I used to really like the store in Everett Massachusetts and the employees there were very nice and helpful but since about 1 year those employees have said they would quit due to a bad supervisor and boy has the change for the worse been big and noticeable! the store now looks abandoned with messy shelves and some empty ones, the lousy attention from the moment you enter the store! when you ask about something they prefer to tell you that there is not (when online it says that there is), products with poorly marked prices or poorly positioned on the counter and when you go to pay they tell you that it is not the published cost but more expensive! It shows that the employees are no longer trained or knowledgeable about the products or anything! The weekend after the poor service at the Everett store, we went to the South Bay store hoping it would be better and look better, but when ordering the product it was a real chaos! First of all, he approached to ask what we wanted, even when several employees passed us around and looked at us that we wanted to call them, they turned and continued on their way as "I didn't see them" then my husband called one and he just leaned out and murmured that he would look for the indicated, which he never did because he just walked from one side to the other without giving us an answer, then we looked for another and he said that there was no tablet, then my husband looked for a supervisor and asked for someone to attend to us and we waited because no They sent no one and we returned to ask another employee who was passing by as if he had to beg for attention and, like the other store, the prices did not correspond to the product. When scanning the price they took out the smallest tablet and said that that was when it was obviously smaller, they treat you as if you had no brain to realize that it is not the same product that you want and again they said, then there is not! and my mom had to go tell him which one it was probably, so he would get on the ladder and bring it down. And all this because we were in a hurry to buy it because it was a gift because otherwise we would not have insisted on receiving so much abuse, they seemed to be racist or maybe it was just laziness and poorly trained staff or a mixture of everything! but each time the experience at Best Buy is WORSE!

Wanted to buy 3 of same items that was labeled wrong and Manager wouldn’t honor when I see them honor for other customers . Not sure why I won’t get same option . When I believe. I’m actually an Elite Customer. Store is poorly staffed. Not even busy and not one person came to me offering help . If store has item labeled I only believe it’s right to honor. Also when calling customer service they said store should honor that and manager still refused. Photo of manager is also posted.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience at the Best Buy store located at Everett. I visited the store to pick up an online order. I waited in the store pick up queue for 10 minutes before I finally decided to ask a staff member for help. The staff member told me that they would check on my order, but they never came back. I waited another 10 minutes before I escalated the issue to a manager. The manager also checked on my order, but they also never came back. I ended up waiting in the store pick up queue for close 30 minutes. In addition to the poor customer service, I was also very disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the store. The floors were dirty, the shelves were dusty, and the bathroom smelled terrible. I was also surprised to see that there were no employees walking around the store to help customers. This was by far the worst customer experience I have ever had at a Best Buy store. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated, and I will not be shopping at this store again. I would like to request that Best Buy take steps to improve the customer experience at this store. Specifically, I would like to see the following changes: More employees should be walking around the store to help customers. The store should be cleaned more frequently. The bathroom should be cleaned more often and the smell should be addressed. Customer service should be improved. Customers should not have to wait 30 minutes to pick up an online order. I hope that Best Buy will take my feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to improve the customer experience at this store.

"DON'T BUY OPEN BOX HERE", even if it is certified by Best Buy. I bought a phone 7 months back and it started showing issues 4months into buying and now won't turn on at all. Lost close to $600 as no one was able to help. I was willing to pay extra for an exchange. Was even ready to pay restocking in addition to that. Nothing could be done! Really disappointed !

I’ve been here twice in the past week - once to buy a cable and once to return it. Every time, the line in the register has never been long (like 1 person in front of me). The issue that cashing out takes forever if there’s an issue. Instead of opening the other registers, they just have 4 workers working on whatever is going at the other register. And i know the second register isn’t broken because after waiting in line for 20 minutes, they FINALLY opened the other register. Otherwise, checkout is quick and service is nice. (Ps I’m hangry writing this)

The worst service in the world, from start to now!¡! After purchasing an alarm and setting up instillation, I waited 45 days to get a call the day before instillation at 4pm and no install was done. Instead I had to go pickup the alarm and make an appointment 2 months from day I picked up the alarm. Pathetic to feel like an after thought to such a large company, sad really in California they would have offered me a discount for being treated like a second class citizen. I will not be shopping best buy ever again and I'm telling all my friends that best buy could care less about the older communities that frequent their stores. Absolutely the worst experience I ever had. Even the managers should have been more attentive to my situation but instead made me feel it was my problem and I was not worthy of being assisted in a much better manner than I was.

