Great food and great service. Definitely need to expand to Houston. Everything was delicious.

I love the small details like the fact that you can take home a Frisbee that comes with your kids order. Appetizers and main course was great not to mention the signature drinks. The service was Awesome not everyone is happy to attend a family late night. Love the little arcade games. My double bacon cheeseburger was huge... I don't know what else to say everything was great.

Nice sports bar. The Gator appetizer was good. I had the blackened red fish tacos and my daughter had a crayfish and catfish dish. The rice was great. Great mood. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because they were extremely slow and our dishes were never cleared away. Otherwise, a good experience overall.

Open late, the ideal place to get a bite if you're getting out of work and everywhere else had long closed their kitchens. Or if you're just in the mood for something delicious. They have some great burgers and sandwiches. The appetizers are also very tasty, but not all of them are worth their price. If you like fried pickles and don't mind a lot of grease, then those are perfect. The alligator app is very tasty, but definitely not worth the price for the tiny portion they give. Personally my favorite dish is the buffalo chicken sandwich, it's massive enough to feed two people! Though I would recommend getting the sauce on the side, because they will utterly drown it in sauce otherwise. My only real complaints is that the kitchen seems to constantly forget to correctly prepare each entree'. The buffalo chicken sandwich will always be missing the ranch, and the hangover burger will always be missing the fries in the sandwich, and I have no idea why that is so consistently wrong. Even had a waitress argue with me that the hangover didn't come with fries on the sandwich, only as a side, and had to point it out on the menu that it was clearly listed there. Regardless, the food is well worth having to ask for them to bring out whatever they missed, and they're generally perfectly happy to do so!

Lunch with my daughter. Our server, Kim, was great. Burger was excellent and my daughter was amazed at the size and the great taste of her buffalo chicken sandwich. Generous portions. Good service. Food was on par.

the waiters are nice here… it started off well. i ate the alfredo pasta with shrimp added in. the alfredo wasn’t really good. the mozzarella sticks were very good though. meanwhile. i couldn’t finish eating my food because i had lots of hair in it which i didn’t complain about. but this is a before photo.

My experience at the Youree Dr. location was very unprofessional. I was parked for in a to go spot for 30 minutes. I go into the restaurant and the workers are sitting on the counter talking. My order was incorrect and thrown together and my shrimp were counted out and thrown onto my sandwich. The lack of concern that was shown by Roman was patronizing to say the least. Now I understand why the workers were sitting on the counter and talking, its because of poor leadership. Leadership reflects. They will never get any more of my business. I understand I'm just one person but my satisfaction should matter. I am very disappointed.

Last night, we celebrated the Singles Ministry, and it was hosted at Walk-On. Our waitress was amazing. Our food was hot and fresh, and drank refills on point glass were never empty. She did excellent with a party of 15 people. Last night was a wonderful experience. I'll differently be back

Love this place. But on this occasion, it took 45 minutes before my food was delivered to my table. But it was still delicious. My daughter unknowingly ordered 2 milkshakes, which surprisingly cost $6 each 😭. A lil pricey but still delicious.

I am bummed that the location in Chattanooga Tennessee closed down because I was looking forward to trying this sports bar. Luckily My family and I were traveling from our Thanksgiving after seeing family in Texas and decided to take an opportunity to try this sports bar finally. We did not regret it. Food was fantastic, atmosphere was amazing and beer lovers rejoice there are plenty of beer to choose from on tap. Our server was incredibly sweet and nice. I couldn't catch her name but she was nice to my family and I and did a great job serving us. We will return to this location when we're driving to and fro to see our family in Texas. Great job walk ons, how about reopening the location in Chattanooga Tennessee. Lol.

I went here the other day and was astonished at how good of an experience this was. Our hostess Kayla was super sweet and had a great conversation when walking us to our table, it’s hard to find great conversations at restaurants anymore and this was refreshing also our server cam was great. we asked to sit with a great server and that was delivered the food was great took a little long to come out but other then that everything was amazing. 10/10

We celebrated my husband's birthday here, and it was amazing. The food was cooked perfectly, and we enjoyed every bite. Out was close to closing so hubby was disappointed that the kitchen had closed... no dessert. The manager was SO sweet, and quickly made us each a free dessert, to take home with us!! We'll be back, for sure!!! (The crispy creme bread pudding is to die for!!!!)

While visiting my family in Shreveport this March, we were fortunate to eat at this establishment. I am not a big fan of chain restaurants, but this was exceptional. Some of the items ordered where the Zydeco Salad, Chicken Berry Pecan Salad and the Redfish Ruby. The items were all delicious and the portions were large. The other exceptional thing about this restaurant was our charming server, Carly. Both of my parents are in their 90's and do not hear or see very well. Carly went out of her way to explain many of the items to them with such patience. Her attention to our table was just perfect. All of us agreed that she may be the best server that we've have ever experienced. We will certainly return when I come back next month.

