A
solid
hotel
restaurant
with
average
service
and
great
food.
Came
in
this
past
weekend
for
brunch.
Once
we
arrived,
we
were
told
to
wait
for
another
15
minutes
as
their
kitchen
was
understaffed
and
overwhelmed
with
orders.
We
eventually
got
seated
around
the
promised
time,
and
thankfully,
there
weren’t
any
significant
delays
afterwards.
We
got
the
crab
cake,
Artbar
burger,
and
the
bananas
foster
French
toast.
Based
on
the
reviews,
I
didn’t
have
high
expectations
for
their
food,
but
they
were
surprisingly
good.
I
liked
the
crispy
outer
layer
on
the
crab
cake,
and
the
arugula
salad
on
the
side
was
a
great
pair
with
the
lightly
seasoned
crab
meat
inside.
There
weren’t
any
fresh
veggie
toppings
on
the
burger,
but
it
was
still
packed
with
umami
flavors.
We
also
enjoyed
the
Banana
French
toast.
It
wasn’t
overly
sweet,
but
the
candied
walnut
toppings
gave
it
a
right
amount
of
sugar
boost.
Overall,
I
was
glad
to
find
out
that
ArtBar
exceeded
my
expectations.
Prices
were
reasonable
for
the
quality,
and
I
would
probably
return
if
I
can’t
get
a
brunch
reservation
at
other
popular
spots
in
the
city.
