I
should
preface
this
with
the
fact
that
I’m
already
communal
“salad
bar”
averse,
but
even
more
so
during
a
pandemic.
From
all
reviews
online,
the
place
looked
classy
and
lovely
-
a
food
experience.
Stepping
inside,
it
definitely
was
a
beautiful
restaurant.
However,
we
came
dressed
in
on
our
very
best,
only
to
dine
alongside
people
in
Red
Sox
jerseys
and
sweatshirts
on
a
Saturday
evening.
Call
me
a
crotchety
old
lady
stuck
in
the
decades
of
yesteryear,
but
it
was
a
little
gross.
The
place
is
overwhelming.
Granted;
there
was
a
wedding
which
seemed
to
take
a
good
portion
of
the
staff’s
attention,
but
it
was
just
utter
mayhem.
People
were
going
up
to
the
market
table
with
masks
falling
below
their
face
—
we
elected
to
just
grab
a
plate
and
get
the
served
meat
and
sides
from
the
kitchen.
I
simply
didn’t
feel
comfortable
eating
from
the
main
fruit
and
sides
bar.
The
drinks
were
late,
the
sides
served
all
whacky,
and
the
waitress
was
overwhelmed,
but
sweet
—
we
are
understanding
regarding
staffing
at
this
time,
though.
That
really
wasn’t
the
hugest
deal.
Now
the
good:
food
was
delicious.
Meats
were
quite
good,
and
the
homemade
drinks
and
sides
were
fresh
and
quite
tasty.
Bonus
that
all
the
served
sides
were
gluten
free.
In
an
ideal
world,
I
could
just
order
meat
and
served
sides,
but
the
Fogo
Experience
is
sort
of
the
all-you-can-eats
all-inclusive
option
that’s
sort
of
a
catch
all.
$61/person,
which
is
kind
of
fine
I
guess.
I’m
not
a
huge
eater
in
terms
of
portion
size,
so
I
think
I’m
the
clientele
that
they
make
money
on,
lol,
but
it’s
all
good.
I
guess
a
little
too
“much”
for
my
style,
especially
since
you
kind
of
can’t
opt
out
of
the
line-up-like-cattle
with
your
plates
to
get
salad
and
vegetables,
but
all
in
all
a
nice
dinner
in
terms
of
food
quality.
