Disappointed with the place vs website pictures. It's an old converted office and absolutely still feels like you're sleeping in an office..... beds were the most uncomfortable things we've ever slept on! Bathroom was cold and shower barely had any pressure..... the location is excellent and the lounge is comfortable- but it's not how it's advertised

Nice property to spend time with family and reasonably priced. Lovely location but a little tired decor wise and chilli - ask for the heating to be put on well before you arrive.

Excellent. Some TLC and a few minor repairs could benefit some of the rooms, but overall the space is excellent.

I loved staying here. We are a big family so it was perfect. All the rooms are en-suite the kitchen is huge although a little way from the dining room (as it’s an ex hotel it’s a commercial kitchen but wasn’t a problem for us and I believe if you wish they can arrange catering) A large lounge with several settees and a games room with pool table and games consoles. The outside area is fabulous and totally secure which is wonderful for children and dogs alike (pet friendly) All sides have a high wall round! There is a patio area with seating and a bbq The washing machine and dryer are located in an outbuilding just down from the kitchen. The location is great too just a short walk into Stamford and parking for several cars Stamford itself is quaint and picturesque I will definitely be staying here again

Had a wonderful family weekend here. Fantastic venue for large gatherings... And the staff we met were excellent too!

Great place for large parties to stay with most facilities on hand to cater for same. Large airy conservatory, lounges, games room, cold room for food storage, etc. Bedrooms adequate but bring own toiletries. Close to town centre.

Staying here as iam working locally. The place is nice ,big roomy,gardens are lovely, could do with updating decor wise but I think a plan is in place. Overall more than exepatable for our needs working away.

Had my hen do in this fabulous house. Everything we needed was available to us. We had a fantastic weekend.

Large group hire of The Garden House. Self service. Fine for what we were looking for. Reasonably priced.
