Had
an
amazing
experience
at
Ruka
during
my
visit
to
Boston!
Amazing
food,
attentive
service,
and
the
atmosphere
was
very
lively.
We
ordered
the
hamachi
ceviche,
Lima
style
fried
calamari,
pork
yakisoba,
and
the
sticky
ribs.
For
dessert,
we
had
the
cachangas
which
our
server
recommended.
The
presentations
on
all
of
these
dishes
were
top-notch.
My
favorite
dish
was
the
Lima
style
calamari
because
it
was
very
different
than
any
other
fried
calamari
that
I’ve
ever
tried.
The
calamari
had
the
right
amount
of
citrus,
it
was
so
flavorful
and
crispy.
My
second
favorite
dish
was
the
pork
yakisoba
because
it
felt
more
like
a
traditional
asian
dish
except
the
sauces
enhanced
the
taste
so
much
more.
The
hamachi
ceviche
is
closer
to
other
ceviche
dishes
that
I
had
with
the
nostalgic
bursts
of
flavor
as
you
bite
into
it
but
Ruka
makes
it
special
with
their
difference
in
flavor.
My
least
favorite
was
the
ribs
because
it
was
a
bit
dry
for
my
liking.
I’m
not
a
rib
person
but
I
felt
like
the
dish
was
just
like
any
other
rib
with
the
pat
chun
sticky
sauce
on
it.
Service
was
very
attentive
and
all
of
the
servers
was
very
knowledgeable
about
the
menu!
We
were
checked
up
upon
just
the
right
amount
of
times
and
all
the
server,
bussers
and
bartenders
were
quick
with
the
service.
I
love
the
atmosphere.
There
was
a
lively
atmosphere
as
we
sat
by
the
bar
and
the
music
quality
was
very
good.
The
lighting
set
the
mood
as
it
was
more
on
the
darker
side:
good
for
dinner
setting.
