The worst experience I had.. First of all the breakfast is very bad the only food they had was egg and it was disgusting and has shells inside I felt I will vomit, I had to eat breakfast outside and paid money for nothing. In addition our room were dirty and has spiders everywhere. The air conditioning was very bad I couldn’t sleep because of the hot weather. Also, the receptionist was very rude with us, it is not like we came for free I do not understand why they were rude, I booked for a 5 star hotel but what I got is a very bad experience. There is a DSCO in the hotel and I couldn’t sleep because of the loud music, and many people staying in the hotel had the same problem. I came from the airport tired and I needed to sleep but I couldn’t. The worst hotel, dirty and with rude stuff. No iron and no safety, the doors doesn’t have a locker. People who gave this hotel a good rating are weird and this might be there first time traveling. Don’t come to this horrible hotel. There is not even one advantage I can say about this hotel. I would give it 0/10. This would be my first and last time.

The room we got on the 10th floor had a superb view. It's huge and clean but not very well maintained. There was a tear in the sofa, the bathtub had a panel broken and detached from its housing. And the lighting is quite insufficient.

Kurz und knapp: es wird nicht das geliefert was angepriesen wird. Hotel ist ein fünf Sterne Hotel in Sichtweite des Flughafens und die Flugzeuge fliegen quasi am Hotel vorbei. Relativ laute Umgebung. Außenanlagen nicht gepflegt, das zugehörige Freibad ebenfalls nicht. Viele Gegenstände dort nicht in Funktion. Spa Bereiche ebenfalls mittlerweile heruntergekommen und ungepflegt. Duschen funktionieren dort nicht, Eisbecken außer Betrieb usw. Restaurant und das Frühstücksbüffet absolut fünf Sterne würdig und sehr gut. Es gibt bei der Verpflegung nichts auszusetzen. Zimmer sind katastrophal für ein fünf Sterne Haus. Hatten mehrere Zimmer gebucht und konnten so vergleichen. Preise sind für die dortigen Verhältnisse sehr hoch. Zimmer nicht gründlich gereinigt, Zimmertür, Balkontür und Duschen beschädigt und schwergängig. Es wurde versucht die Fehler zu beheben, was jedoch nicht zufriedenstellend gelangt. Resümee: Der Preis für das Hotel rechtfertigt nicht für das Gebotene.

Rooms are big and comfortable, and the bed is wonderful. However, the furniture is worn and does mot really correspond 5 star quality. Same goes for the facilities, max 3,5star rating. Breakfast was very nice.

Went to this hotel for the last days of our vacation to relax, but unfortunately it didn't worked out. When we arrived at the room, the first thing we noticed was that the room had not been cleaned very well. I am someone who values ​​hygiene very much and I checked the bed. I felt the sheets were wet on the sides and then pulled the sheet up to look at the mattress and saw a silverfish on the mattress and was shocked. Because sheets were wet and damp, this happened. We did get another room that was bigger, but I didn't sleep well because it made me feel bad. At the reception they were very friendly, but for me it was already ruined. In our room the wifi did not work. 5 stars hotel and wifi is not working well?? In the living room we had a sofa that I never sat on because it looked dirty. I think that you should regularly have the sofas cleaned because it was very clear that this is not done. Breakfast was good, there is something for everyone. There was a place for kids to play that our kid liked. I would not come to this hotel again. It is a old hotel and there were many old items that need to be replaced and the most important reason is hygiene that is not in order for me.

Positive: Very nice rooms! Nice pool! Neutral: The Hotel is far from the City Center. You always need to take a taxi if you are not with the car. Negative: Some of the people that work in the Bar/ Restaurant are very unprofessional and slow. I paid for food and had to leave as I was not expecting that it would take 25 min to just make a Soup. The man dinner I just paid for and didn't even get it served. Custom Service: some people were nice, others were really simply unprofessional. Note: you will wait 40 minutes just for the waiter to come. Then you see that they just stand in the corner talking with each other and smoking. All in all, I will not go back there again nor will I recommend it to my business partners.

Best place to be..clean & spacious room with balcony.. love everything about this hotel.. the top quality bed, the breakfast, impeccable service, the hair salon which is unbelievably priced. The sea salt sauce which we were not able to try out since we didn't bring along our swimsuits 😅

Room was very spacious and clean, sound proof excellent. However the door lock to room was loose, the shower head could not adjust to other settings and room service has a 30% add on charge of total amount ordered! Kinderland - we took our 10 year old son at 9.31pm knowing it closes at 10pm. The lady on the door didn’t want my son to go in stating they were closing at that moment, I challenged her and she let him in without a fee. Her attitude however was rude. Kinderland cafe - so after my son went in to play, my family then wanted to have a drink… only to be told it was closed. Again I challenged and she actually said No, it’s her choice/decision! I don’t feel this high rated hotel deserves its 4 star rating. I won’t stay again

The room was perfectly clean. The biggest plus is that they have safes in rooms so you can keep your valuables safe when you're out. One more plus, smoking in rooms is not allowed. I think they are overpricing damages but that's their thing. I loved the small corner in the bathroom which I have a picture to post for. There are small balconies which is also a plus for those who smoke. There are spa services for everyone who's interested. Overall, good experience.

Great 5* hotel in Sarajevo, the airport is very close and it has many pools so it's perfect for families because there is also a wellness and spa for guests free of charge, except for the massage. There is no Uber but the taxis are cheap so it's easy to get to the centre in case you get bored of pools and wellness.

