I was hoping for a good meal at a decent price and I got everything I was looking for. It was a little bit more pricey than I was hoping but not to bad. The service was very good even though it was packed in there. The food was excellent and the star of the show for sure. I had a couple mixed drinks with my dinner and I was very happy with those as well. The atmosphere was like you would expect from a sports bar. Overall I had a great experience and would go back anytime.

Steps away from Fenway and all the excitement around. A great mix of locals & tourists here. Menu has some good Bostonion choices. Only downfall was that is is a very male-dominated bar.

I loved the wings. They LOVED the nachos. It was a Red Sox game day and it was packed! Awesome vibe. Quick response on getting our food. The downs were the server. We had 3 people in our group and needed napkins (nachos and wings are messy.) I tore my napkin in half and asked a bunch of times.

Order Fenway Burger. It was dry and tasteless. Very disappointed. The environment is good but food is not up to the expectation.

Phenomenal sports bar and night club, literally the mullet of bars. High renown from being around since the sweet sweet year of 1969. Brought a bunch of friends from home here and was surprised at a whole BBQ section on the menu, 10/10 slow cooked with love. Got several green tea shots before the game and came back for more after. If you are around Fenway for some fun this place is a must.

Cask 'N Flagon is a raucous, TV-packed sports bar with a long beer list, pub fare & views of Fenway from the patio. It’s a beer lover's paradise with over 200 brews on tap. The lively atmosphere, friendly bartenders, and nostalgic arcade games, including classics like Pac-Man, make it the perfect spot for a unique night out with friends. Cheers to a fun and inviting experience!

Attempted to get last minute tickets to the Red Sox game only to watch the prices rise as the game went on. Oh well. Went here to grab a bite and watch the game while we waited for our friends to get out of it. To start, they had fiddlehead pitchers for $32 talk about the one that’s hard to get, haven’t seen that at many places. We got the boneless buffalo wings, loaded tots and some clam chowder. Skip the tendies for sure they were a bit soggy and the meat itself was dry. The clam chowder was pretty thick but great, I just couldn’t tell if it was the soup or the large amount of salt in it that I liked. The tots were great, beer cheese, wonderful. More bacon? Sure. The chopped tomatoes added a bit of refreshment too. Overall good pub food, a bit salty, coming from a salt heavy person but would come back. Was torn between a 3 and a 4 but went with 4 because of the good service and atmosphere.

Great ambient for watching sports, or hanging out after watching a game at Fenway. Menus are great. Excellent location. Food flavors are typical bar food, filled your stomach but lack flavors or quality. Clam chowder bread bowl is just bread bowl, not sourdough bread! The New England chowder is small in portion even for a bread bowl. Imagine the size of you if you ordered just a cup!! The nachos are good portion. Wish it had more meat. The southwest chic portion was average but seriously lack flavor!! Probably will not return!

Location is fantastic right next to Fenway. Chaos on game days though. Way too loud to enjoy a legit meal, we were screaming the whole time just to chat. Service wasn’t the best, I ordered a pastrami burger and got a bacon burger and he didn’t care one bit. Only two IPAs available which is lame for a Boston bar. Overall fun spot for pregame drinks but not a great spot for dinner.

I went here with a friend to grab food before a concert and it did the job but it could have been better. The food for me was about average, nothing really memorable. The atmosphere however was nice. We went on a day that was not too busy so the noise level was low. The server was also very nice and helpful.

Had a lovely time at this restaurant. I ordered a Fenway burger which was delicious! I also had blueberry beer and some nachos. The waiter was Mexican and very friendly and attentive. He was really cool! I highly recommend this place !! I went there on a Wednesday night and it was not too crowded.

As far as sports bars go, Cask 'N Flagon knows what they're doing. We had some late lunch with a nice drink and a couple of beers. The burnt ends were excellent and so was the chilli my wife had. Not a lot of people when we were there but I can imagine that during evenings and weekends the place is packed. Well worth a visit. Particularly if you want to watch a game with friends.

