Got the train in from New Hampshire on Friday for the England vs USA game. Did not realize it was the official pub for the US supporters club. Despite that initial awkwardness of being the only England fans in there we had the best time! Our server was just fantastic. She never let us sit there with an empty drink despite the mass of ppl she had to battle through just to get to our table. Food was solid pub food and the atmosphere was fantastic. Easily the best football (soccer) pub I’ve been to in New England. We can’t wait to go back!

Best place to watch soccer games in the Greater Boston area. Visited to watch the Manchester City vs Liverpool match, and the vibes here were simply unmatched. Unfortunately, we weren't able to grab a table or bar seats as we came in a little late. Stood in the middle of the bar for the entire game, but they still offered to serve us beer and fries. Both were amazing, and servers were also very helpful despite all the craziness going on at the time. Definitely recommend going at least 30 minutes in advance if you want to grab a good seat.

Banshee got a sweet patio set up out on the sidewalk with solid barrier protecting you from traffic and giving you decent amount of privacy from anyone walking by. Good food and beer selections as always.

I'm from Wisconsin and somehow always find a Packers bar! Went to watch Six Nations matches, great service and atmosphere. Servers were amazing and super quick and friendly. 11/10 Burgers & Fries were cooked perfectly too!

Was in town visiting for a few days and needed a place to watch the Chelsea match. The Boston Blues meet here and had the entire upstairs bar dedicated to the match. It was quite busy for 10am; the place was basically packed full with multiple matches playing. Good breakfast menu and great atmosphere. Cheers and Go Blues!! Olympic Otter

The staff is great, super friendly, and always remember either your face or your name. Great place to watch soccer. The premier league soccer has a huge following. The Manchester city soccer games here are a great time. The food options are great and they offer new specials which are usually very good.

Nice Irish bar with a great selection of food. I got the cheese pizza which was very good. Had a few pints of Shipyard IPA that were only $6 each if I recall. Where else can you get a pizza and two pints for only $26? There is only street parking available. Otherwise I would be spending a lot more time at The Banshee. Jemma waited on me and was very helpful with menu suggestions. Lots of TVs for watching the games. Definitely check it out if you can.

Great place to watch a soccer match. Food is good and the service is spot on.

Excellent service, excellent food, good beer. I had the beet salad with fried Asian-style cauliflower added on, which was delicious. Joy, Chris, and (I believe) Jon (who was working during the day on Sunday) were all friendly and attentive. Lucky to have missed my stop on the RedLine and ended up at this joint!

Great place!! Food is awesome and there's good beer. The best thing is that you can see European football!!

They didn't let my friend in with an international ID, the guard argued about it even though they didn't even have a spot to sit at and wasted our time.

If you are out of coleslaw, tell me you’re out of coleslaw. Don’t wait until I realize it when I pay $21 for the most overpriced fish and chips of my life. Fish and chips were tasting like they dumped the salt shaker all over them. Not from Boston, but I think it’s funny my non vaccinated friends were able to sit and when I come in later, I’m asked to show my card, which I did. What a joke!

This place is perfect. Want a casual beer? Come here. Want a nice cocktail? Come here. Want a good dinner, quick bite, or delicious pizza? Come here. This place is clean, inviting, and delicious on multiple fronts. This is perfect for watching a game, chatting with friends, or just enjoying time for a bit. The guy behind the bar, Mike, was kind, accommodating, and helpful. This place rocks and I look forward to going back.

Fun bar, good bartenders, horrible bouncer. Without fail, every time I have been to this bar there has been no bouncer at the door so I have gone in. He then always comes stammering and often drunk seeming from the back of the bar to yell at us for coming in and aggressively demanding our IDs. Probably best to not be a jerk when you're the one not doing your job. But otherwise, a fun bar (just beware of bouncer)

Menus on their website not the same. Offerings of Irish food was not here. Menu was bar food at mediocre. Good Guinness cold brew. Then everything else was downhill. Cup of clam chowder could have been better if it was hot. Lukewarm is closer. A Hamburger that had fresh lettuce and tomato, beef was prepared as ordered medium. Bun was tasty fresh but the cheddar or what was offered as cheese was totally missing and the onion straws were hard, cold chewy overcooked dried out onions. It was loud noisy Banshee wailing drinking establishment, but food sadly missed the point. Because it was so busy, you had to wait and be aggressive to get a bartender's attention to order.

Best place around Boston to watch Premier League football. Good breakfast menu and always open for the early games. Friendly staff and an upstairs room you can rent out for big watch parties. 2 hour street parking down the main street in front and a nice outdoor seating area too.

Fantastic food. Proper sports bar. Great beer list. Friendly staff. We're from DC visiting family in Dorchester and love a solid bar. Came here for lunch and even our 83 year old grandmother loved the food and can't wait to come back. We got the fish tacos, steak tip sandwich, and a burger. 10 outta 10 recommend.

