It was OK. I tipped the waitress, SHE WASN'T VERY FRIENDLY, and ROLLED HER EYES when my sister & I, wanted our hamburgers "WELL DONE" that took like 25 minutes! When asked "What's taking so long, she replied "You wanted them well done, it takes longer!" When she came back, she had them in hand! You get this big bun, with a small hamburgers! Fries were OKAY, KINDA BURNT TOO!! I feel this was all intentional, maybe not! All and all, would I return or recommend? "NOT ON MY HUNGRIEST DAY!!!!" GREAT Pub atmosphere, very clean, reasonably priced- they just didn't WELCOME my sister & I OR made sure we were satisfiedwithourorder!!! I observed the same waitress with her other customers, NOT THE SAME WITH US, SADLY ENOUGH!!

My girlfriend and I were visiting Boston for the weekend and our friends who live here told us this was a must stop. The place is huge and has a ton of beer on top. Food was great too. I went with the wagyu dumplings and the Lincoln Burger. They had live music playing and I hear it gets pretty rowdy at night making it a fun spot for a night out. Huge fan!

Had a holiday party here and we had an absolutely amazing time! The appetizers were all delicious. The Brussels sprouts might be the standout, but the wagyu dumplings were great. I liked the wings, but they are as spicy as advertised. The bar steak (ribeye) was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The truffle fries were more than ample. The scallops were amazing as were the short ribs.

Great spot to get brunch at! The service was excellent, the food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the ambiance is all there. 10/10 would recommend the fruity pebble pancakes, french toast, and eggs benedict!

Lincoln is a great place for Sunday brunch. There are variety of food options as well as extensive drink menu from your classic breakfast drink likes bloody marys to spiked coffee. Great ambiance. Only downside is parking but that’s pretty much for all of south Boston! Definitely recommend a visit to the Lincoln!

The staff were super friendly! We went for Saturday brunch. We got the loaded hashbrowns and the slice of french toast. Everything was SO good and flavorful. Highly recommend their brunch if you’ve never tried it.

What an awesome dinner. Highly recommend you make a reservation, as the restaurant filled up fast on a Saturday night. Service was great, it was a bit loud, but it was jam-packed and worth it. Food was absolutely phenomenal and can't wait to go back again to try more items on the menu. Didn't have room for dessert, but wish we had. Interior and bar area were gorgeous and looks like they accept large parties, as well. Can't recommend enough. Absolutely need to add this to your next visit.

I went here for a birthday brunch. There is plenty of street parking, and the place is very spacious (which unfortunately can result in it being hard to flag down a server, especially if you are seated in the back, as I was). I got the BBQ pulled pork Benedict and thick sliced French toast. Both were amazing. The Hollandaise sauce was smooth and creamy, the BBQ pulled pork was very soft, and the hash browns had a nice crunch. The thick sliced French toast was balanced in terms of toast to sauce/toppings and was not overly sweet. Lincoln Tavern and Restaurant won Best Brunch of 2023, and it is well deserved.

Spicy wings were good but should have been crispier. Great flavor and pretty spicy. Salmon plate was great, lots of food. Basically a deconstructed lox sandwich with everything you could want. Breakfast pizza served with perfectly poached eggs which was awesome but it lacked flavor and crispiness. Little to no sausage/bacon on it.

Great weekday brunch until 3pm! Although the brunch menu is small, it’s exquisite! I highly recommend the breakfast pizza. I also got the shrimp salad and it was definitely big enough to split (so is the pizza). Will definitely be back for the creative drinks and live music in the future!

Lincoln Tavern is a nice place to go for brunch with friends. Very energetic! If you're over 40 years old you'll probably think this place is too loud. I honestly came for a dish that was written about in Time Out magazine three weeks prior, but the server informed me they were not serving the dish. The food was decent, but the drinks were better.

HORRIBLE!!! There was an extreme lack of customer service.. I ordered a salmon salad and when I cut into my salmon there was a small beetle that crawled from underneath.... they replaced my salad 20 minutes later only for the inside of my salmon to still be bright pink and gooey and still added the salad on my bill when in my opinion the entire meal should’ve been free!!!!! I will never eat here and tell everyone I know to never eat here.

