Just the perfect place after hours of activity at the ocean whale watching. The food was awesome and flavorful, with good serving portions. The staffs are nice. Ambience was warm and pleasant. We enjoyed our brunch, just the perfect stop before continuing strolling around the area.

This was my least favorite meal in Boston. The coffee tasted burnt and the Corned Beef Hash reminded had the texture of lumpy cat food. It was not at all what I was expecting (shaved/shredded beef with diced/stringed potatoes). My wife enjoyed her French toast and I thought it tasted good too.

Beginning to end, this was a fantastic meal. The menu is wide and varied, and has some exotic flavors for the adventurous, and some home-town cooking for those looking for comfort food. The drink menu is amazing. Try the Beets and the Shishito Peppers, you won't be disappointed!

Enjoyed the outdoor seating! The waitress Aileen was awesome and friendly. She asked about an allergies and checked with the chef and actually saved me from having a major reaction. She suggested a substitute side salad that I really enjoyed. I had a chicken sandwich that was yummy and still tasted good reheated. My girl had the lobster roll and she loved it. It was a good size meal.

It's a nice spot with a lot of outdoor seating. They are dog friendly too which is tough to find in Boston. The oysters are not good, thats the only reason for 4 stars. The clam chowder, chicken sandwich, and burger were all pretty good though. Great spot for a quick lunch bite and a beer or two.

Yum! We got in early and our hotel room was not ready so we went for brunch. This place did not disappoint. It’s a very short walk from the Marriott Long Wharf. We had a couple of brunch beers and one Bloody Mary. Totally recommend you try the Bloody Mary! The beers were good but after watching the bartender make several we had to try it out. We shared the crab dip which was also amazing and super tasty and split the brunch breakfast sandwich. They split it for us and it was almost more food than we could eat. We sat at the bar and our bartender Joe was great! He gave us some ideas of great places to see and even though he was super busy he was on it and we didn’t have to wait long for anything. Great guy! Highly recommend this establishment!

Popular place for good reasons. Excellent food. Located right by the aquarium. Hotels nearby. This is an establishment with high-quality eats. As a matter of fact, I got two items on the brunch menu. The honey yogurt parfait and eggnog French toast. A peach Bellini to go with that and you've got yourself a delicious potpourri. Well worth the trip to get here.

Delicious!! The clam chowder had a unique twist to it. The avocado toast was fresh and also had a special spin to it. I got the blueberry basil lemonade with rum and it was good but it was $2 more than listed on the menu which is fine but should probably be updated. Our server was also very friendly and there was ample seating. It is also close to a bunch of hotels and was perfect for lunch after being on the train all morning.

We finished our city walk here mid afternoon just in time for oysters and chowder. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. Both chowder and oysters were fresh and delicious. Thanks to AnnaMarie and Lida the service was outstanding.

The sticky bun was absolutely amazing! We talked about how good it was for days and want to go back just to get another one. It’s definitely big enough to share between 2-3 people. The butter biscuits, honey yogurt parfait, and spicy chicken sandwich were also very yummy!

Made reservations for lunch for our trip to Boston. Decided to eat inside as it was still a bit too chilly to dine outside but others didn’t feel that. We were seated and approached quickly by a nice friendly gentleman who served us water and took our drink order. Once he returned we ordered lunch. The women ordered the grain bowl. It was so large they could have split it and been fine. Us men ordered a Caesar salad and chicken sandwich. Good stuff. Good choices to choose from and great location.

Great location! We got salmon and lobster roll. Here, Sandwich type food comes with fries, salad or half salad and half fries. Fries were super soft and not crunchy as I'd preferred. Food was great but are a bit overpriced-probably because of the location. Clean restroom. Street parking was very hard to find but there are many parking garages nearby if you don't mind paying $20-30.

Everything was impeccable - from the service to the presentation to the taste of each dish! Our server was super attentive and even the manager (? he had a suit on) came to check on is a few times. Highly recommend.

Excellent brunch, great server. Thanks for enduring the rain to serve us outside, Jordan. Nice music, but not too loud. Given the location, things might get a little crazy when all the tourists show up for tours on a nice day. But we had a nice experience.

Very friendly service but the food took more than an hour to be served! It was pricey for the quality of food, the stake plate wasn’t that good. The location is very nice.

We popped in on New Years Day. Our server Antonio was great. My friend enjoyed both oysters, the eggs were cooked perfectly, the lobster roll (warm) was great but could have used a little more butter. I ordered a short stack of pancakes, they were thin and little dry but tasty with the butter and syrup. Only down side is it was rather chilly inside. We were seated in the far back and it seemed a little crowded.