I literally have an issue with my order EVERY visit through takeout when Kayla is working She jacks up my order every time! She never takes accountability and this is unacceptable. Everyone needs their job but I feel Kayla would be a better fit as a hostess. She is failing us in takeout tremendously. Luckily tonight; the manager Devon stepped in to save the day and a long term customer of both Shreveport and Bossier City locations.

My daughter and I decided to stop in for lunch while out shopping. Our waitress Jesse was excellent. She had my daughter laughing and make her feel really comfortable. The food came out fast and was delicious. We will definitely be back. Thank you for requesting the desert miss Jesse.

We love eating at the patio bar with Shianne! She always recommends the best drinks and gives the most attentive service. Walkons salads and large beer selection paired with her excellent service keep us coming back!

I ordered a burger, and it was supposed to be medium well. However, it was a bit more undone than I wanted, so I sent it back. When I got my replacement, it was unseasoned. Also, they sent me the crumbs from the fries. I wondered if that was because I sent my burger back... Sierra was an excellent server!! She was kind, and she was understanding.

I traveled 3 hours off my road trip to eat at this place, and the food was great. My waitress was fantastic, and the bartender was pretty fast with the drinks. The only problem I had was that the hostess seemed to be giving my waitress a hard time and kept overwhelming her by seating everyone who came in her section. There were clear seats and open tables in another waitresses section, but just because the other waitress wanted to leave early, they teamed up and kept overwhelming my waitress. You could hear the waitress in the background complaining and grieping about working there and wanting to leave early. This caused the service my waitress was trying to provide to all her tables to slow down. For this reason i dont know if i would want to eat here again it seemed really unprofessional. The main fault falls on the manager or whoever was in charge of this shift for not making them balance out the tables.

I really like walk one they have some great food I really like the Louisiana combo and the étouffée was so good I like how they put less rice in it everything was great I will eat here again and the service was excellent every time. I think the woman need to ware some pants instead of a skirt. But overall great food and service

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NO Customer Engagement. Walk-On’s..it is better to Walk Out and we did. This restaurant needs better management. As a former restaurant owner, we will never be back because the treatment was unacceptable. No one greeted us, and when we asked the 16 year old hostess how long the wait would be she said she did not know. I asked if someone else, or a manager could tell us. With attitude, she went and grabbed the manager. A young girl chewing gum, who also looked 16, walked up and said she did not know either and they do not give wait times on the weekend. Good to know. With all the choices of restaurants one would think customers would be treated better. How you take care of customers determines your bottom line and future. We recommend to Steer clear!

Food was fresh and prepared accordingly. Fast and friendly service. Only draw back is I went to a location in Slidell, LA and chicken breast on same meal was much larger. Not sure what the change in meat size was about. Overall 9.5 outta 10.

Have been to several places around the world and after five visits to WalkOns, I consider it the best all-around sports bar and restaurant in Bossier City. The food is always very fresh and well-prepared. Their seared tuna, whether in a salad or separate, is phenomenal. Cajun fare is superb. Burgers are great, including their blackbean veggie burger. Great assortment of drinks and there are plenty of flat-screen TVs, everywhere.

Tried the Grilled Shrimp Wrap... NOT a fan. The wrap was literally grilled and saturated in oil. Never had a "wrap" like this (and won't again). However my husband did enjoy his burger and the onion rings were tasty.

Let's see, for a first timer, the best things about the place was my burger and margaritas were spot on for flavor. My boyfriend's plate was less desirable. The catfish was like eating dirt. If I wanted to eat mudd cats I would have stay home. The hush puppies were basically just cornbread. For the price we were disappointed.. service was good

I came in the other night and a girl named Cameron was my waitress she was super nice and greeted us as soon as we got seated. She made sure our drinks stayed refilled and our food got out to us pretty quickly. 10/10 experience!

My partner and I visited Walk On's recently and we were amazed at not only the quality of food, but also the service. Rachael served us from behind the bar and she could not have been any more welcoming! She was also highly knowledgeable of both the drinks and dishes they offer. Food was good, drinks were great, but Rachael's service goes untouched *chefs kiss*

The service was great. Good prices. No line to get seated. The Alfredo was perfect. I added the chicken and shrimp. The fried jumbo shrimp lacked flavor. But everything else was great!

My food was delicious. I had the catfish platter with hush puppies. This meal made Saturday evening more relaxing because I did not have to cook to enjoy a wonderful meal. Thanks you guys. Keep up the good work. More tips are needed indeed.