Do yourself a favor and spend your money here. This place hits all my checkpoints: 1. Value 2. Incredible food 3. Diverse and creative changing menu 4. Great service/management. 5. Great atmosphere Its too hard to describe everything that's good about this place. I've been here about 10 times and ordered something different almost every time. Not once have I had anything less than outstanding. I am actually challenging this place by ordering something new in order to find one item made mediocre. So far they've crushed me. Then there's the price and menu. You really have to respect what this place is doing. They are selling creative, delicious, gourmet food that shows how much they care about it in the presentation and taste of each dish. BUT, they are selling this at the pricing of mediocre pubs...That is what puts this place in my top 5 restaurants in Boston, and one of my personal favorite spots. This is American/Tavern fare on speed. For the price of other restaurants that don't hold a candle to this place. The weekly Lincoln Happy Meal?? $15-$18 for a gourmet sandwich/burger, fries, desert, and cocktail/beer?? UNbelievable. I had the Hawaiian burger meal and everything was 11/10, including the cocktail which I was expecting to be mediocre, because the price of the entire meal was barely more than one cocktail itself. Nope, the blue hawaiin was perfectly balanced. The only blue hawaiian I've ever had that was actually measured and not overpoured and full of fake concentrate juices. Fellow bartender/mixologists will also appreciate, they didn't use the typical vodka or bacardi white, but instead what I suspected to be a blend of 1/2 rhum agricole blanc and maybe plantation 3 star. Both top shelf rums. Forget the fact that every item on the menu i've had punches well above its price point and that they have daily specials which are super creative and all also delicious which makes the experience here new every time. Genius managing here. So yeah, incredible food, revolving menu, creative thoughtful playful dishes, and shockingly inexpensive. Also great management, evident by the many specials and programs run here and the fact that managers here are very friendly and welcoming and excited to talk to you about the food and hear your input, they are very generous. The owner of this restaurant group clearly hires quality for every position in this restaurant, but don't take my word for it, go and see the evidence yourself. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Cheers, A happy customer.

This was an excellent first meal for out trip to Boston! Fruity Pebbles pancakes were phenomenal - must try! Food was reasonably priced and delicious. Outdoor seating was a great perk as well. Service was good - our waitress didn't bring a drink out right away and ended up giving it to us for free. Highly recommend.

APPETIZER TRUFFLE MAC & CHEESE Pro: Ritz cracker crumbs Cons: too much truffle oil, macaroni was tasteless WAGYU DUMPLINGS Pro Sauce had flavor Con: Didn't look like it had meat in it or taste like meat, Dumpling needed more filling, Sauce was the only thing that had flavor WOOD FIRED PIZZA WHITE Pro Topping was great I liked the sourness from the cheese and the sweet from the honey. Con Pizza was a little to under cooked but that might jut be what i prefer ENTREES CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN Pro The Mashed potato was perfect, bet part of the dinner, Chicken and the corn was good Con nothing major Service Our waiter was friendly and attentive. We sat outside across from the from the Chinese relearnt. The spot was great until they shut off their lights. The table light wasn't high enough to illuminate the table.

Good place to get a cocktail and great food. Oysters were fresh and short rib melts in your mouth. Atmosphere feels rustic and comfortable. Service was quick. I’d eat here again when traveling to Boston!

Trying this spot out for the brunch! Ordered lincoln sliders and spicy wings to watch a part of the football game. It is incredibly lively here! This place gets packed quick! Sit down eating is limited to 90 minutes given how many people go in and chill by the bar and watch football on the screen. Its cool that there are two bars (one in the front and one in the back). Fun vibes here! May be difficult to find parking so i recommend having alternative ways to get here. Good experience!

Brunch at Lincoln was a delight with well executed food and a lively ambiance with music and frequently revolving tables of brunchgoers enjoying their weekend. The bagel sandwich, sausage pizza (from their wood oven), and kale salad were all delicious and easily pair with something from a substantial cocktail, wine, and draft/bottle list. The pancaked-style hash brown was especially a highlight.

I came here with my Dad for an excellent brunch! None of the food blew me away but it was all enjoyable and I would definitely come back here. We split a few things: the BLTC, the loaded hash browns, and the baked goat cheese dip. My favorites were the baked goat cheese dip and the BLTC. The BLTC was a delicious egg sandwich and the goat cheese dip with the raspberry or whatever jam was in it was 10/10. Can’t wait to come back here to try the pizza!

