The food isn't great - I suggest eating elsewhere, but the bowling and the arcade is so much fun! It's $20/person/per hour to bowl at a lane. They lend you a pair of bowling shoes and I recommend you bring a pair of your own socks. For the arcade, they have reloadable cards where you can buy credits to use the machines with USD. The prizes aren't very exciting in my opinion; likely more appealing to children. They have all kinds of games there from shooters, punching bags, skeeball, basketball hoops, dance dance revolution, air hockey, and more. The appearance is very photographic and just a great vibe and atmosphere to hang out at night or during the weekend.

I came here for the first time for a nice hour of bowling. I came about half an hour after it opened, so nobody would have had much time to play on my lane. I was disappointed to learn after 2 throws that the lanes were extremely dry (i.e., there was very little oil on the lane, so a ball thrown with any amount of spin will break into the gutter immediately). As such, the lane was completely unplayable. See the attached video if you're curious (yes, I bowl with 2 hands). I went to the front desk to ask for either a refund or to simply try a different lane; they opted to simply refund me. I'm not sure why they didn't let me try a different lane, but so be it. I was satisfied with the refund. Ultimately I am giving 3 stars as opposed to 1 both because I was given a refund, and also because Lucky Strike does have some redeeming qualities: It is a very nice locale and the price of bowling isn't so much compared to nearby bowling. But my entire reason for being here was to bowl, which I was unable to do, so I will subtract 2 stars. In all fairness, I probably had a bad lane, or at the very least it was just a bad day, but it still happened and was a huge waste of my time. I'm sure that if I ever went back it'd be fine, but the lanes should be oiled properly.

We were unable to play here on a Saturday night due to a wait of two hours for both the bowling and the billiards. Would definitely recommend reserving in advance if you’d like to go. However, there are other bowling alleys in the area that are more amenable to walk-ins.

The bartender was wonderful. I told him I hadn't been here in years (when it was named "Jillian's"), and I asked him if he could make a Grateful Dead cocktail. So he looked it up and made it. He also said that it tasted good! The arcade is on the same floor as the bar, and there's pool and bowling upstairs.

Great place to spend time with friends and family. The food options are limited. They have a floor full of arcade games and a floor for billiards and bowling. The have huge screens to enjoy any game screening. The card readers are faulty.

Had an absolute blast at this place first time there was in town for a convention. The food was good very spacious there was a lot to do you have video games downstairs and bowling alley upstairs with pool area and lounge. Something to do for all ages can't wait to come back next year.

This is where adults go to pre game. The arcade on the second floor is nice with some nostalgic games from your childhood . The third floor is where the pool tables and the bowling alley is located. The third floor has mature vibe to it with with leather couches and a long bar. We tried the nachos which we were not impressed at all. Their bar food menue is very limited. They dont have a drink menue so just order what ever and hope they have it.

Nice place lots of games and stuff to play. Being id’ed when your 50 years old (and look it) is a bit overboard but it was fine. You need play cards to play anything so you can be left with credits at the end.

Was visiting the area and stopped in. The place was great but the most memorable was how wonderful our bartender was. Danielle did an amazing job and was incredibly personable and friendly. It seems, more and more, it's hard to find decent customer service. So, it was quite refreshing to top off our evening with her superb service! I hope she sees this! Thanks for making our evening grand, Danielle!

The place is huge and full of activities. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good for a date or a group outing. Especially if you like arcades and bowling. The night club was closed when I went but I was able to lounge about as I pleased

Good location, near to Kenmore/Fenway/Haynes t stations, if you go by car there is a some parkings spots over the street but this places usually are crowded is game days. In the building there is two floor, first floor you can play arcade (some of them nostalgic games) for 60 cents to a dollar each and on Mondays they have 50% os discount on it. Second floor you'll find the bar, the pool and the bowling. The bowling is $18 person/ hour and for pool is $18/hour/pool table on Friday and Saturday the prices changes to $22. We went last Tuesday and we have lots of fun in the pool! Before going, you can check the operation ours on website. From the bar, we tried the pizzas (margherita, BBQ chicken, cauliflower crust), boneless chicken, wings, french fries, Esteban nachos and smoked Gouda Mac & cheese bites (you have to try this one! But be careful is spicy!) you can follow the game ,they have huge screens in the bar. I recommend this place.

Staff stand around being USELESS and drinking beer themselves while watching patrons struggle to order food and drinks at a full bar with one bar tender. TERRIBLE service. I kept asking people for help and literally no one wanted to do anything. Wasn’t offered food or drink from the waiter until we had already been at our alley for over an hour which was the end of our time. On top of that they charged me for an hour and half of pool when we only played for 30 minutes while we waited for a bowling alley. Even had the texts to prove the timing of it all. Don’t waste your money here. Complete scam. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had in Boston and that’s really saying something. Will never return and will be sure to warn my friends against going here as well. Really such a shame because the location and general ambiance is awesome.

Great place to go and either play some games in the arcade or to do some bowling, or both! Staff is very friendly, and it's a lot of fun!

I was able to spend an evening at the Lucky Strike as part of a work event. I had a great time! I loved the food, and the bowling alley was great. My favorite part was the arcade, lots of fun in one spot.

