It was my first time in Konjic and for as I gathered this is the best there is. Rooms are clean and nice, in some AC isn't working properly. Food is the biggest deal breaker, the thing that you had for lunch will be the same for dinner. There are no option that you can choose from and isn't tasty at all. The stuff are okay but sometimes they are really rude and nervous. Hotel says that they have laser tag, bowling area, cage ball etc. but in reality nothing of sort. Everything has become a club. So the Michellin stars they got are completely not diserved.

Food excelent, breakfast very good. Rooms a bit out of date. Buffet lunch excelent.

Great hotel with delicious food. I had to give one star to the service. As a hotel guest on HB you can not charge me with 15 BAM for using the outside pool. Very dissapointing.

Weekend visit to hotel's open pool. Firstly, security guard gave us wrong parking information; instead of directing us to half empty hotel parking lot, he routed us to park the car on the other side of premises for no reason at all. Especially considering that their website states following : "Sunbed and parking included in the price". Naturally we comolained at desk but they had no idea why he did what he did. Secondly, water in pool was so cold, probably supplied from nearby river of Neretva, rendering pool unusable. Most of guests were sitting around the pool, looking at the cold water, not feeling adventurous enough to dip into stone cold watet and risk health issues next day. Additionally, smoking is allowed around the pool?! That was unpleasant novelty, you will not find on their website but will you will find out about it at the entrance gate. Needles to say, there is no separate area for nonsmokers. Not all was bad, pool restaurant was great.

Excellent! The food is delicious, a little bit pricy but not overpriced (portions are big, good value-to-money ratio). Beautiful & clean. Service was a little bit slow but we were there in busy time.

Visited as a part of a Teambuilding event. Had an amazing time here. Whole complex was great and nicelly done. Apartment rooms are a bit outdated hence 3 stars but nothing to much just my taste. Hotel rooms i heard were well made and looj great. Service was top notch Breakfast Lunch Dinner was server on time and even a bit after finishing time. Staff was great (a lot of new staff arived to acomodate massive amout of ppl) but still managed and were on top of their job. Location in Konjic is amazing next to Neretva river sadly we had 3 rainy days but it did not dissapoint at all. Venues for bussines presentations are big and area around the komplex are well done and nice to just do a casuall walk. Big plus from my side was me forgeting something in apartment and staff was also on top of it to sort it out for me so all praises there.Reception desk did a top notch job 🙌👏

Located near the center, but also near to very interesting tourist attractions. All recommendations for this one.

We usually come here from Sarajevo to their restaurant to enjoy great food,just like we did today. We would greatly recommend this restaurant to everyone who wants a change of scenery and to taste something different.

I was there for the pool and didn't stay overnight at the hotel so this review is about the pool only. The tickets for the pool were 15km per person for the whole day. The hygiene was on the okay level when it comes to the WC but when you come out to the pool it's where the cleanliness comes through. There isn't an overpowering scent of chlorine, the deck chairs are clean,there were enough parasols for everyone and the area around the pool is clean as well. The prices in the cafe/restaurant aren't too high and the staff is really nice. The only recommendation is that you have to come early around 10am if you want to get a nice spot.

Garden city resort is pretty. But bathrooms are moldy. But their skippers gave excellant rafting experience. Vegetarian and Vegan options are very very less.

We visited restaurant on 15th of August. We ordered stuffed turkey, it was bad, not fresh, it was rotten. We said to the waiter, but he didn't say anything and didn't propose anything, for example to change the dish

Ok let me put this place into perspective, first remove the word "Spa", second lets go with the name "Garden City" and what immediately comes to mind?, Yes you'd be right, Garden City NJ...... Lol. Now once you have put your expectations in order, for 7.50km per person it's an enjoyable way to spend a hot Saturday or Sunday at a pool that's only 50 minutes from the city. There's a full service bar, cafe and restaurant, they have VIP cabanas, so for what is, it does it's job.

Nice hotel near Neretva river, with outdoor and indoor pools and spa. Comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast. Excellent place to stay for wellness and rafting.

We went for a pool, it was great. Luckily it wasn't crowded because it was during working hours, weekends are not that great. Be prepared that most of the pool is over 2 m high, so it is not the best option for kids, there is just a small part that is around 1.70. Also, there is a baby pool, for small kids. So not bad after all. They serve food and drinks, but you can bring some snacks, I haven't noticed that is forbidden.