Had brunch reservations and definitely recommend making reservations because this place gets full. It also means that staff is spread thin and service definitely suffers. Not at all a knock on the server. They don’t control the schedule. The food was good. We got the blueberry bread to start and easily would’ve loved it if served warm. Large chunks of blueberry and not too sweet. For my main I got the California omelette. eggs whites were seasoned and cooked well. I wish the avocado had been chunks of avocado. You could tell they used a processed spread. The hash browns were the highlight and highly recommend them.

I will caveat that I went at 11 am on a Tuesday, so there were barely any people there. That being said the $1 oysters were very clean and tasted great. 18-hour short rib was pricey for one rib but was still very good. The French toast and berry appetizer was a decent portion and was nice and crispy. Probably the only place I know that carries blueberry Angry Orchard (which goes with the oysters in my opinion). French Onion soup was a little sweet for my taste but I appreciate the amount of cheese and my husband loved it. Took the lemon blueberry cheesecake to go and had a great midnight snack. Servers were very attentive and checked on us often.

Loved this place! The Steak and Cheese bomb was very similar to a Philly cheese steak, but the rib eye was minced. It was delicious and juicy and the bread was soft and toasted. The sandwich is quite heavy, so we cut the fat by adding Pickles. The loaded hashbrowns are no joke! Very crispy and TOPPED with lots of cheese and sour cream. I almost wish they were lighter with the toppings. The staff were also friendly and helpful. 10/10

What an Amazing brunch place! I loved every single bite of it. That is our second time and this time we decided to try the test kitchen (on Friday lunch time) and everything was delicious. I would recommend the breakfast pizza and poutine! If you’re not the test kitchen, I would recommend the California brunch which is a healthy brunch option that is delicious and well made with guacamole and spinach.

Get there for brunch and have the champagne with assortment of juices. You will also was to order the steak wrap, it was delicious as was the breakfast pizza. We ordered the goat cheese dip and I found it to be disappointing. I love goat cheese and I thought this had very little cheese actually in it. It was mostly jam and toasted almonds which made it pretty sweet. Don't get me wrong, the bread was delicious and I ate the whole thing - it was just not what I expected. Maybe using a feta or another sturdy cheese would hold up better. Next time I'm in Boston, I will definitely come back. I saw a lot of other food items I'd like to try.

Lincoln is a true gem on the south side of Boston. The food is phenomenal, and the ambiance is warm and inviting. There's a framed civil war era flag with 35 stars on the back wall, which was flown during the namesakes presidency. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and the location. Staff is super well trained and the place runs like a well oiled machine. Expect small wait on busier times. Be warned that this place goes a little bonkers when the Pats are playing.

Had dinner at Lincoln which is a very popular restaurant/bar in South Boston. The place is Large, but still has waiting lines outside. Food and drinks were good quality and price. Service was good and the place has a dark wood old time interior with a bar running the length of the property. I would recommend this as a place for the 20 to 30 year old crowd and make reservations to avoid long waits in line.

Well! Did take out today, my bread was stale on my lobster roll. Fries not seasoned what so ever. My husband got the fried chicken, NOT SEASONED AT ALL. ALSO here in boston we dont eat hot potatoe salad. Weird. My husband says the only good thing was the side of bread he got with his meal. COMPLETE FAIL. Atleast season the food! Have a nice day.

Went there for a business lunch. 90° outside and they had the front door propped open: if I wanted to sit in the heat, I would have requested a table on the patio. We didn't have time to go find another restaurant and were all perspiring by the time we left. Thanks a lot. Got the softshell crab sandwich with a side salad. Salad was unchopped and hard to eat, and was basically nothing but tasteless greens with 2-3 tiny pieces of tomato in it. Crab was overcooked, bun was overgrilled and so hard around the edges that I couldn't bite through it. Service was terrible - had to ask the server multiple times for this or that, never asked if anyone wanted more drinks, just let people sit with empty glasses. But she came back to the table with alacrity after I signed the credit card slip and snatched THAT up to make sure she got her tip (never did clear any dirty dishes!). I see no reason to ever go back.

