Went for their happy hour at the bar. Enough seats after noon. Bartender was friendly and great at his drinks.

Great experience dining in at this Chili's Grill & Bar. I do have to mention the excellent service we received from CODY. He is truly the MVP at this Chili's!

Food was delivered in a timely matter so I was very disappointed to have cold food (like refrigerator cold). The shrimp tacos were extremely fishy… so much I took the shrimp off. I also did not receive my Chilis Reward Member free chips with order. Not sure I’ll ever order to go from this store again.

Love this Chili’s, they take some time to seat you but after that the experience is amazing, the salads are fresh, the drinks are big and boozy… nothing to complain about :)

A few days ago, on a Saturday night at 10:20-10:30 I arrived to eat at the place with my friend and the first thing we did was wait 10-15 minutes to be served when several employees of the place had already seen us and decided to ignore us. After this wait time and after someone finally decided to serve us, we were told that they could not seat us because something was broken in the kitchen and they were not making any more food. My friend and I were outraged and left the place, but what surprised us the most was that we decided to order Togo food at the same place and it turned out that they could! They just didn't want to seat us at a table and wanted to get rid of us easily. As someone who works in the restaurant industry I was very disappointed, I used to love going to this place, now I will stop going for a long time.

Great place and a lovely atmosphere. Good and quick service. Especially love mixed fajitas and Smokehouse combo dishes. Chili's always fair with prices of their dishes.

Food: The Big Mouth Crispy Chicken Sandwich was large and tasty. The Cilantro Lime Carne Asada was amazing! Seasoned and cooked to perfection. The chicken tortilla soup was very good and extra cheesy. The chips and salsa were great as ever. Atmosphere: The restaurant is large, clean, and bright. There’s a large bar area with TVs, and a large dining room with booths and tables. Each table has the console for playing trivia games and paying. Service: The service was friendly, attentive, and fast. 4/5 stars for not offering drink refills.

Haven't been to Chili's in ages. There's so many more things I need to try! Now that I'm back in Fort Lauderdale, I am going to my local Chili's. My next trip back to Mass, we'll be BACK!

Great service, drinks were normal but the chocolate cake is the best

Had a great dinner with the family. Only issue, my grandsons received their dinner a good 20-30 minutes before three adults. Server was phenomenal 💞

I’ve been eating from this restaurant for many years and had a few issues in past and still continue to order from here but after today I’m going to be ALL DONE! The manager was giving me an attitude because I was complaining about my order… The rice was hard same as the pasta, that was supposed to be my family’s dinner for tonight now I have to figure out what to give them.

I love the Chili’s chain. This one in Boston is no exception. Fast and friendly service combined with good food. Keep it up!

This was the first time I wasn't satisfied. The Ultimate combo actually had less food than the regular combo we had bought before and cost more. I buy take out quite frequently and I was disappointed.

0 stars! Took the waiters 25 minutes to finally take our order. It wasn't busy some of the waiters were just sitting down, other waiters were walking by but no one stopped at our table. I had to go up to one of them to finally get their attention. Other costumers arrived and were taken care of quickly . I felt highly discriminated

Always going here for the molten chocolate cake and it always taste the same anywhere in the world. Chicken crispers and egg rolls are nice appetizers. I also like the Cajun pasta.

Atmosphere and server were great. Food was so so. The chips are so thin that they can't hold anything. Table had a tablet for kids to play and us to pay.

My daughter is a student at BU. We come here everytime I'm there cause we absolutely love it. Selena was our server last time and she was incredible!

We (as a family) love chili's! However this time and even so the atmosphere was good, The service was good But the food was cold ❄️ , It's not fun to get cold fries Or even worth cold ribs..... We still love chili's but this visit wasn't as good as we expected.

Came here to dine in with my boyfriend, food was pretty good small portion, greasy.. some was salty. Poor customer service extremely rude and made us feel as if we’re in the way. Definitely need to improve their attitudes

You know what you are getting into when you go to a chain restaurant like Chilis. That being said, if I have to chose a chain restaurant, I go to Chilis, because it is one of the few restaurants I go to and get the same thing every time. It is that good. I've even recommended this dish it to my siblings who loved it too! If you come here, you HAVE to order the honey chipotle chicken crispers and waffles. It is sweet and savory crunchy deliciousness. It is Crispy fried chicken on top of Belgian waffles. It comes topped with bacon, jalapeños, ancho-chile ranch, fries & honey-chipotle sauce. They also offer very good thin and crispy chips and salsa here. The atmosphere and service at this location are great. Plenty of parking available.

I’ve been ordering from here for years and when something is wrong with my order I just let it go but as of today I’m DONE with this restaurant!!! This past week I ordered a few times online for take out and let me tell you that some staff here can be REALLY RUDE… That’s why I decided to order on DoorDash and the restaurant forgot to give the driver my margarita 😡 I called the restaurant and the manager was trying to be nice about it and said he’s going to contact DoorDash so they can send a driver to get my drink and I told the manager to please keep me updated when the driver is on his way because I can’t no longer track my order on the app! I’m still waiting for the manager to call me back.

What could I say Chili's is Chili's! They've changed their menu to a much better menu I feel. And they've completely renovated the inside of the restaurant which is really nice. The bar area is a lot more inviting. We sat in the lounge area and our bartender took care of us very friendly and responsive we got our drinks very quickly. I ordered the buffalo chicken salad and my husband ordered the fajitas, the fajitas were amazing my Buffalo chicken salad was good but my chicken came out cold I'm assuming it's probably because the actual salad was very cold and crisp. But we shall see how my next visit goes. Very clean and I would still visit here often.

They've done a little remodeling since I've last been. Still nice and clean with nice employees. Chicken enchilada isn't as tasty as it used to be but everything else was good.

My order is always on point, and delicious🤤 A little bit of a wait sometimes but if you can push your way pass all the delivery drivers in the tiny “To Go” area then your golden!

Great community of workers and decent servers. Some areas are not to clean and also some of the servers mess up small things here and there. It's more of a eat a meal and leave type of spot. It's decent

Definitely came to have lunch for my sons birthday. Server was not friendly got the order wrong. When they tried correct our entree. They sent out our food at same time not even giving us time to serve it. I Told the manager and he didn’t seem to care at all. That his server had attitude of not caring getting order wrong and messing up our order. Thanks

The host was such a gentleman made us feel so welcomed.made sure we were comfortable and gave us a great server.who was very Attentive to our table. And made sure we were happy and satisfied between the two of them we felt like we were the only two thier. Not to mention the ribs were out of this world. Will definitely be going back to this chili's for the service and atmosphere