Great pub for watching the soccer, always busy with lots of different fans, but primarily a Chelsea bar. Food isn't super upmarket but it isn't that kind of place - bar staff are friendly and service is good. A great choice to watch the game

I look forward to coming here to watch soccer (footie). The energy is high and the place can be packed; but when you walk in the staff makes you feel like you are the only ones here. They figure out where to sit you (team based) and are unobtrusively, appropriately, and sometimes surprisingly attentive. The food is also fantastic, but you should come for the service. It’s above par.

Visiting this bar was a truly memorable experience. The atmosphere is lively and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a night out with friends. The bartenders are not only talented mixologists but also friendly and engaging, creating a welcoming vibe. The drink menu is a testament to creativity, featuring a range of cocktails that are as visually appealing as they are delicious. The attention to detail and the overall commitment to customer satisfaction make this bar a standout choice for a great time.

Had no idea what to expect, but really quite good for the type of place! Fries were great, pretty good beer selection, flatbreads are good. Great option in this neighborhood.

  • 5/5 Jordyn F. 9 months ago on Google
The cheese pizza here is so good, I look forward to that and a cold Guinness every time I come here, usually with my soccer team. Overall the food is surprisingly good for a divey looking bar. The staff is efficient and are very pleasant despite it usually being crowded and not a lot of staff working. The atmosphere is fun, especially when there's a soccer game on. Just such a great neighborhood spot. Also, my friends have rented the upstairs for a couple of birthday parties and it's very affordable to have such an event.

This is a proper Football sports Bar! This is a good ppace to go and watch Premier league Football They have big screens all over, and they open early morning. They try to accommodate everyone. So they put on different games at the same time. Finally was able to find a place to watch EPL Football

Good place to watch sports and grab some beers, they need to change or fix some TVs and fix some issues when it rains, but it is a good option.

  • 5/5 Steve N. 4 months ago on Google
A great little neighborhood haunt, perfect for grabbing a beer and watching sports. The food is a lot better than you’d expect for an Irish pub. The burger and curry chicken are both excellent. Would be nice to see a few vegetarian options, like a veggie burger at least.

Great experience. We went to the Banshee after participating in the PanCAN Purplestride walk at Carson's beach!! Perfect location for the team to get together for drinks and lunch after supporting such a great cause. The staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating!! I emailed a few weeks prior to the event to see if they would be able to accommodate a large group at noon on a Saturday. We had the entire upstairs!! Great place!! We will be back 💜

First went for the Manchester City vs Liverpool match and wow. What an atmosphere. It was at capacity at 11:30 am on a Sunday! Plan on getting there early for big matches, as this is the place to be. Great bartenders and friendly service as well. Went back for another game and had a great experience once again. Would recommend this bar to any sports fan, especially European football fans. P.S. Theres a packie and pizza place right next to it. At half time go get a couple nips and a slice to cut costs, its a pure vibe. Stay safe and have fun everyone! 🤟🏻

Very typical dark and dinzy sports bar. Decent neighbourhood bar to watch sports live. Food menu is better than most American bars, however it much option for vegetarians. Fries was below average. Grilled sandwich was decent. We ordered beers and whiskies which were the usual.

I was looking for a place to watch Ireland vs South Africa in the rugby Autumn Internationals, and this was the only pub I could find that was showing it. TVs are big and it’s easy to find a good spot without an obstructed view. The commentary was on. Staff were all very kind and helpful :) The grilled chicken was top notch

Really fun atmosphere , waitresses were great and the food was awesome, my only complaint is it was 15 dollars for like 3 chicken tenders with no fries , they were very good though. The chowder was also really good.

Great local pub! Go here for the food and the games. The food is great! I always get the gaelic fries with steak. Come here to watch all the games. Can’t brag about this place enough to people. Always busy and staff tends to learn your name very quickly.

(Translated by Google) I have very good memories of this site! It has been 6 years since I returned to Madrid; But in the time that I lived in Boston, Chase St; I had very nice moments at the Banshee. I recommend it to Europeans, there is a lot of good vibes that we like. I saw Real Madrid win there several times, in fact they ended up winning the tenth Champions League cup that year. And I met very nice people there. As I say, I have good memories and from what I read in current reviews, it still holds up very well. Greetings people from the Banshee and a hug to Boston in general, which was a city in which I felt welcomed.

I adore this place! They serve first-cleass dishes, they have a rich menu, The cook in that place is very trained, I love a lot trying all their food. Great place for a game - especially football of the international or NFL variety. They've got a strong beer selection with a stellar Guinness pour, and the food is really very decent. Big fan of the Bacado or Chorizo omelets in the morning.

This was my first time at the bar. Here to see the Chelsea vs MC game and there was a line to get in. The bouncer kept us informed at all times about the progress. The bar was packed but the service was still good for how busy it was. I was pleasantly surprised w the food. We all got burgers, the app fries and wings. The garlic parmesan wings were good! Overall a pleasant experince to watch a game.

Went for a chelsea vs Manchester city football game. Very busy, very crowded so if you're going between 12 and 3 on a weekend, it's going to be crowded. Despite the crowd, all the staff were energetic, polite and seemed to care about the customers. Portions of the food we received were small (a pizza and a "large" fries)