We enjoyed several drinks here and a midnight snack after returning from the Ghost Tour. This restaurant is nicely located right at the pickup and drop-off area for the trolley tours. I had the Lobster Bisque and my partner had the Lobster Roll. Both were outstanding. The Bisque was so creamy. I could have licked the bowl if that was at all socially acceptable. Drinks were good. Bar service was… adequate. Maybe they were just tired after a long day. Either way, my date and I had a great time here and I hope to come back sometime!

Such a cozy place by the harbourfront, and the waiter was amazing!!! The food wasn't anything spectacular, but it met expectations. A rustic, vintage atmosphere with a modern feel, right next to the subway station!

The State Street Burger was cooked to perfection. Our server was prompt and efficient. Lovely outside dining option. The smell of the French fries as we walked by earlier is what brought us there, and they did not disappoint.

I was a part of a group reservation Pros 1. The wait staff was by far the best I’ve experienced. Attentive to our tables and their needs 2. The food tasted overall quite nice 3. Wait time bad / expected wait time Cons 1. Bathroom is small 2. Bathroom stall door I felt like someone could look through and see pretty easily. Additionally, no parking that I saw but I could have missed it. Final Thoughts: I would return here and bring others. I would tell others as well. The experience and the way the staff conducted themselves sold it for me. If you are considering this place I’d whole heartedly say give it a whirl.

Great seafood spot that is close to the aquarium! We got the lobster roll (warm with butter) and fish and chips. All were fantastic. Cute place to cool off while exploring. Definitely recommended!

Friendly and helpful service. Portions were good. Dining outside was great. However, clam chowder didn't live up to expectations, and some pieces of clam had some sand in them. The fried fish of the fish and chips was really good (crispy, sophisticated batter, tender fish), but the chips really lacked (soggy and oily, and not well-seasoned). Tartar sauce was really interesting as well (lemon-y). Grain Bowl was good, but the creaminess and mushy texture kinda gets a bit tiring after a while. But overall, a good dining experience in a good location on a busy Saturday summer evening.

👍: - tasty clam chowder - very close to waterfront and ferry ⛴️ stop - they take reservations; reservations on a short notice - not too busy on Sunday night - good service 👎: - had to take one ⭐️ off for the cod dish. I had high expectations for the dish especially in the light of the cod being wrapped in Serrano ham, but it was just so so average… the broccoli was simply steamed and the cod had very little flavor and needs to be infused with butter-garlic-lemon or something or maybe the ham needs to be broiled? otherwise the dish looses the synergy it could have when combining ham with cod.

The atmosphere was pretty good. I was really comfortable. The waiter seemed either tired or just disengaged but wasn't rude and did smile but who knows. The only issue was with the service. He disappeared after we got our food and I had to go to the front to request my check. To my surprise, the guy from the front and not the waiter brought the check. The food looked amazing. If not for my wife and kids, I'd give it a 1. The fish from the fish and chips had zero seasoning. The lobster bisque tasted like warm milk. Thought it was me but my kids said the same thing. Their food and my wife's food were good. The other orders were the Angry Queen pizza, Egg Sandwich and New England Clam Chowder So, it's a 0 from me and 4 for them. So I gave the food a 3. I really wanted to like this place and come back during my stay but it's a pass.

We had brunch here after my brother got married the night before. Super cool atmosphere. Very comfortable, cool design, great location. I had a burger with homemade fries and both were excellent. One of the best burgers I've had in a while. Would definitely come back.

Interesting restaurant located near the water front cruise port. I had the $1/oyster special between 4 -6 pm M-R. Friendly staff and the food was good. The spicy chicken was tender.

This place was GREAT! Service was a tad slow but the food was KILLER! We had the Burrata, which was the stand out hit. That peach jam or whatever they call it, and the toasted rice puffs MADE this dish! Honestly the burrata could have not even been there, the rest of the flavors were so amazing! We also got the meat tray and oysters. Fabulous dishes all around. We also got the sangria and the Blueberry Basil Lemonade. Both were fabulous. Will be back for sure!

We really enjoyed the $1 oysters at happy hour (4 - 6 pm) and the watermelon margarita was very tasty. Nice place to sit outside and watch the foot traffic to the water. Friendly service too.

Fresh, good quality food. Beer on tap. Good coffee(espresso). Accommodating servers. There was no line and we didn't have reservations.

My wife and I had just finished whale watching tour of 4 hours. The hostess seated us immediately and our waiter was there before she could return to her spot. We were hot so we got drinks and decided to split fish and chips. The fries were awesome and the beer was better. The fish was good but the tarter sauce had a string lemon taste. I don't care for lemon so I didn't eat it but the fish was good enough to keep the 5 stars. My wife had the blueberry basil lemonade. It was refreshing but tart. Overall great experience.

My friend and I had brunch here an early September Saturday. We sat outside along Atlantic Ave. It’s the BEST french toast I’ve ever had. My friends clam chowder looked beautiful and she has a chicken sandwich. Mimosas were great and our waitress was lovely. Definitely worth a visit.
