Just had a couples massage for my birthday and what an amazing place. Everything from the decoration to the Massage itself and the snacks was excellent. Highly recommend this place. 🤩

The team at Namaste spa went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday the most memorable experience. The massage was amazing and they adapt to whatever pressure feels the best. Then after the massage, We had cupcakes and a charcuterie board for her birthday! It was a blast. They are all so friendly and exceeded (again) my expectations!!

I first met Alyne in 2021 in their former location, which was quite a drive. Now, she's closer, and I love getting my care at this place. I haven't had sessions with any one from the team yet, but I'm sure they're amazing.

Husband and I booked a couple massage, this was our first experience with Namaste Spa. I've had multiple massages at other places, and he's had maybe one or two with me. We BOTH left feeling amazing and having the thought of "Maybe i'll book another in 6 weeks" We added on an aromatherapy which added to the experience, very calming and relaxing. Our massage therapists were very kind, attentive. Its very warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in, extremely clean. The couples room was set up very nice, and is a very comfortable size compared to other places I have been where it almost feels like the tables are on top of each other. They have many other options. A friend and I are talking about doing a facial/massage day (I can't recall what its specifically called) where they will also provide cheese, crackers and drinks. A nice little addition to a day with a friend or even significant other! I highly recommend checking them out if you haven't yet! I'll be shocked if you're disappointed!

I love coming to Namaste - it’s so relaxing, peaceful and has such a calming energy from the moment you walk through the door until you leave. It’s an oasis and a little slice of heaven. Namaste Spa is amazing! When you walk into the spa you immediately feel a sense of calmness and relaxed. I had a 75 minute Swedish massage with Molina. The massage was very relaxing. She used the perfect amount of pressure and even incorporated some stretching. The spa is very clean and gives off a very peaceful vibe. I booked another appointment a month out and I look forward to trying out the wood therapy lymphatic drainage. If you like a good massage, I highly recommend Namaste. I can't wait to go back.

I was injured at work a little over a year ago and have still been trying to recover. Namaste Spa has helped me greatly in the recovery process. The staff is great and very friendly. They were able to recommend a care package to help get me feeling like a normal person once again. I go in every two weeks for a deep tissue massage with Geyri Molina and it is well worth it. I love the cupping and CBD oil massage enhancers which really help with the pain from my injuries. I travel for work and frequently get massages wherever I’m staying. I can say that this is the best massage I’ve ever had anywhere in the country. Molina is an excellent massage therapist and recommends stretches and other therapies that could be beneficial. I’d recommend Namaste to anyone looking for pain relief or therapy on the Notth Shore.
