Chill resto outside quincy market. Has lots of seats indoors and outdoor. I saw reviews and it recommended katsu curry the most. Tried the Chicken katsu curry is thin and super crispy but the sauce is a bit lacking. No potato/carrots , just plain sauce i found it was not enough for the rice or something. Salad with vinaigrette is nice tho. yakisoba pad thai is tasty tho. They also let us charge our phones at the sockets nearby which has a hook for hanging your device. Price posted online is a bit outdated and has increased a bit. Took a pic of the latest menu as of sep 2023

The ramen is delicious!! We got it spicy, but it is tolerable. No matter how long you are going to be here share, there are so many things that you will want to try. Find a parking garage, and walk around. From Faneuil hall you can see the wharf. Little Italy Is walkable. But if you are going to be out all day, get a cab.

I have no idea where to begin with this amazing eatery place. My palate, customer service satisfaction, comfortable energy, basically all satisfaction met at this place. They had vegan, vegetarian, Pescatarian, booster seats visible for the little ones and any other options you may need. They even had hooks for your coat or bag next to the tables you was sitting at. OMG I'm in love and the view and the options for seating is not overwhelming. Let's get to the food right lol. My plate was spicy (by choice selection) but you can let them know what you want and how you want it without hearing its pre-made which felt really nice. The saiten BBQ was lick your fingers good OMG. I can't wait to be back in the summer to sit outside. I also loved the LGBTQQIAAP table acceptance. Let me know your favorite dish 😋 here is mine.

The food is excellent (albeit rather salty); it's slightly expensive but definitely worth it. Would recommend! However, Wagamama NEEDS to change how they conduct the final transaction. When you're ready to pay, the server brings a handheld card reader over to your table. When it's time to tip, you are prompted to choose the amount in front of the server. I appreciate being left to decide how much to give on my own without my decision being influenced by this tactic I view as unfair. Lately, it seems that other businesses in the hospitality industry are doing this more and more often. Leaving negative reviews/fewer stars is a good incentive for businesses to stop this practice.

Right on Quincy Market. We has a group 5, quickly seated. This Asian fusion had everything from Thai, Japanese and some Desi Chinese foods. Tasty and Delicious

Avoid at all costs. My first time bringing my daughter to Boston and we went here in Quincy Market, I was trying to treat her to something special. What a mistake. Every item we ordered looked and smelled awful. The waitress saw that we didn’t touch the tuna poke bowl because the food was rotten and she didn’t even bother taking it off the bill which didn’t affect me as I took it off of her tip. The chicken teriyaki smelled fishy and rancid- hard to describe, and the Korean wings were cold and slimy. I am surprised this place hasn’t been closed down by the health inspector. They certainly are preying on tourists and NOT repeat customer for business. After spending $70 we left and went somewhere else to eat. Absolutely terrible dining experience from start to finish. We were nice entire time, never rude. We just won’t ever go back.

Enjoyed listening to some live music at Quincy Market while eating here. The vegan options were delicious. The vegan katsu was so good.

Had the Vegetarian ramen with special request for making it spicy. They made it as per the request and it was quite tasty and can tell that it was a fusion dish. It tasted a lot like ramen but with its own creative twist. Definitely worth a try.

This place was really perfect in every sense! Great service, atmosphere was perfect and the food was “chefs kiss delicious “. I was in town for the weekend and ate here twice! Great pricing for all the food we had!

Great, authentic Japanese food! They're located within Quincy Market but are visible while entering the area from Christopher Columbus Park. Their Banana Katsu is to die for!! Good sized portions and quick timely service. They have vegan options but not too many choices. Felt a little rushed by the staff near to closing time, but otherwise a great dining experience! Recommended.

Nice place to spend time and enjoy food with friends and family! The staff is friendly and helpful (even when dealing with larger crowd). The food is amazing! If you are not comfortable with spicy food, ask your server to have the spicy ingredients on the side, then you add as you like! The prices are reasonable for the area!

Really great food. Their baos were tasty and the soba noodle teppanyaki hit the spot. I feel like their menu could have been more expansive but the food I ordered was definitely tasty. Their sake flight was also a great addition to the food I ordered. The servers are also very friendly even when you mistakenly pronounce a dish name.

