Review is for customer service on behalf of the manager and his team. We are from out of town and stayed in a hotel down the street for a conference. Choose to get food here for a Rueben sandwich (which is no longer even on their menu). Afterwards, we accidentally left our card in the restaurant. My partner went in the next morning around ~9am and was told by the service staff that the manager is not available and only he can provide the card. Basically told to come back in later. I didn’t realize it at the time, but they were just pawning us off for a later problem. We are in a conference so I took a break, left around 1 pm to pick up the card (it’s a 15 min walk over). The second time around, I was told that “the manager cannot be found”…. I knew I wouldn’t have time later that day to come back so I told them I can wait. Some time goes by and I am approached by the bar tender. She tells me the staff is looking for the manager right now but he’s in a “VIP meeting with clients selling events” so he may be hard to find.. I told them I’ll wait cause I don’t have time to come back later and my flights leaves tomorrow. Some more time passes, the bartender continues to push me to come back later. I insist to wait. Bartender starts to get snarky and told me they can “mail me the card”… at this point I had enough, that is not costumer service and not even a helpful comment. I explain to her how mailing me a card will not be helpful while I am traveling because it will take 10 business days to arrive. Also why mail a card when my current card is in the restaurant with the manager?? It was very clear she wanted me (the problem) gone. Finally, the manager was found and was unavailable because he was in a VIP meeting (surprise surprise) and so he relays a message to me via the sou-chef saying he said never found a card. Sou-chef was clearly exacerbated when coming to talk to me as if I have been creating a scene when in actuality I was just not accepting their “we’ll deal with it later” attitude. . They also told me that security does not have it downstairs… and again to come back later. I left. We tried calling the restaurant but no one answers (the phone automatically routes to the managers phone). we ended up calling the Westin Hotel (since the restaurant is actually in the hotel) and they transferred us to house keeping and security. Security told us the card was delivered to them and they have it!!! Roy Taylor, the operations manager, told us the card was not found so we can leave during his “important VIP meeting”. He literally could have just excused himself for LESS THAN 5 MINUTES to address a small issue. This situation was so ridiculously mismanaged. We ended up having to leave the conference AGAIN and walk back to the restaurant for a third time later in the evening. We told the rude bar tender we found the card in security (after she had already told us they checked there and it wasn’t there) and all she said was “great looks like you found it”. . If I was considering booking an event, I would NOT consider this location due to the lack of professionalism. 1. The manager did not answer his phone after numerous calls throughout the day. 2. Staff was rude and did not care about the situation 3. The grill chicken sandwich was not worth this headache

A quick, fun, and fuss-free hotel bar with elevated cocktails and a reasonably priced menu that gets the job done! Staff were very accommodating and the ambience was relaxing and chill.

The food and drinks might be good, but I don't know. After being seated we sat for twenty minutes and nobody even came to take a drink order. A server walked by our table three times and it was as if we were invisible. Waited a couple more minutes and still no service. Ended up walking out and going elsewhere.

Nice bar located in the Westin Copley Place. Great service by a very friendly and accommodating staff with a really good clam chowder. Live music on the weekends.

Well, David took my order of food so I could take it to my room. The food was just ok and not worth $30+. He was nice and pleasant however I was charged a 15% service charge to my bill for the order to be picked up. What was the service? Packing the food and placing it in a bag? I’m all for paying a gratuity for a service provided to me however it needed to be stated a 'gratuity' rather than a 'service charge'. If it was room service than that would be a service charge not a charge for me to pick up my own food. I paid a gratuity on top of the service charge because I’m not entirely sure if it’s a gratuity or a service charge. Anyway, I was told that most restaurants are practicing that. I travel quite bit and often utilize hotel dining options and have never been charged a ‘service charge' unless it was delivered to my room. I traveled and worked all through the pandemic and never ran into this. I was a little taken aback by this practice from the hotel restaraunt and it should be illegal. Everybody is hurting from COVID. It’s not right to nickle and dime people because of the Pandemic.

Food is just okay my favourite of all the food I’ve tried from here is the chicken wings. They’re good size and the sauce is tasty. I would skip the soups and desserts as they don’t taste great.

Friendly service but seemingly all of the employees at this hotel are foreign and there is a huge language barrier. Very disappointing the bar/restaurant goes cheap on the details like making homemade dressing. Steer clear of the food here but cool and convenient place to get a drink.

Nice hotel bar in the Westin Copley. Convenient to get to here by T. Food and drinks were pretty good here. Burger, wings and drinks were solid. Dessert could use some work but overall a good experience.

