Horrendous experience. Loud boisterous waitress on Monday yelled basically the entire menu and her voice made my ears hurt after a while. The food was worse still. Bland, grey, Patties cooked to hell, greasy. French fries were bizarrely spiced seems like they must have put some sort of junk into the oil. Prices were also comically low so I doubt they turn a profit. Place was loud and the food was slow. Bathrooms in dire need of a refresh.

This is one of the best dive bars we been to here in Boston. Food was delicious. The Bar tender/ part owner is very knowledgeable and great hospitality was had by all we met. Don't forget us Valerie on your trip to Germany if it happens.

Unexpected, but I had the Reuben and it was amazing. Service has always been good, and the atmosphere is laid back. The engine 56 fries have some thicc bacon and hot damn is it amazing. I love the place. Everyone is chill and the drinks are cold. Check it out.

Vinic (or whatever the name should be written) is the bartender. He was the rudest person. We enter the place and left in less than 3 minutes because of his rudeness. What is the point of having a business that was created to make people have a good time and make the best effort to avoid achieving the goal?

Went into this place off a quick Google search and was legitimately surprised at how good this spot it considering the location. Nice atmosphere, great drinks, solid food, bar tender and locals that go in are super social and hospitable. Prices were insanely reasonable for the type of bar and being in Boston area too. Highly recommend, definitely going back at some point.

Great food, so good I only thought to take a picture after eating about a third of it. The bar staff was quite friendly and made and awesomely blended, stiff, old fashioned. Their selection of craft beer and cider and local favorites was pretty diverse. Walking distance from the Hilton hotel, even in the boston cold. 10/10 would return

Tourist here. This place was probably the best choice for food and drinks. Not only are they fair priced, the drinks were great and the food even better! The menu was simple and not overwhelming. Highly suggest!

Good ole pub. Great beer selection, excellent food. Service can be slow, it's not fine dining. I guess be patient. A burger is a solid choice but everything we've tried is on point.

I wrote in the order notes that my wife had a difficult day, and if they could make something cute about her part of the order, I'd be most grateful. She was giggling and brighter as soon as she opened the bag. It's little touches like this that make local restaurants so lovely. Always reliable food and attentive staff. Affordable for delivery - and that's saying something.

Cute place, with a nasty barmaid! Girl needs an attitude adjustment. She hangs onto certain bar patrons, while folks wait for drinks. We watched from our table, as she danced around the blackboard, while ignoring customers. Place has a handy location to the T, but no parking. Nice little menu, mostly burgers, with tasty apps. Great beer selection! Definitely worth a visit. Just don't expect much service!

Renegade’s is as solid as they come for consistent and tasty food at a good price point. The fried chicken (in whatever fashion you choose to consume it) is some of the best I’ve had in the area.

Good surprise! We were visiting and after some research we chose this Pub to have a lunch break. Well we weren't disappointed 😃 My hubby and I truly enjoyed our meal and local beer🤤 the kids loved their Hotdogs and the home fries. Great NRG and Awesome music❤️ ( Led Zeplin, AC/DC...) but you can also choose your music atmosphere too😉 Totally recommend it!

Great service and large whiskey collection. Pork "lollipops" were very nice also.

Surprisingly good bar food. Seasoned bartender professionals behind the bar. Most diverse cross section of people you'd see there ie Layovers at the airport, east Boston residents, or pregame folks before going on the train

Taco and a burger simple and good. The service was great. Good tips on traveling to Italy!

I love the vibes it reminds me the old town school bar or hometown local bar. It’s cozy, bartenders are nice and friendly. Love the drafts and drinks options. Only thing I think need to be improved is the food. It’s a decent hangover or drinking food, but I’m not sure why my stomach was very upset when I’m home. However, I might give them a try again. After all, it’s a very good bar!

Such amazing food and great drinks! I had the renegade burger which was absolutely amazing and my wife had the 56 fries which were perfectly fried. The fried and battered jalapeños were incredible. The onion jam on the renegade burger made it easily one of the best burgers I've had in Boston. The bartender was amazing and the customers were also great to talk with. Highly recommend! I went in there as an outsider and was welcomed immediately.

The absolute best food I had during my 5 days in Massachusetts/Connecticut It wasn't expensive either, this is your best choice.

Food was really good but bartender/server was either very high or very drunk. She was running into things, spilling drinks, slurring her speech, and messing up our orders. Honestly felt bad for her.

Small pub with decent selection of local beers and national branded drinks. Maybe my group (of 6) came in at a bad time, but the selection of food was limited, and they were out of a lot of things. Additionally, the quality of the food was mediocre. Onion rings were extremely greasy.

The staff was attentive. Great selection of beers and drinks. The food was really really good. The best part was that you can hear each other speak. Cozy place.

Female owned! We love going here for date night, with friends, or trivia! Burgers are fantastic---don't forget to check out the food specials by the kitchen or the roulette wheel of shots. :D

This is an outstanding little dive bar that was within walking distance from our hotel. The bartender (later I learned was the new owner) was very friendly upon our arrival. Our beverages never got below 1/3 empty before being asked if we wanted another. Valerie (I believe was her name) was very helpful with places to go visit on our short trip. She proved a list of bars/restaurants/clubs that she felt we would like (and she was spot on) in the downtown area. I got wings (forgot to snap a photo) on our lunch visit and then the Shroom Burger on Sundays dinner visit. Both very good food. Prices were amazing as well. The bourbon selection was amazing as well. I was very impressed to see this little bar with such a great selection of bourbon. If you are a dive bar person, this is your place. If you're not, instill believe you'll enjoy this little gem. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Give them a visit. I surely will the next time I'm up in Boston.

Whatever you do, do not order food from here via DoorDash. Sent the wrong order not once, but twice! Absolutely ridiculous. When you call to discuss with a staff member, they are completely unhelpful. There seems to be no communication between restaurant and delivery drivers. Good luck!