Started with sweet chili wings and boneless buffalo tenders….Both delicious! Burgers ordered by 3 members of our group were 👍. Veggie burger was also very good accompanied by delicious crispy sweet potato fries! The only bad experience was the smoky pastrami sandwich ordered by 2 people in our group…. Wayyyyyy to smoky! The smokiness was so strong it overwhelmed all the other flavors of the sandwich. Unfortunately, my friends only could only handle a few bites… They might want to ease up on whatever they’re adding to the meat to make it that strong! All in all would highly recommend …

Overview: Went here just to get some good food before a concert at the house of blues, but this place will be skipped next time looking for food, quite disappointing. We heard this is a staple if you go to this area, especially with baseball games going on (not when we went); but the food really needs attention. If I was trashed after a baseball game, sure this place wouldn't be bad. Food: The food here, as another reviewer said, looks REALLY FREAKING GOOD; but it's sadly far from it.. It's actually quite lackluster. - We got the onion rings as an appetizer, and while we got a LOT of them, they were absolutely drenched with grease. The board they came on was literally soaked after we ate them; while yes they were good, in fact the best part of the dinner, your stomach will hate you after, it'll feel like you just ate 3 whoppers worth of grease. - I got the pork belly burnt ends and was sadly disappointed. The pork belly was almost exclusively fat. I wish I took a photo from the side view but almost every piece was straight fat, one piece was actually completely fat. I get pork belly is fatty, but really, this fatty? You couldn't cut a more meaty piece and served straight up fat? The barbeque sauce was good though. Served almost room temperature, very sad. - Also came served with random purple vegetables thrown in the corner of the dish, why? What am I supposed to eat this with? It's neither onion, radish, or shallot, what is it? - The mac and cheese was lackluster, and needed to be stirred around to get the flavor, something is definitely missing from it. - The corn bread was straight up cold and hard, like it was left on a shelf and served. - The baked beans were pretty good, though it was more of a soup than anything. Definitely needs more beans and less 'soup'. - My girlfriend got the bbq beef brisket and had almost the same comments about the mac and cheese, and cornbread. The meat was served room temp but absolutely melted in your mouth. Definitely the better menu option. Sweet potato fries were also good, just cold. - For how un-busy this restaurant was, why was all of the food served cold? You'd expect it to be piping hot, especially since the meat is slow cooked for hours - should come out already hot. Service: - The waiter was very persistent on making sure everything was all set and we had water, etc. - The waiter left us a jug of water which was really useful as we drank the whole thing. - Any time it seemed like we needed something he was right there; their service is definitely really good.

Had a great time here after a Red Sox game with some co-workers. Decent drinks, decent food. Mostly the ambiance was spot on and it didn't feel like an overly crowded bar. Would come back after another Red Sox game

Surprised that Cask n Flagon had tables available for racers during lunch time for a party of 6! Right off the bat, I ordered a blood orange margarita, very fruity, but light on alcohol. This was followed by the orange ginger mule, which was also good, but ginger took over. My main dish was the Cask Burger, which I received after they accidentally gave me the Old Fashion. The Cask Burger was okay.

Great place to watch sports, if you want to watch what everyone else is watching. Everything was great about this place, it was very busy because it was the Saturday before Halloween. The food was amazing except, for dessert. The fried Twinkies should have been fantastic but they were way over cooked. The ice cream that came with it was what saved the dish. The only other issue, was after getting our initial order for food and appetizers, our waiter pretty much disappeared. I get they're busy, but when our glasses are empty and no one is around, that's strange. But overall I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere was great.

Came here for dinner and drinks and Thalia made our experience amazing. Also the hosting staff gave us the best table which before any event at Fenway is quite a task! We had a great time!! Thanks to all the staff! Keep up the good work! 👏🏼👏🏼

We went on a game night and could not believe how fast the service was. Food was good, drinks were good and delivered quickly. Guys up front were kinda jerks about masks, but no one was enforcing it inside which was very crowded.