Our table got Lincoln burgers and they were very well seasoned and cooked exactly as requested. The baked fig and goat cheese was SO good that we were talking about it hours later. Our server was very efficient and friendly, and she made us feel welcome the entire time. Overall I would recommend this tavern to anyone in the South Boston area!!

This is a restaurant that I have previously enjoyed but today it was an incredible disappointment. I got the special, a fish sandwich and a cup of chowder. It was not very good. The crust on the fish was seriously over seasoned and it overwhelmed the light white fish. The chowder was tasteless. My son's dish came with two poached eggs that were still slimy. Rendering the rest of the dish uneditable. Our calamari appetizer was greasy and bland unless you are the plethora of hot peppers. The manager did remove my son's dish from the bill The waitress was a ghost.

Have been waiting to try this place for over a year now. Presentation 10/10 (biggest reason I’ve been wanting to try them, in pictures their food looks AMAZING). Unfortunately, to my surprise, the food was not as flavorful as expected. The fruity pebbles pancakes were very fluffy but the only taste they had was the cereal milk anglaise. The steak and cheese was good however the Asiago bun they had was way to thick to be able to eat it. Our waitress was not attentive nor seemed to care when she took our plates and saw that they were still full. Overall, the food does not live up to the hype at all

A group of us came here for a Friday morning brunch. We did make a reservation so we were seated right away. You can sit inside or outside. We ordered the "go big or go home" mimosa bottle. It was a 1.5 L Prosecco with assorted juices for $68. It gave my group of 6 at least two glasses. The food was SO good ! I mean my pictures speak for themselves. We are all from Florida, so we are familiar with good seafood and the ouster and shrimp here were Amazing. We ate oysters all over the city, but these were actually our favorite. The shrimp was the best part of my meal. The restaurant was very clean and everyone was wearing a mask. I highly suggest having brunch here.

Amazing experience. We ordered the breakfast pizza and the giant champagne along with oysters. Can't wait to visit Boston and this restaurant again!

Food was expensive, but most dishes at the table were very bland. The dessert and one of the sandwiches were okay, though.

This place was packed full which is extremely concerning during the pandemic. It was so busy that our server forgot some things, I feel bad for those who are working here now. It was super loud and there were several groups of belligerent people flailing about in their booths. All they had between booths were these little plexiglass and nothing else. The food and the restaurant was also sooo SO bland

Food is pretty good. Unless you are dining in the experience is kind of overpriced even for Southie. Service has not been top notch a single time I’ve visited. Note that if you order takeout using a third party app like doordash during busy times, you should opt for pickup as you might never get your delivery. I waited 2 hours for my delivery on a weeknight before walking a half hour to go in and get it myself. Though this was not Lincoln’s fault the staff wasn’t remotely apologetic and had no problem thrusting me a sack of stone cold food with an even chillier attitude.

The white pizza was not your traditional white pizza and it was delicious. I could tell it was made with the freshed cheese. The Lincoln burger was juicy and fries were my favorite skinny fries

My experience at Lincoln was good although somewhat disappointing. I wish I could give 3.5 stars. The food was good, although one of the pizzas we ordered wasn’t hot and was just kinda warm. The place was LOUD on a Sunday evening which I didn’t expect, and some of the other patrons were yelling at times which was somewhat disruptive. We had to almost shout at times to be heard. The service was also kinda slow. The 2 pizzas we ordered came first, and my Mac and cheese came about 5 minutes later but no one told us is was going to be delayed. It seems like a good place for a drink and a pizza if you don’t mind the noise. The food was tasty, I just wish the environment was a bit better and service was a bit improved.

Cool place with great atmosphere, helpful and courteous staff. The food menu is amazing, everything looks good, nice drink and wine selection, and lots of beers on draft. I ordered the short rib with onion rings, and substituted the truffle mac and cheese for the jalapeño mashed potatoes. It was delicious. A must place if you're in the area.

Everything on their menu is so good!!! The cocktails are strong and yummy. The blueberry bread with whipped butter was a great starter. I ordered the S’mores pancakes with bacon and my sister had the steak and eggs with hash browns. Service was quick and courteous. Recommend this place

Lincoln Tavern is an absolute gem of a brunch spot. Coal fire pizza, full bar, professional waiting staff. Truly a great experience if you haven’t already tried it. Shout out to our waitress Jennifer for the excellent service. Notable items we’ve tried on the menus include the breakfast pizza, goat cheese feta dip, mimosas, and Irish coffees. Thanks and see y’all soon!

