Very rude man, he thinks he knows everything and doesn’t ready to hear the customers. I went for my photograph and I was trying to explain size and picture requirements and he didn’t listen to me at all. Come on man we are paying money for the services and you being rude and dictating. He captured the photos what I don’t need. Still had to pay £12.99. I am not happy with that man. He is always rude and over clever. Big actor.

Very disgusting rude man, was trying to get my watch sorted out he try to say my watch was fake well known it wasn’t fake then try show me up with customers in the show after I told him your a miserable bitter and jealous old man

The staff member Kyle at the Bedford Harpur Centre store was very rude I just went in to enquire about some footwear. Very horrible and rude tone he had did not want to help at all felt very dissatisfied seemed he wasn’t interested in helping or even suggesting something else. He needs to work on his customer service and how he speaks to people. Not helpful at all.