Wonderful experience at Wagamama. They accommodated us on a busy day and had the best waiters. Loved their Sake and Cocktail options. Amazing vegetarian and vegan options for all.

I made a reservation here for my birthday dinner(10/12). I called the morning of to confirm my reservation size of 5, and they said they would see me at 8:30pm. When me and my party arrived, the manager told us the kitchen was closed and they were not going to serve us dinner because it was a slow night. As a consolation they only offered 2 meal vouchers for our party of 5. The manager, behind their mask, was moving their mouth around and swallowing as if they just came up stairs from eating their own meal. Their tone with us was lacking empathy and just wanting us to leave so they could get back to his own meal. The service was unacceptable. At the very least they should have called me saying not to come when they decided to close early. We went to Boston Public House instead. There the service and food was so great. It is just a short walk away from wagamama.

My favorite place! The managers provide great customer service. My favorite dishes are the bang bang cauliflower , Korean beef bao, spicy shrimp and chicken noodles.

We were looking for a good Ramen place and we found Wagamama. The location was great. We sat outdoor to enjoy the good weather and the shows happening right in front of the place. The food was very good, however the portions are a bit small. Overall great experience 👍

Management was wonderful! They have a full entree that was mistakenly made and unlike most establishments who throw it away, they offered it to our table complimentary! It was a DELICIOUS dish that no one at our table had ordered. We thoroughly enjoyed it and appreciated the treat. They also serve your food as soon as it’s done so it comes out nice and HOT. The dumplings were delicious. Duck donburi amazing. Best pork belly Bao we ever had. Duncan was an excellent server and Guadalupe has a fantastic sense of humor! Thank you Wagamama Faneuil Hall!

It was good food and everyone is eager to assist with requests even if not your wait person. Nice vegan options. A bit pricy but it is Boston in the middle of Quincy for a sit down restaurant so no complaining there either.

Food was ok but a little pricey, and the soda was super watered down, which was not fun. Service was not the best either. I think you could honestly add 1 more server to facilitate more service and eliminate confusion as to who is serving and what tables they are at. One more person in kitchen during lunch would make food more fresh as well I think.

Wagamama offers a friendly and lively atmosphere for dining. With park style benches and open kitchen- customers get to see their food cooked and enjoy the same. Waiters are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and offer help/suggestions.

Delicious!!! I've never seen the family wolf down food like they did here. Everything was tasty and this is a must visit restaurant. Easy access from the freedom trail and a good spot in the middle of your trip.

Overall experience was great! Food was actually really good and filling (for me). I got the duck donburi and it was a surprise that it was actually spicy because the menu didn't mention that at all but still, it's really juicy and flavorful so I definitely recommend this! Servers were all nice. I did sit outside and it was quite loud and a bit chilly since I went for dinner. I'll probably choose to sit indoors next time. The interior looked great from the outside.

Now don’t get me wrong, the food was amazing. If I were to rate it solely off the food I would’ve given it 5 stars. But the amount of time it took for anything to occur was just abysmal. I understand being understaffed, but the restaurant was less than a fourth full and we waited 15 min until we were recognized. Then our food slowly came one by one with about 5 minutes in between each plate. Finally the check took an additional 10 min after we had been sitting waiting with empty plates.

Fantastic fresh ramen and noodle dishes. Family all ate here and there wasn’t a bad dish on the table. Service was great and manager was beyond friendly. Highly recommend.

I have been a wagamama regular for years always taking time to visit a restaurant in whatever country I visit. This wagamama’s service was impeccable, the tables nice and clean, and our server was exceptionally sweet. The only downside of this particular outing to this wagamama was the cook. I ordered a tantanmenn (sorry if I misspelled it) beef brisket ramen that I had previously eaten at another wagamama. Instead of being honest that they didn’t have the meat/enough noodles, they overfilled my bowl with broth so there was no plating whatsoever for the ramen, and the meat they used was the meat used in the spicy beef brisket donburi. Otherwise the meal was delicious and I recommend visiting. Pictures below with a side by side comparison of the ramen I had eaten at the London Wagamama versus what I ate at this wagamama location, the exact same meal ordered:
