Visiting from NYC, we definitely have a high standard for pizza, and this place was great. Real busy and fast paced, but they take care of you. Love the vibe and the space. And the pizza was delicious! Definitely recommend stopping in for a quick bite.

I was always a bit hesitant to try this place - always bustling with tourists/ long waits somewhat discouraged me from visiting the oldest pizzeria in New England. I finally got to try this place on a rainy day when I saw no lines in front of the store. Ordered the heirloom tomato pizza; loaded with fresh mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, and basil. Just from the imperfect oval shape, I could tell the authenticity of the pizza, and I was correct to guess so. As a meat lover, I always opt to get some kind of meat on my pizza, but this was absolutely delicious even without a single piece of meat. Thick layer of fresh mozzarella cheese was juicy and it surprisingly imitated the texture of a steak. Crunchy and cooked to perfection, the dough was also the best I had so far in Boston. The hype is real for once. If you’re visiting Boston, this place should be a top priority and I highly recommend trying out their heirloom tomato pizza.

Great pizza, best I ever had? No. Nice place to visit if not just for the bucket list aspect and nostalgia.

This place was so goood! I was able to sit at the bar and honestly best seat in the house. The bartender that was there bless his heart but I forgot his name but he has been working there since he was 19. Made me feel like I was talking to my brother. Gave me some fun facts about root beer and talked about one of the locals Sunday Steve that has had a pizza there every week for years!!! This place was delicious!!!! Great place!!!

Unfortunately disappointing. I don’t get the hype. It is not bad pizza, but it is not amazing. Quite standard American. Too heavy on the cheese, and crust a bit undercooked. I’m from Boston and come here when I visit every few years, but last 2 visits have been underwhelming. Also attitude of *some*of the waitstaff not the best. I get it, these days are not easy, but you should at least try to be pleasant.

Best pizza in town. No wait at 4 pm and I I was seated immediately. Service wasn’t super friendly but I needed some alone time. Got my favorite pepperoni and mushroom. Pizza was amazing. I would say if you are close and want a quick bite to eat try this place.

I was happy we visited Regina Pizzeria while visiting Boston. The pizza was wonderful 😋 and the atmosphere unique to the City. We were lucky to visit at an "off time" so we were able to sit right away and not stress about having to wait to eat. I did notice most of the negative comments in the reviews were due to having to wait and stress about when you might be seated. Recommend going during an "off time" if you can manage it. If only so you can enjoy your meal without having to stress about it first. A little planning will be worth it.

Pizza came out with raw dough and tasted cheap (cheese in particular). Ended up throwing it out. Unfortunately this is no longer the Regina of old… They’re going off of reputation and not dedicating time to ensuring the pizza is properly cooked. Ratings are high due to tourist who probably have limited understanding of what quality pizza entails. I’m guessing there are a lot of old timers that visit due to routine and lack of exposure to what else is in the area. Honestly I selfishly hope they continue to flock there so that the real pizza places don’t get overcrowded

First time in Boston when I found this amazing Pizzeria. Had a friend who told me we needed to stop in. And she was right! This pizza was mouthwatering delicious! My daughter and I both hot our own pizza and we both almost devoured the entire pizza. I am positive I have never had pizza this good! Thank you Regina's, we couldn't get enough. We will be back in the summer and surely to make a stop here!

One of the more popular and well known spots in the North End. We didn’t have a reservation so we ended up waiting approx. 20 minutes for a table outside. The service was a little slow, but I think the waitstaff were stretched very thin. Once we ordered the food arrived quickly. The pizza was great, albeit it’s similar to many of the other pizzerias in the area. A fun place to go, but nothing ground breaking. Seems to be famous because it’s famous, rather than for outstanding food.

I mean c’mon…does it get any better? AUTHENTIC! That’s what Regina’s is, it is uncompromising in what this place is and it’s a no-nonsense pizza spot that knows it makes the best pie in town. The atmosphere alone makes this place worth it, but the pizza makes this place worth going out of your way to have a pie. Great crust, doughier than NYC pizza but the sauce and the brick oven style make this a top shelf pizza.

Absolutely the best pizza! The crust is perfect, the toppings are fresh, and that sausage is the bomb! They really know how to make the best pizza here. This neighborhood pizzeria is very busy and packed with people, and it's loud in there. Customers will be standing in line for more than an hour to get in, it's that good.

The pizza is fantastic. My husband and I had the classic cheese pizza with Canadian bacon and the white pizza…. Both pies were exceptional amazing. We will definitely be back.

