We live very close by, and so have tried several things off the menu. Their pizzas were delicious comfort food: the greasy, rich kind that sensitive stomachs pay a price to enjoy. A man who works there was oddly combative when I asked a follow-up question about whether a topping on my pizza was ham or bacon (I had asked for my order to be made without ham). He was rude, questioning my competence. I am a soft-spoken, baby-faced woman of color, and it happens quite frequently that I'm taken by some miserable people as an easy target for their errant frustrations, and this interaction felt very much like encountering one such person. I discussed how this had made me feel uncomfortable with my partner, and we didn't return for quite a while. When we eventually visited again, the pizza dough felt undercooked, and tasted sour, as though it had been left out too long. It had a stale taste, all the way down to the cheese, to the point of being somewhat inedible in union with the grease factor. We couldn't finish it and had to eat something else. With so many places to choose from, I will not be going back to Pizza Connection.

I ordered a turkey sub on door dash and this is what came. No toppings or condiments and the turkey itself is not good quality. It seems old.

Been a customer since I moved here in 2002, and it was always my go to spot, but over the last year there food quality has gone downhill. The Buffalo chicken tenders were a must, now they are dry, and disappointing. The subs are no longer thick and packed like they used to be, and are pretty skimpy, upsetting considering the prices are noticeably higher. My sister used to drive 45 minutes from Fall River just for Buffalo tenters, and she’s longer making her weekly trip, she was doing that for about 5 years now, so I’m not the only one to notice the change in product and quality. It’s a shame because the location is convenient.

Highly recommend!! In my opinion this is the best pizza place in Quincy. Their steak tip salad never disappoints. I was annoyingly begging for them to get gluten free pizza and they finally did! It is the best gluten free pizza around. Perfectly crisp but soft at the same time. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and take great care of their customers. Love our neighborhood pizza joint.

I ordered something via DoorDash as I've done 1 million times before with this store. It's close to my residence so I go there quite a bit. The entire staff at this point was entirely new. When I got there, around the appointed time that my order should be ready, somebody who I didn't know advised me that it would be three or four minutes. There's absolutely no problem with that so I sat down and waited. About five minutes later the same man asked me what I was waiting for and I showed him my phone. He then informed me that he didn't get the slip from DoorDash. So I asked him why he told me that it would be three or four minutes? He said I should just cancel the order. I said that I could but because I was already in the store DoorDash wouldn't refund me. He said that he would just make my salad. So I told him that I wanted the broccoli and chicken salad, which is on their menu, quite literally as a broccoli and chicken salad. This man then proceeded to ask me what was in it. Asked me whether it was a Greek salad or not? It's not a Greek salad. At the same time however, I have no idea how to make the salad. Understandably, it's just a salad, but I'm willing to believe if there's a reason why some places make salads that taste better than other places. That's why I'm on the side of the counter. Anyway, it just wasn't worth sitting there arguing about how to make a salad. I left without a salad, feeling pretty hungry, and $15 out of pocket. I think these people are new owners and are in a little bit over their head. I wish them luck but I'm not going back.

Called in with a co-worker and ordered an “italian grinder with everything toasted” walk to pick it up, get back to the office and here i have a dry sandwich with one slice of provolone cheese, salami and ham. Called and was told this is how he makes an Italian and i need to better specify what i want. I called i said “everything.” What a waste.

AMAZING 🤩😍😍. I will definitely be coming back here again. The slices for the pizza are HELLA huge. And i was sitting with 2 friends of mine and we got a free drink!! We had to share it though but I didn't care. A free drink is a free drink! COME TO THIS PLACE!! 🤩🤩🎉🎉🎉😍😍🥳🥳👍👍🏆🏆

Quick and the spring salad was good, but the vegetarian sandwich was NOT vegetarian and the eggplant Parm sandwich barely had any eggplant on it. Added onions and the sandwich was mostly onions. Sad.

Their buffalo chicken calzone is unmatched! So much so that it was always my first meal whenever I came home on leave from the military! 10/10 calzone, their pizza is okay but stick to subs and calzones!

Updating my review since quality is going down. Panini shouldn't be done with toast bread. Dough is made from heaven!! It reminds me alot of my mom bakery. Size and price and unbeatable, just didn't like tiramisu.

Some of the best pizza in Quincy. Make sure to use their actual website. There is a scummy website that redirects you to the Slice App at the top of the search results. This means less for this locally owned business.

Called in order - told 20 min. I was there in about 25-27 min. Pizza was cold. Meatball sub was cold. Tomato sauce is very sweet. (gag) Meatballs are rubbery. I'm told that the Greek salad with steak tips is great. I hope so because the rest is trash and the order was $40.

Ordered from here since my usual pizza place is closed on Sundays, got the house pizza and onion rings. Not very good in my opinion, the whole pizza was soggy and floppy because there was just too much stuff on it. Awful texture. The onion rings were just okay. I also thought the food was a bit expensive at first, but I think the portion size matched the price. Delivery person was on time and very kind.

I was ordering 2 pizzas, for me and one other person (the other person has a gluten allergy) I reiterated this multiple times throughout the ordering process. Once I picked up the pizza, I had a slice and did not think it tasted like GF, I checked the receipt and no where on the receipt did they indicate the GF. I called them and asked if it was GF - they began yelling over the phone saying no and that I had never mentioned anything about it being GF, I then just asked if I could bring the pizzas back and get GF ones (2 pizzas and only 1 slice was eaten out of the pizza) the guy on the phone then began to say how I could even eat the slice if I was allergic to gluten and "it did not make any sense" I stated the other person is that one that has a gluten allergy! He then continued to yell at me over the phone saying "you don't make any sense" and I asked if I brought back just the full pizza, could I get 1 gluten-free one, he then stated that they were closed and to call back another day. I checked google and it indicated they were not closed. Honestly a very poor experience after checking reviews and GF apps to make sure this was a safe place to eat/ order from - the worker also handled this very poorly. Would not recommend.

The only time I've written a review on a restaurant. 70$ worth of food ordered, could not eat any of it. Grease dripping through the pizza box, dough was uncooked and inedible. Lazy & complacent kitchen imo; that order should of never went out. Ordered a panini in which the bread was not grilled and the bacon on the sandwich was borderline raw. They have decent reviews online, but the order I received was absolutely disgusting. Would not recommend to anyone.

There Buffalo Chicken is an order we have at least once a month Pizza night is a standard in my house. That being said, we have tried many places in the area. Pizza connection is where we go when we want high quality pizza even if it is slightly more expensive and out of our way. Their buffalo chicken is so good that it draws us back again and again. We have used both pickup and delivery service and both were just fine. I can't wait to try some more of their pizzas and food....when we get over how good the buffalo chicken pizza is and take a break to branch out
