Hi, for the price you can’t complain. It was clean, fully equipped and staff were great. It has a car park and late access. The only issue we had was not all the radiators worked and the TV remote wasn’t functioning correctly but we got a 2 bedroom apartment as was well worth it for the price. Would have been 5 star if the few broken things were corrected.

Really great location. Quite on a night. Everything needed for a great stay. Comfortable, very clean & the reception staff were lovely. My husband said it was that nice that he could live there 😀 Parked the car up in the secure parking & walked everywhere in the 3 days we were there. Would not look to stay anywhere else now when we visit, loved it 🥰 Only downside was no plugs near the mirror for doing hair.

We stayed here for 3 nights it was close to the city centre and walkable distance to all the spots in the city with restaurants and grocery stores at your door steps, I would specially thank Samantha and her team they made our Check in Process so easy and they were the most helpful and supportive staff. They guided us in navigating to the best spots in the city. They were super caring and supportive in all our requirements. I would definitely recommend this place. Looking forward for our next visit soon.

This was an excellent place to stay. I felt it reflected fantastic value for money. The location was good - it appears to be on the periphery of the city centre, consequently it was neither too loud nor too far from local amenities. The rooms were comfortable, well-equipped and exceptionally clean. The bathrooms were spacious and clean also. The staff were second to none; they couldn't do enough to help.

Myself and my husband came over from usa for our sons wedding in September We booked into the Premier Suites for a 2 week stay and we can honestly say we don’t want to leave.Everything was fantastic the staff were helpful accommodating to our every need nothing was too much trouble.The facility was like home from home clean with everything you needed in our suite. Easy accessible to liverpool city centre walking distance. Thank you Premier Suites for making our stay so enjoyable in every way If I could give you 10 star rating I would The best accommodate in liverpool for me and believe me We will be back Thank you again ⭐️

Really good location, good value for money, nice stylish apartment, excellent parking facilities and great amenities. The best thing about the place though was the staff, who could not have been more welcoming or helpful.

Very good facilities for a one night stay, excellent location & easy parking in Liverpool. Very friendly and helpful staff. just watch out for the smoke detector in the room, directly above the oven/hob top!

Love the space and facilities and reception friendly. But heater was not working at times and its not helpful during winter

The apartment was clean, had everything you needed and is in a good central location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great stay and would stay again!

The best staff ever..they helped me alot while l was staying there with my son..very close to every thing...l will stay there when l go to liverpool..

The main positives about the accomodation was its location and the ease of late check in. The apartment was filthy, layered with dust, dirty marks on walls and headboard of main bedroom which I had to clean. Many stains on carpets, wooden floors dirty and heater hanging off wall. If you need to sleep this is not the place for you. Noise from seagulls and party goers will keep you awake. I didn't sleep in the bed, just on top of it. 2 nights stay and no sleep in that time. Not great.

Living room was clean and comfortable Tv was excellent Bedrooms clean and comfortable Kettle and toaster provided Bathroom was clean and fully supplied Staff left drinks and other bits and pieces to operate on over our 5 night stay Staff were so welcoming and friendly it was just spot on, I’ll be staying here again when I visit Liverpool. Also the security were very helpful especially with late check in I appreciate all staff.

My family and I spent 2 nights in Liverpool and staying at Premier Suites only made the trip better. I cannot say enough about the friendly, kind staff; the gorgeous, well kept rooms that we stayed in; and the stellar, central location. We would all highly recommend and will be staying here again when we return to Liverpool!

Our apartment was extremely comfortable and was like home away from home. The apartment was spotless and reception staff were extremely lovely and helpful. Location was fantastic as everything was within reach. Will definitely stay here again next time we go to Liverpool.

You really couldn't ask for a better apartment centrally located in Liverpool. The front of house staff are the best I have experienced. Very informed on what's happening around the city which is great for new visitors. The Penthouse rooms are something else x2 double bedrooms which are located above the main living area (2 floors). This is my good accommodation whenever I'm in or around the city

Booked with a few months notice but only given two weeks notice of the cancellation of our booking which cost me a small fortune due to all hotels being booked up and now very overpriced, they blamed covid but must have known further in advance.