Sometimes, a pizza is more akin to a religious experience than a savory circle of bread topped with sauce, cheese, and toppings. This is one of those pizzas. Let's start at the top: exemplary pepperonis, the kind you scrawl with a red crayon as a child when you are asked to draw a pizza. Next, gooey cheese. Salty, stringy, delicious cheese with a pull to it that can rival the best. Then, exactly-right tomato sauce. It doesn't fade into the background but it doesn't overpower. Finally, the crust. Dusted with flour and dotted with char marks from the brick oven, this is crust with a reliable, inviting chew. Regina pizza is an absolute institution and should in no circumstances be overlooked on a trip out East.

I had to wait around 20-25 minutes for a table. Finding parking was a bit troublesome as I spent around 15 minutes driving around for a spot. However, the pizza itself was enjoyable. While it wasn't extraordinarily tasty, it was definitely better than most pizzas I've had. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was fun.

I'm not someone who waits in lines, but the family talked me into this one. Wow was it worth it! The White pizza with sausage, basil and garlic was outstanding. One of my favorite pizzas ever. 10/10

I was in NE for work and ate at a series of pizza places around Boston. This place checked all the boxes for atmosphere, service, and most importantly delicious pizza. I had a small cheese that had no flop, great tang, and the right amount of sauce(most places don't give you enough).

My hubs liked the pizza, I wasn’t a huge fan of the bake (the veg and meat are under the cheese so they steam instead of brown), but the crust had a nice flavor. One thing we did agree on was that it was a bit pricey -we split a 10” and had 2 bottles of the cheapest beer and it was over $30 without tip. The inside is really great though -very traditional, old-style Italian. Side note: really tiny bathrooms!

Want to have authentic Italian Pizza in Boston, MA? This is the place to try. We had to wait one hour to get into the restaurant but the wait was worthy enough when we had our Pizza right from the wooden fire at our table. The base was freshly made so was the sauce. We tried the traditional chicken pizza. But the place is a bit cozy as they didn’t had space to expand based on the increasing demand

Always one of my favorite stops one in Boston. You’ll find a line outside but it’s worth the wait as It’s not that large inside so be patient. It’s only pizza and it’s to die for. Crispy crust and just enough oil. Not enough oil? two versions of oil sit on your table to do your own thing. Just have a slice of the cheese to really appreciate this pie, but I personally like the mushroom and sausage as well so we do a half-and-half. The beer is ice cold and the servers are saucy. The Italian American band came through while we were enjoying our lunch and we got treated to that as well. No worry about leftovers because there weren’t any. Don’t miss this landmark. It’s such a great experience. #stevensleavin

Definitely a great experience! First time coming here and would highly recommend. Fresh ingredients, large pizzas, and cool atmosphere. The staff was friendly and the pizza came out hot and we didn’t have to wait too long.

One of the oldest Pizzeria's in New England and the country. Incredible atmosphere, wonderful service (especially Patrice!), and great pies with a lot of variety. Must stop if you're in Boston.

Well, this one was amazing. First got there about 3pm. There was a line outside. It’s a small restaurant. We were able to get in and get an amazing Margarita Pizza with added sausage. It was truly a great pizza. I had a Peroni Draft. This is an iconic place and well worth the wait. One of the best pizza's I had outside of Chicago.

Brilliant pizza. Probably the best I've had. Barman took a bit of warming up for me to feel welcomed. Appreciate it's a very busy place and they have great systems in place to keep the flow going. If your whole party has not arrived yet you can't come in. Will be back if I come back to Boston.

Great authentic Italian American pizza. We tried Classico and Pesto polo and both were really tasty. Nice crust. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that toppings were not spread on the pizza and it looked like it was done in rush.

We came here and had some pizza. We aren’t from Boston for wanted to find a nice slice. They sell the whole pie here not just the slice like they do in New York. Fun place with pizza and beer pitchers.

You can't go to Boston without going to the original Regina Pizzaria, or at absolute minimum getting a pie to go. It's life-changing. I'm from the west coast and we just can't get pizza right, but every slice I've had here really nails that fix I'm after. You can order slices, but, like others have said you'll regret it. Pictured are the 10" pizzas which are the perfect amount of food to leave you full and satisfied! The line moves fast, but try to get there in off hours.

No frills pizzeria serving only pizza. Excellent pizza with nicely charred crust and lots of toppings. Beer is served with frosty glasses. Servers are friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend!

We went here because we kept seeing folks with pizza boxes. My kids enjoyed the white pie. I only had one slice...good service. Enjoyed the outdoor seating. Reasonably priced.

It’s nice if you get to sit outside, the place is always busy specially on the weekends, so consider a wait of average 20-30 minutes. Service is not so great, depending really on the mood of the waitress. Pizza is was not cooked well, topping was out of the box, no much taste. Prices are okay for what you get. I will try different places next time.