This visit was business nature to Sports and Congress hall. The hall of this luxurious hotel is an impressive space, sophisticated venue designed for conferences, meetings, and formal events. It features high-tech audiovisual equipment, elegant decor and comfortable seating to accommodate large gatherings. It is versatile area designed for recreational activities also.

When I first got my room the curtain immediately detached and fell off, tried to change my room but could only do so the next day. When they transported my bags to the next room they cracked it open and when I informed them they said that they don’t have evidence that they did it. Rooms have mirrors on top of the beds which I find very strange. Toilet cover was broken and replaced with a mismatched one and the tub was cracked. Breakfast was very chaotic. Busy and cold. They try to remove everything right when clock strikes ten, even saw an employee snatching a tea bag from a visitor’s hand. Wouldn’t stay there again… Very busy and cannot accommodate large crowds.

It appears that the customer service at this place is inconsistent, with more negative experiences than positive ones. Issues with hot water and a non-functional floor heater were not properly addressed. On a positive note, the rooms were clean. However, it's evident that this hotel doesn't live up to a 5-star rating.

We were not in hotel but came from nearby hotel to spa center and pools ,all people we encountered were more than polite to show us what and where so we had great 5 days ,price for 3 of us was 21 BAM per day so very much ok for time we spent there relaxing

Good location if you are not planning to to to city centre.. Not sure Why they sent 10 euro/person Pick up at the airport when in reality is 5 euro (total with suitcases) taxi ride. Waiters nit so interested... in an empty restoran to come to us for 10min..they saw us before.. Food quality more of a 2-3 star hotel in general..some sesoanal veggies cooked from frozen, and not seasoned with anything..breakfast good but same..no luxury. Plus is they have non dairy Milk. Dont order salmon from a la carte menu. Somebody made a crime over it...deep fried, fried (overcooked), came with siracha (?!)and not safron sauce as it should according to the menu. We were in a rush so did not have time to complaint. Dont put it on a menu if you dont know how to cook it! And if you can't serve part, tell! I love it is not allowed to smoke on restouran. And baklava od something you need to try. Rooms nice, big, but need some rennovation. Our shower was a bit broken, couch and sofa need a clean up. I did not enjoy so hard mattress but would sad this is up to someones preferences. One thing we really hated was the smell od the cigaretes comming from ventilation system. For the price, i would say top pricy. But not 5 star..maybe bosnian 5* yes🤷

Rooms are big,clean and beautiful designed.Restaurant's are great and food is outstanding. Swimming pools indoor/outdoor are heated so Winter time will not stop you from swimming. This place deserve 5 star rating 👍

Very nice staff and a lot of stuff to do with the children. You can go to the pool, spa and a huge playground. The food was domestic and very good. I can recommend it for a trip with the children and we will come again in the future.

I was fortunate to stay here during the Para-Volleyball world championships that were being held on site at the hotel. Coming from Canada I thought the hotel offered great service, the room was beautiful and large with amazing house keeping, and I cannot say enough about my spa experience. The staff at the spa were all incredibly courteous, friendly and always looking to help make the experience better. I had 3 massages from a masseuse named Elma, who was absolutely wonderful. She did an amazing job. She listened attentively to my needs and tailored each massage to what I was looking for, whether therapeutic or relaxation. The spa was incredible with so many healing rooms, saunas and various showers. The finish sauna was my favorite. If you stay at this hotel make sure to visit the spa and get a treatment from Elma. Thank you to all the amazing hotel and spa staff.

The room was very big and it had everything you needed. The pools are great (haven’t been to the indoor one though). The breakfast is good but could be better. The spa is really nice with many saunas to choose from. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, I could see footsteps from someone else and the mirror was dirty when I tried to take a picture. It didn’t bother me that much since everything else was amazing. Enjoyed my stay and will come back.

Wow. What an amazing hotel, I was honestly amazed at how great this hotel was that offered a lot of things. The spa was great including the swimming pools and steam sauna facilities. Room sizes were really big and the staff were extremely polite. Overall I would say the stay was a 10/10

During the workshop hosted by my organization, we were greeted with such warmth, which continued throughout our stay. Nedim, the web designer, went above and beyond to ensure that everyone received what they required, whether it was directions, recommendations, or assistance with their presentation. I had a great time meeting everyone and socializing, but I could also get a peaceful night's sleep if I desired.

5-star hotel where only rooms deserve 5 stars - large rooms with lot of space, nicely decorated. Very poor breakfast buffet for a 5-star hotel, same every day. Business events are well organized though.

We visited hotel Spa & Wellness for a day. This review is not regarding hotel rooms. Turkish and Roman sauna are not maintained- lots of mold that completely ruined the experience. Details - the whole area could be better maintained, there was no crushed ice, shower hose in womens bathroom is broken spraying water everywhere, there is no option to get eucalyptus for sauna, towels are small...those are the details but important for overall experience. Hospitality is also a downside. Dont expect to be greeted warmly. Staff had informal gathering while on duty and gossiped rudely in front of me about other hotel guests.

Nice room, big meeting rooms, Maintenance needed for bathroom. I would rate this a 3-star hotel. no good coffee. But we found a good coffee place at 5 minutes walk from hotel: Caribou.

No training in customer care. Hotel looks nice, but they don't know how to treat their clients. A private party with a live band was organized on the top floor. They played very loud music, and a lot of costumers gathered late in the evening at the front desk at the lobby to complain they couldn't sleep because of the loud music on top of their heads. This was already at 23.30. However, they just waved the people off, and stated they couldn't do anything about it. Apart from this incident, the staff is very unhelpful and unwilling to help customers when they face some kind of problem. 5 star facility and rooms, 1 star service. Overall not a place I would recommend for 5 star costumers because of this.