Good food, great location, but limited menu. Fantastic service with just the right balance of attentiveness and personal space Pricey, but is likely the norm for Copley Place Boston restaurants.

Wedding party of 12, had an absolute ball. They were amazing. Great drinks, great food, awesome personalized service, all for no additional costs. Worth a try if you haven't already. The atmosphere has a great vibe.

A comfortable hotel bar with great service. I didn't have any food, but what others were enjoying looked great. The drinks were good and the beer choices are decent though limited.

The food was great, fairly priced and the bartop is fun. The bartenders are all very fun and genuine people to talk to and very helpful. And the beers on tap are tasty! Some of the best drinking in the area! Their to go food for rooms is also great, we had a daily $25 credit with our room which meant free cheese cake or a sandwich every day! Will definitely be coming back!

I had a great time at this hotel bar! They have live music! I just had a beer and some fries as a snack, but they have a robust menu, good staff, and live music! The built-in menu on Google maps is incorrect, as it is their 2020 pre-covid menu. Posting their new menu in my review.

We had such a lovely meal with the best service! Our filets were nicely sized, tender and cooked to medium rare perfection. Desserts (lava cake & cheesecake) were delicious and highly recommended. Drinks were well made and perfectly balanced. Gabriel and Bernardo were the darling - I suggest asking for them to be your servers. 5/5 can't wait to go back!

This is how all hotels should do it. Great service, prompt and kind servers, super clean and the server remembered all our names. Definitely go and enjoy.

If you're staying at the Westin, or just in the neighborhood, this hotel restaurant and bar has some great vibes with better service. I went here during the holidays and they had a whole specialized drink menu which was a great way to start our evening before heading out.

I have given feedback to the owners to no avail. The price of their drinks is unbelievably high. This is a hotel bar/restaurant for executives with an expense account. It would be good to have a "neighborhood" establishment, but this is not that.

This place was fantastic! Our bartender was wonderful and made sure to take great care of us. Management was on point and just showed that they were interested in feedback from customers.

Had the ahi tuna tostado, the mushroom flatbread and the Thai chili wings. All of it was amazing. Wings were probably the best I have ever had. Great staff and beer was cold.

Servers are nice and helpful. The Lobster Roll and Lunch IPA was my favorite. Keep up the great work!

We stayed at the Westin and were not expecting such an amazing restaurant in the hotel. We were in Boston for about a week and had to go back twice for the lobster roll, the drinks and the nice, helpful staff. Great service. Highly recommended.

Really nice bar, nice food too!! Ate several times during our Boston trip! Thanks Peter & Lynne UK

Waited 25 minutes to be addressed by the staff. Food was some of the worst I’ve had in the city. Tomato basil flatbread seemed like it was made on a cracker, and it cost $16. Overpriced and not good. Go elsewhere.

I enjoyed my experience here. Since there weren't many people, we were able to pick a table very quickly. I ordered the clam chowder for an appetizer then got the lobster roll. Both were very good, especially the lobster roll. Afterwards, I got a chocolate lava cake for dessert which came with ice cream and strawberries. Our waiter was very nice and helpful. I would definitely go again

Service was excellent. The food was awful. Appetizers can be bought at Costco for a fraction of the price. The short rib plate was a knock off if beef stroganoff. It was tasteless and very greasy. I would recommend any fast food place over this place.

The food was well seasoned and presented, they even cut my burger in two as I was unsure I'd finish the whole thing! The service from the servers incredible and thoughtful, I had a slight disagreement with the host's approach to seating me at my table but all in all I had a good time.

An awesome dining experience! The french toast casserole is absolutely amazing and our waitress Fadilla was a pleasure to work with. If saying at the Westin, definitely come down for breakfast!

Great service, great food, great beer and cocktails. Friendly bartender went out of his way to be available and accomodate my requests (ordering room service-only food at the bar, asking for a cocktail recommendation). Highly recommended. Medium price point.

Nothing special. Service was quick and attentive. The food was mediocre at best. Two orders ( ordered at the same time) of chicken wings were super dry and the taste of buffalo wings was barely different than chili wings. Pasta from kids menu impossible to eat, calamari descent taste, but a bit soggy. Salad and drinks were fine. It is not very expensive although, for the price, we would expect better food.

It ain't bad. Best part: convenience if you're staying in the hotel. Lobster bisque is $7 and it's noticeably not bad. And they have a pretty wide selection of beers.

It doesn't have a fiscal address because it's a food truck. But it's really simple to find (located under the 1 train (207 street) Really great for a quick bite late at night and even better when you get out of the club all drunk and wanting something to eat.