Worth the price easily. The entire staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. The food was thoughtfully prepared by our chef, Miguel. Thank you for having us and allowing me to celebrate my birthday in style. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

Great neighborhood bar with a decent selection of beer on tap. This place is extremely popular with the newly graduated from college that is typical for Southie . Service is great.

Dined here for brunch on a monday - much easier than trying to get a table on a Sunday. The breakfast menu is small, but their daily specials make up for it. Their $15 "Happy Meal" (two breakfast wraps, tots, a homemade pop tart and a mixed drink) is a great deal and delicious. The ambience is great and I can also highly recommend their espresso martini. Definitely worth a try!

This was a great meal! We stopped in for Sunday brunch at 1:30pm, without a reservation. We were seated immediately and the staff was great. Both meals were GREAT! I have a diary allergy, and my meal came specially to the table with an "allergy" toothpick in it, so I felt safe eating it. All the drinks were great. Although we didn't get the mimosa bucket, it was reasonably priced! We got the avocado toast and Lincoln sliders - both 5/5. The fries just OK. Lots of short fries, but still good. Music selection was also good. We didn't get pizza, but many people near us did and they looked INCREDIBLE! We will definitely be back! I wish they had more dairy free options, so 4/5.

Outdoor dining was wicked awesome, service was top-notch, food was unbelievable. I got the bar steak with truffle fries (see pic). Every bite was as good as the first. My wife got the scallops with jalapeno mashed potatoes, which was also very good. Great scene all the way around. It was totally worth the price.

Our waitress McKayla was fantastic! So kind and fast! We went for 9am brunch before we hit the JFK library! We had mimosas, coffee, chronic bacon appetizers, eggs Benedict, breakfast burrito! And they surprised me with a fruity pebbles pancake for my birthday! Truly an amazing experience! Highly recommend!

Lincoln burgers are the BESt in Southies. Don’t miss the $1 oysters every Tuesday’s. The staffs are nice but way too busy and loud music. Sometimes it’s hard to hear the waiter as the music is so loud. There’s no air conditioner in the back so we had to sweat like crazy.

  • 5/5 Jaki 2 years ago on Google
Food was very good and the restaurant is quite cozy inside. Our waitress, while not enthusiastic was quick with a refill and more than helpful for with our needs. The menu has some unique items but they did not disappoint.

Do we or do we not have a mask mandate in the city of Boston? You’d never know it in Lincoln Tavern. Brought my parents here for brunch over the weekend, and the place was full of both patrons AND staff who couldn’t be bothered to wear a face covering when not sitting at their tables. Our waitress had a mask on, but it was basically decorative as it hung off her face the whole time. I always hear great things about this place so I was excited to try it, but between slow service and poor mask enforcement I’m not sure the food would be enough to bring me back for some time.

Nothing great, it’s overrated. Food was just ok. Got honey melted cheese with baguette and avocado toast. Went for brunch. It’s in southie (south Boston) which is great if you live there but otherwise not very well connected. There isn’t a main subway line that comes here. I would still go back to try their mac and cheese, i hear it’s great. It’s a fun vibe for lunch just the food was average.

OMG! Everything I ordered tasted so good! Via Uber eats I ordered the black currant and goat cheese croquettes, two orders of the spicy wings, jalapeno mash potatoes and the shaved apple salad. The croquettes was my favorite. I will definitely make an in person visit to this restaurant. They also need to keep this chef😊!

Fantastic food here. I had the coconut shrimp salad, and -even if you're not into salads- this dish is ridiculously tasty. Mango, arugula, coconut shrimp, not to mention that the presentation of the dish was super fancy. Highly recommend trying it out.

We held a work event here that was a huge success. Between working with an amazing, communicative team to plan the event and the really incredible food, it was an absolute pleasure. Would definitely return for future events, but I bet dinner is phenomenal, too. Edit: We returned for dinner the next night and were pleased to find the food and service were great in the restaurant, too. Folks at our table had pizza, steak, mac and cheese, cheesecake, and more, and it was all delicious. Our server was fantastic, and though it was loud inside, we had a great time. Will definitely return.

