However
we
do
appreciate
the
goodwill
gesture
from
the
boss
that
he
promised
not
to
charge
anything
since
this
was
non-refundable
booking
and
the
girl
on
telephone
who
was
extremely
helpful
and
patient,
although
she
had
finished
her
shift
and
it
was
in
the
middle
of
the
night.
We
made
a
reservation
from
Booking
and
when
we
reached
there
we
were
told
that
there
are
no
rooms
available
as
someone
has
already
booked
a
room
via
telephone.
After
a
long
debate
they
offered
us
a
place
outside
on
a
mountain,
difficult
to
get
there
even
with
a
car
as
the
road
was
not
carpeted.
The
guy
who
took
us
there
didnt
speak
a
word
of
English
and
therefore
we
were
talking
to
someone
on
phone
who
was
extremely
nice
and
translated
everything
to
the
guy.
It
took
a
long
time
to
communicate
the
message
to
the
person
who
took
us
there.
Now
when
we
finally
agreed
to
stay
there
they
guy
wanted
to
hold
our
passports
for
the
night
and
when
we
didnt
agree
as
all
our
details
were
available
on
booking
so
we
decided
to
leave
the
place
and
had
to
explain
this
to
the
person
who
took
us
there
through
the
interpreter
on
phone
and
when
i
told
them
that
i
would
report
this
to
booking
the
boss
arrived
and
excused
us
for
the
inconvenience,
as
according
to
him
the
staff
working
there
didnt
know
what
booking
is,
hard
to
believe
but
we
did
make
our
way
out
from
there
to
another
hotel.
However
we
do