Customer Service Strike Out! My group of six had high hopes for a fun New Year's Eve celebration at Lucky Strike, planning to enjoy the arcade before heading to the bowling lanes. However, our experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival at around 6:30 PM, we noticed the arcade wasn't crowded, and one member of our group encountered issues with the arcade pass machine. A very helpful employee fixed it, but we wanted to wait to be sure before using other machines. Other than the one helpful employee I got the idea that the staff was annoyed by our presence. We were joking around about the bar staff acting like they were put out by drink orders (yes we tip) Nevertheless, the overall atmosphere was enjoyable, I love myself an arcade with drinks! A little expensive, sure but it was NYE so we didn’t care too much. I thought maybe I’m imagining the Regina George type treatment. The troubles began when we tried to order food through the QR code, only to be told by the bartender that it was new and not yet functional. It seemed odd, as the code was prominently displayed on the tables. Also the way he said it when I said we were having issues was like “duh” how am I supposed to know this? We ordered at the bar and the food was decent. Things took a turn for the worse when, around 7:20 pm while eating, we were informed that “the area” close for a private party at 8 PM. We planned to be done eating by 8pm so didn’t think anything of it. There were four of us at the table and we all thought he meant the bar area was closing. About 15 minutes later while finishing up our food we learned the whole arcade floor was closing! It was frustrating not to have been informed earlier. We were abruptly asked to leave the arcade at 7:45 not 8pm even though some of us still had money left on our cards. There was no attempt to accommodate us, and the staff's attitude seemed indifferent. Then two of us walked to back to use the bathrooms an employee stopped us and asks if we are just using the bathrooms like a hall monitor. Umm yep we just spent hundreds of dollars here can we pee before we leave please? Maybe they didn’t tell us because they wanted to squeeze as much money as they could - not the best decision as if we had been informed we would have still had the drinks, played games and then gone bowling to purchase food and more drinks. Obviously we went to their competition instead for a much better experience. The lack of communication and customer service was evident throughout the evening. Nobody informed us about the time limit in the arcade, and the sudden closure left us feeling unwelcome. If we had known earlier, we would have spent our remaining time playing games instead of being rushed out. Despite the really nice atmosphere, the overall experience left us disappointed. Better communication, transparency about changes in service, and a more customer-oriented approach during unexpected situations would greatly improve the overall experience.

Food was great and the bartenders were so kind but don't bowl here I was told they dont allow reservations by the lady at the front desk so I had to wait an hour for 1 lane because multiple lanes were reserved for another party. Just to have my phone receive the text 4 minutes after they sent it and I was told I have to wait another hour on metered 2 hour limit parking before I could even bowl. Stick to your local bowling alley.

Chill arcade, 4-person air hockey was fun. Awesome selection of games that are mostly well maintained. We enjoy shooting pool here too, but it can be difficult to get a table.

The drinks are basically water. I ordered a vodka with Diet Pepsi, all I tasted was Pepsi. I ordered the blue lagoon drink (it is supposed To have vodka, rum, and something else that’s pretty strong) you would think this was a strong drink but no, I was able to drink it in 5 minutes. It was water. My friends also said the same thing with their drinks. I will definitely not be coming here again, what’s the point of having a bar if u r going to just serve customers water? So annoying and disappointing.

Great spot to grab drinks, play some arcade games or bowling! We stopped in after a Sox game & had a drink & played some games! Neat spot!

About as good to be expected in terms of food quality. Busy Friday night and no reservation so we didn’t get a chance to bowl or play pool. Decent cocktails too just make sure you know what you want because there is no cocktail menu. Wait staff very absent and uninvolved. My table sat with empty drinks for close to 40 minutes. A Caesar salad took about the same time to come out, AFTER the rest of our entrees. I feel like they just need a good floor manager to keep things moving cause if there was one you wouldn’t know it.

Visited lucky strike Fenway with a group of friends. The location has a huge area and has plenty of bowling lanes and arcade games. We did some bowling, had a few drinks and tried a few things to eat. The bowling was a lot of fun. The only concern I have is that they could improve the food somewhat, as it doesn't do justice to the place they've built in terms of ambience.

I have been here twice for an awesome staff party for work the past 2 years. Much easier place to get a drink than the last place we used! It felt pretty clean and the bartenders were friendly and responsive. They put up with me forgetting what I wanted and asking for recommendations. The arcade games they have are fun. I enjoyed watching my colleagues yell encouragement at the ones playing the Walking Dead shooting zombies game. Also one of the bartenders/bar staff are very cute, they are tall and on the thinner side with a lovely ponytail. They were on the top floor with the bowling. They told me their name however I don't remember it. I know the owner checks this so: please promote them or give them a raise or something. 🙏 They are very sweet, and answered my questions even though it was so busy. Anyways, I am advocating for my work's annual party to be there next year too. Thank you guys!

We had a group event which went well and reserved a room and lanes. The rooms had pool tables, darts, and tables/chairs along with food we selected. Also had a dedicated bartender for our event. Staff was super attentive and helpful. The facility itself is nice and large, covering 2 floors. Could use a couple updates and refreshes in some areas but definitely recommend for a fun--and different--night out.

I had the best night of my life here. My friend was 30 minutes late so I played in the arcade solo for a while and Adam in the arcade made it so fun!! He even grabbed all the ping pong balls for me from under the machine. 10/10, would highly recommend. And look at these PRIZES 😍

Decent bowling alley, decent food. Unless I wasn't paying attention, there didn't seem to be an elevator to get to the upper floors, which is pretty silly in 2022. I can't speak to the pricing as I went with peers. The house balls seemed to be of questionable quality and seemed pretty beat up. There's a light up, electronic billboard outside the premises that can be blinding if you look at it. Also, I'm used to slightly nicer bowling alleys that have slightly different lane setups. Also, usually, you can invoke the lane reset from the console, that should be made more clear that it is tied to the ball return carousel. The lanes seemed to not have a lot of space in-between their chairs and tables, which was extremely annoying. One redeeming quality that made it three stars (I'd give four if I had more experience here or came here a second time) was one of the employees. This one employee had the Goldeneye main menu music playing on his phone and was so happy that I recognized it and said something. I think that dude seemed to be pretty happy with his job and content.
