An old ottoman era castle with a very beautiful view. There is honestly nothing to see inside and might be disappointing especially after paying 15km but the view of the city was very nice.

Bosnian Kingdom fortress, historical place. By visiting this place it is simply possible to read through the history of Bosnia during the last 700 years. Well preserved, cheap entrance fee, beautiful view on the old and new town of Jajce and surrounding mountains. Simply a must see.

Lovely place, good views of town from above and really cheap to get into. There is no information around so if you want to know about its history, you have to look it up yourself. Also the woman at the ticket kiosk was very rude.

I love this place! It is not too big but has enormous charm. We were lucky with the weather and lights so enjoyed our visit. In the handcraft store a lady showed us how to work to makes linens and explained it. Entry costs 5 km per adult.

Amazing views of the area and a very well preserved fortress. It's a steep walk up there but worth it. No toilets. Not busy at all.

Fortress is nice, although there are no guides, no information about it. You can go inside and you can also visit the waterfall below the fortress. Worth visiting!

Small fortress for panorama view of the town.

Very good place as a view point at the town. There is a small shop for gifts, also there is a place where you can take a picture with the traditional cloths ( not free )

Jajce Fortress dominates above the city offering great views from the top in all directions. We visited in early May when grass and vegetation was a vibrant green color, giving the fortress a special feel. Entrance was 5KM per person, you also have some other vendors at the entrance. You can walk on fortress walls and enjoy 360 views, but there isn’t much else apart from what you see in the videos. It’s nice nonetheless and I would recommend visiting it if you find yourself in Jajce.

The gates were closed, a kiosk with tickets nearby was shut as well. Looks like the fortress is inaccessible during the winter season

Beautiful site. A nice walk up to the fortress, great views of surrounding town and hills, well maintained lawns, and nobody else here! Best 2km I’ve spent.

This fortress is great. We visited in November , so quite off season. There was no tourist which was great for pictures. The entrance fee is two marks (about 1€). We had a great time. There is better view around in Bosnia but Jajce is definitely a place to see if you are traveling around the country.

For a quick tour of the fortress in Jajce it is a nice place, but what you get there is a great view of Jajce, that is about it.

It is a small town where the castle is right on the top of this rural area. The view of the river vally is wonderful. When traveling by bus, the nature around is astonishing. Not to mention the kindness of the local residents. People are friendly to the travelers, walking around to enjoy the tranquility of early spring time. It costs a bit to enter the castle. However it is nice to sheerly have a walk on the trail path, enjoying the breeze and serenity.
