I’ve visited many cafes in Vienna in a similar style and this one is my favourite by far! The cakes are amazing. Honestly so good.

The waiter, the old man was too rude. We just ordered a dessert with a 2 service/spoon but he brought 2 desserts. He just kept saying things in his language. At least he can call someone who is able to understand and talk English! (Tufajija - 6 Bosnian Mark)

Lovely old timey cafe in the heart of old town. I was quite surprised by how large the cafe is, it really felt grand. Had a delicious hot chocolate and traditional baked apple with walnuts. Everything was great and extremely well priced. Only wish they didn't allow smoking, but I tried to pretend that was part of the old world charm.

Very unique and old-school atmosphere! Looks fancy, but the prices are very fair. Quality of coffee and cake was very mediocre.

Great coffee place in the heart of the city

Nice coffee place within Hotel Europe with nice cakes. A place of true tradition in Sarajevo. Cigarette smoke ventilation is sometimes an issue but nothing to bad.

Besides the history of the place and the ambiance of a classic viennese cafe from back in the day, the place is not being greatly maintained and you can see their glory days were behind. Cake and sweets were okay.

Classics never die! Being inside of this place is special. They also do best on serving drinks. Look how they brinf malt.

Very slow service, 3 waiters servicing cca 50 tables. Smoking and non smoking area rules do not apply.. All in all, below expectations

Pretty decent food, but, as others have written, mostly AWFUL customer service. Getting these folks to do anything quickly or out of the ordinary is like pulling teeth. For a good breakfast in old town Sarajevo, I recommend Hotel Central nearby instead.

The service is unpleseant, and we were here two days in a row and were served by different waiters. We expected a lot more.

Ok. Nice place with a not so good modern take. The waiter told us the credit card machine did not work today, yeah sure, shady and scammy.