I just wanted to say how the guy at the queue desk was so nice and made my day, he was making small talks with my little brother and was just overall super nice and patience. He explained carefully about a product I wanted to get that was out of stock and answered all my questions. Thank You!

I waited total for more than 1 hour but no one came to help while the store was very empty. They told us to wait 2 minutes and then I waited for more than 15 minutes. Came over to another employee to ask again and AGAIN was told to wait until she finished helping another customer. They helped people that came in after us but ignored us the entire time. Only 1 guy checked in with us but soon disappeared also. At the end, we couldn't wait any longer so we left with no help and no one even care. Especially the guy at the front door didn't say anything when he knew that we were waited for help. This is the worst service at BESTBUY I've ever seen in my entire life. Will never come back to this store again!

The Geek Squad, service tech Steven, was a tremendous help and an asset to the brand. His patience and knowledge, and excellent customer service skills are exactly what the brand is looking for and the Geek Squad department designed to provide. I will shop there and bring ALL of my tech support needs there as long as Steven is there. He should be groomed for leadership training and department management, if not so done already.

service lacks a great deal. first sales rep couldn't answer my question and I heard her call for another rep to come help me. they never came. I found another rep, and he tried to answer my question regarding an m.2 chip reader and couldn't answer the question. I asked to open the lock box so I could read the boxes of products to read , he said he didn't have they key, then walked off to help another customer instead of finding a key to open the lock box ... the sales reps are young and inexperienced. I left a little frustrated, and ended up going to microceter instead, and found a very different experience with knowledgeable and engaged staff.

Came on black Friday. Not as bad as expected. It was busy but I was able to find help and checkout within 20 minutes or so. The store was packed with both people and product. It was impressive how many TVs they had in stock. Overall I was expecting the worst but it wasn't really bad at all. Normally the store is pretty empty when I come in and it's probably harder to find help when it's not busy compared to today. Either way, Happy holidays!

Finding staff here is like playing Where's Waldo. However, once located, staff can be helpful. Tip: always check pricing elsewhere (Amazon) because they will match it if you bring it up.

I was at Best Buy with a friend looking for a laptop..it was for him...not me. He went and looked and left. If I wanted a new laptop, I would electronics review sites to see which current laptops were best, then I would go to Amazon or eBay and buy one. I have bought quite a few laptops this way. Best Buy didn't even carry the models I ended up buying in store. It's a good store to go look around. The prices are very close to MSRP, so if you want a discount on your preferred laptop, try eBay or maybe Amazon. Brick and Mortar stores are okay for some things.

I used to love going to Best Buy and look around at all the tech, but this place was sad. It seemed like half of the items were out of stock. You’d think that having fewer items would make it easier to keep the store organized, but it was an absolute mess! Plus, the demo set of headphones that I wanted to try were broken.

Always a pleasure to shop at Best Buy, always a great experience. The associates, the sales, and floor help always a plus. Kind, and knowledgeable. Sometimes can take more than a few minutes for help to come, but it is worth the wait!

I was in desperate need of a charger. I checked online and the website showed that the store had it there. I should have gone with my gut and called because after I got there after a 15 minute drive. Ran to the back only to look in a pile of charges on the display case. Ran back up front and spoke with a cashier only to find out that day did not have the charger I needed . There wasn't a lot of staff on hand to answer questions. So if you do go to this Best buy just know that you might have to wait but the people there were nice.

Yesterday I went there to have a remote starter, which I bought on-line, installed. Great service, they let me know that I already had a remote in my car and all I needed was a new remote control and a software upgrade. They refunded me the difference (80% of the cost) and the whole installation took me an hour. Finding a place that you can trust this days, for a service like this in your car, is priceless.

I had my remote starter installed here. The man was very nice and made sure I had all the parts. He gave me an estimate and finished well before it. I've had it for two months and it's been working great! The rest of the store was nice too. Well stocked, clean, and staff ready to help you out.
