Great place. Great staff. The staff makes the place the best. So friendly and nice. Make you fell like you are at home with friends. Food is usually prompt. Plenty of free parking.

This location has definitely gone down hill. The food wasn't cooked like i asked and the drinks were watered down.. Definitely dissatisfied and will no longer come to this location...

Wow, highly disappointed! First, the bartender spent more time on his phone then he did making drinks & for the 2 hours I was there, didn't see a manager in charge the entire time! Ordered food to go after having a few drinks & when they brought it out to me, I checked to make sure it was what I ordered. When I opened the container, there was like literally 6 green beans in there which was my side. I said something to the bartender & was told that's what the kitchen does & that was it. I felt like it was a losing battle so I just left. See attached photo for reference.

Ordered boneless chicken wings, bone-in chicken wings, mozarella sticks, and Full rack bbq ribs. Amazing prices after 9pm, half off all appetizers. Highly recommend to come after 9pm. Service was good and efficient check out on table payment

Quiet afternoon dinner with the family.... parking was free...the food was delicious and the kids loved dessert... celebration of life

We had an event planned to end there as our location to have dinner for a large group… The prior manager quit and on the day of the event when I stopped in the new manager was completely unaware of our event ending at their location… He went above and beyond and made sure he had enough staff for our return and we were able to close our our event with a GREAT DINNER with no issues!!! All of our servers also went above and beyond!!! GOOD JOB!!!

Everything you can expect out of an Applebees. Good fun in the neighborhood with my friends and better than expected service on drinks and all you can eat wings.

They brought my perfect martini in a humongous glass that other drinks are served in and the server says “it’s the same thing” not only did I wait 20 minutes and got my food before that drink but it comes wrong and I’m wrong for saying it’s wrong lol. No breadstick with my chicken broccoli Alfredo, food was Ocold by the time they got me my bread stick. On top of all that the broccoli was raw and hard as a rock, to be honest this was my first bad experience here but it was enough for them to lose my business ✌️ 😠

We waited for almost 30 minutes for our Veterans Day food to arrive. The restaurant was not crowded at 4:30 PM. For some reasons the waiters did place our order in a timely manner. We are supposed to get a $5 card for our next visit to the restaurant. We did get it, either.

Inattentive service. We saw multiple servers running drinks to their sections even when it was real busy but our server wasn’t really bothered to ring in the orders in after taking our orders. Instead he said the bar was closed and even if we put an order in ~20 minutes ago, it didn’t matter. To add to this, the pineapple juice we ordered to go was missing a good portion. We asked the server about it, he said they ran out of the product but distill charged us for a full cup. The food is usually alright, but the servers could do a much better job in looking after their tables.

I've been living in Boston for 4 years, and this is my first time going to Applebee's. The food was excellent, the salad was extremely fresh, and the service was phenomenal.

The people serving real nice, that did not make up for the food being incredibly average and way over portioned. Inside the booths and the general atmosphere was okay, and the pricing was pretty good. I came here to try a typical American chain restaurant, as I just wanted to be able to say that I did it. And I did, and it was not worth it.

This is a typical Applebee's, food and atmosphere consistent with others in Massachusetts. The food is very good, and you get a lot. I took leftovers home and it was good the next day. The service was attentive and relaxed. Plenty of parking. If you want a good value meal in a comfortable atmosphere I highly recommend.

Service was a little slow, but it was a good visit with family and friends. Server wasn't very friendly. Wasn't helpful or friendly. Maybe he had things going on . IDK...

Wow. I mean....wow. I never expect much from one of these places to begin with, but this was extra bad. And I mean all of it. A vodka and lemonade somehow became what we can only asume a Pepsi or coke vodka and lemonade. That was almost all vodka. The margarita had barely any booze in it at all. I ordered 2 shots of makers in a high ball and got 4 in a water glass. The burger was almost to temp. My friends steak(I have no idea how this feat was accomplished) was med well for one end and almost raw on the other. My chicken was sawdust. Complimented with microwaved shrimp. So the service was....not on point. Bartender looked high. And the food was bad. Not "not good" but bad. However, silver lining. The chips that came with the artichoke dip weren't stale. And the presentation of the food? Oh ya, there was none. And really my experience in a separate location in a different state years ago wasn't much better. Almont forgot. The women's bathroom was so bad my buddies girlfriend wouldn't use it.

It was busy but we got seated right away. Took quite some time before our waitress appeared and she appeared to be a bit distracted. As the meal progresses her attitude improved. Had salads and they were good.

Spent the night in Boston I live live almost 2 hours away!!! Service was terrible had to wait almost 20 minutes just to get our drink order take!!! My fiancé had to have his drink replaced twice cause it was disgusting until just finally getting water!!!! Burger was uncooked and there was barely any chicken on the Mac and cheese plate!!!! Asked for a manager twice before we finally got fed up and walked out!!!! Didn’t eat and wasted my time!!!’ Y’all need to do better!!!!

I kinda wish we had chosen Olive Garden instead. I gave a bigger tip than was deserved to be honest. Various bits of our orders were wrong or missing, and we were supposed to just accept it without any explanation and the server was hoping we wouldn't notice. The server never really checked on us or offered refills for our drinks, the server didn't do a lot that a server is supposed to do. This is one of the chains that has the tablets at tables, and we didn't get to have a tablet until it was time to pay. But the server acted like it was an annoyance to do the bare minimum of their job because a tablet is supposed to take some of their workload off. Sorry but a tablet does not bring diners the drinks and food... And since we didn't have a tablet, we had to depend on you to take our food and drinks order. You don't like the job, then find a different job.

Super Awesome! The service was great, we agreed with a smile. The fish and chips that Steven had were unbelievably large. My ribeye steak was fantastic as well. Great place to visit when you're in town.

Arrived this evening about 8:15pm, walk in, no one greeted us so we went and sat at a booth in the bar area. 2 adults ready for dinner and drinks. Waited a bit, staff was around but no one came by our table, nor did they say anything to us. After waiting while, my husband and I left. We saw staff seated at a table by the front door visiting on our way out. We are visiting Boston, this was our first stop after a long flight. Do Better at this location Applebee's.

This is sad the food was actually very good but the service we received was horrible!!! We had to ask for a server, we had a host serve us plastic utinsels because they didn't have any silverware rolled... PLASTIC UTINSELS AT A RESTAURANT SERIOUSLY..... Meanwhile every table around us had silverware what a freaking joke. We didn't get lemons with our water either and the host was more out server because she vanished after the order was entered I think we only saw her at the end for the bill We asked for a manager 3 times until finally leaving because they would not come out to talk to us. I come to this location often but it's really gotten bad.