My family and I enjoyed this place for breakfast as they had good menu options and served good portions. They definitely give you your moneys worth in there. We ordered the avocado toast, French toast, BLTC, and the egg scramble hash. They served great portions with their sides as well. Make sure to eat the blueberry bread they serve you as you wait for your meal to arrive, it’s scrumptious! I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back.

I recently visited Lincoln and I have to say, the food was fantastic! The flavors were bold and delicious, and the presentation was impeccable. However, the only downside was the noise level inside the restaurant. It was really loud and made it difficult to hear and have a conversation. Despite the noise, I still highly recommend Lincoln for the amazing food.

Decent food but terrible service. Got here at 9pm and have to ask someone to come take our order after 20 mins waiting. We put in everything because we felt like no one will ever come to check on us anytime soon. I just got my oysters right now after all the food came out and got cold. It’s been over 45 mins waiting for my oysters and the place is empty. Terrible service. Sit at the bar might give you more hope on a service. The food runner dropped off oysters didn’t even tell us which oysters are they. What a great night

Rude waitress that yelled at us and lied about enforcing a 90 limit. Waitress’s name is Sophie W. Please avoid at all costs. Came here to watch the Bruins play off game. Since the game is long we decided to wait on ordering food and more drinks after our first drink. After a little while, the waitress came up to us and said we have 10 mins left on our table because they are enforcing 90 min limits on tables as they had waitlists building up and claimed the hostess told us. The hostess never told us this and a friend in the group was able to sit through a full play off game earlier that week. After we said we didn’t know and wanted to put in our food and drink order, the waitress came up to friend’s face and yelled so what do you want? In a very rude and condescending tone. She spoke to us very disrespectfully . 3 tables next to us were empty for about 45 mins (attached photo). There was absolutely no waitlist or lines it seemed.

Amazing Brunch at the Lincoln!! Our hostess Christina was super friendly and was able to accommodate our large group. Our server Talia, was one of the BEST!! Helpful, knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. Our compliments to the chef, awesome, unique menu and everything that came out of the kitchen looked and tasted GREAT!! Can't wait to come back!! Thanks to the entire staff!!

We picked-up Thanksgiving dinner for 6 with all the trimmings from Lincoln Tavern for the holiday. Everything was absolutely delicious! The favorites were smashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, pumpkin cornbread and the very juicy Butterball! Thank you Lincoln for doing the cooking. We got to enjoy all of our football games without any pressure of big meal prep or kitchen timers. Even better than going out to dinner, nobody had to dress up AND we have our coveted Thanksgiving leftovers... LOTS of them!!! A+++++ experience. We will be doing this again!

They mentioned the burger was recently voted one of the best in MA and it did not disappoint! It was really good, especially when paired with the truffle fries. Would definitely come back here again. There's parking right across from the place so you might get lucky by circling around the lot a few times.

Great little lunch spot. My breakfast bagel sandwich was a little too pink in the sausage patty and the burger was amazing. Hash browns were phenomenal and so were the truffle fries 🤤

  • 4/5 Seth M. 5 months ago on Google
Go for: Lots of American Fare options on their brunch, lunch, and dinner menus with attentive service staff and short wait times, despite the size of the place. Avoid if: You don't like hearing the sounds of the city while you eat (open air restaurant during the warmer months). Something surprising: The quality of the food across the menu. Reservation needed? Not usually. It's a long walk from the T, so if you don't live in Southie, plan to drive here. Overall Experience: 4/5. The whole service staff team worked together and they were "on it" the whole meal. The food was great and the interior of the establishment is really beautiful. The only complaints had to do with noise outside and inside, with the restaurant windows open: motorcycles, police sirens, cars blaring music with their windows down, and some weird nightclub-like music selections inside the restaurant that really didn't match the scenery whatsoever. Other than that, great experience. Value for Price: 4 Sanitation: 3 Food Quality: 4 Menu Precision: 3 Service Quality: 4 Timing: 5 Decor: 4 Access: 3 — 5 among the best 4 strong 3 not too bad 2 mediocre 1 never again

Lincoln pizza hits different - wood fired, and they have a different cheese blend than most places. This is my favorite combo there of sausage and fresh hot cherry peppers. Get the wings as well- they have a great kick to them!
