Worst customer service ever from the two staff spoke to. Terrible customer service not worth going to and the staff are unprofessional will never eat there.i still will not eat there not because the food isn't good but because of the two other staff. But the way the the owner called to deescalate situation due to her staff i truly appreciate. Thats the only reason i will change my rating from a 1 to a 5. I understand how hard it is for small business. If it wasn't for her and her being respectful. But i will say to still support small business. The other two staff just needs better customer service training. But the owner is a kind spirit

And they rung my order $20!!! Over the correct price 🤬 if I would have not said anything...THEY Would have NOT🤬😔 Who ever they lady is that's always arguing with her boyfriend/ husband is rude and Annoying I gave them second chance and the only thing I can say is .... I was so disappointed. For the price I paid for my oxtails… I expected to get some that had meat on them. I was charged more then 20$ for a plate of rice with a couple oxtails which barely had any meat. Not to mention the rice and cabbage tasted funky. It ended up in the trash.

Quality food at a reasonable price, customer is remarkably. This have become my most frequent lunch and dinner spot especially now that it is open on Sundays ! highly recommend

Good service and good food everytime I order from her. No problems my food is always enough and always hot my soup is always great everything is awesome. Only thing is she need to open earlier. But that's not really a big deal tho. No other jamaican restaurant got nothing going on she is the best right now

I’ve visited this establishment 3 times and the food did not disappoint. But & however, the customer service gets worse each time as well. 1st time, a friend and I walked in & the young man behind the counter refused to acknowledge either of us. watching Wakanda on the tv seemed way more important. We even walked out & walked back in and he EVENTUALLY asked how could he help us…crazy! The 2nd time a young lady assisted me and she seemed to be more polite and interested in my patronage. Today I walked in and a different young lady took my card to pay for the food and she wouldn’t push the card machine closer so that I can enter my pin. I had to reach almost over the counter to put in the code. AND! Instead of her handing my card back to me, I had to reach over the counter yet again and retrieve it from her…the attitudes of the people in this establishment is disgusting. Please do better…

I would have given 5 stars if the appearance was better but the food and service I received today were 👌🏽. I was pleased with the portion size for the $11 medium plate.

First-time visitor, I love the ambiance of the place customer service good, but please tell the chef low down on the SALT OMG I had (cow foot and beans) if a man was DRUNK he would've SOBER up one time, please. You are gonna kill people with salt. your place is not a rum bar !!!

Listen when you can get a well cooked home meal on any given day of the week that's a great place not to mention it's mouth-watering dishes....and I must say the serving size is most bountiful while not costing a great deal...😋😋😋😋

I love this wonderful establishment at all times l Loved everything, but what impressed me the most was the friendly, helpful Staff that helped me choose my meal and was cheerful, upbeat, and just generally a great person I would definitely recommend this place to anyone Can't wait to go back!

I enjoy the food and service is great! I don’t live local so when I am in town I always grab a dish or two ! P.S. I love the jerk pork ! Next time I go I’m going to try the fried chicken and red sauce that everyone has fallen in love with 🤤 I’m so excited 😆 I’m going tomorrow before work !

Well it’s about time!! We needed a great Caribbean restaurant that gives us consistency with the menu and we’ve got one! The food is seasoned well, best food portion size for the low price they charge. Stay consistent guys and you will need a larger place soon enough!! Hats off to the chef! See you soon!!!

They’re horrible I would never go back every-time I try to give a Jamaican restaurant a chance in Poughkeepsie I’m highly disappointed. They Mac&cheese is horrific I went there around the time they open up and it looks as if they resell Mac&cheese that was cooked days ago. Plantains hard as hell and They sell shrimp soup without the shrimp.

Food id great 😊 When you order eat and the restaurant has no clue 🕵🏽‍♂️ what the plastic in your food is because all utensils are steel! Dam. Either have to be privileged or not the best experience.

Food is Good especially the fried chicken but the wait time is ridiculous . They need to have more staff to help dish out the food especially when there is a long line !

Great food. The only thing that is not consistent is their portion sizes. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A YOUNG MAN THAT WHO IS USUALLY THERE EVERY TIME I GO THERE.
