Nice but since i am from put of town did not know u had to order before as had to wait in 22 degree weather for 15 minutes. Frankly i am from California and we have better breakfast burritos for much less, just sayin. So it's a one time thing, i will go to the gourmet dumpling house tonight.

Delicious sandwiches ideal for both lunch and breakfast. Got the fancy sandwich and cold brew coffee for pickup, and the order was ready in about five minutes. The combination of the warm whole grain toast, crispy bacon, fried egg, cheese, and mashed avocado in the sandwich was very satisfying. I also liked how they put good amount of bacon strips and the evenly-spread mashed avocado also made the whole eating experience convenient. The cold brew that I got in a bottle was very mild, but I personally liked it with the sandwich.

This place is absurdly good. Probably the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had!

Total rip-off. Just wanted to show everyone what you get for $11.69. It's the Breakfast Grilled Crack. It's an anemic, sad looking sandwich that looks and tastes like leftovers. I did order around 1 PM, but I expect the same level of food quality you'd get at 8 AM. You're better off going to Dunkin.

Don’t Bother GOING. SERIOUSLY this is a severely OVERPRICED Egg McMuffin! Truly $27 for only TWO small egg sandwiches on a English Muffin. Ridiculously SMALL place that you CANNOT eat there, you barely have room to stand and wait for your OVERPRICED food. Plus I paid for the more expensive Jamon bacon and received your basic American bacon.

Loved this place! Tucked away in a great neighborhood with prime Boston architecture and brick. Mike was very nice and helpful in ordering. You have to wait 25 minutes or so, but we’ll worth it! We loved our Fancy and breakfast burrito. Lots of flavor and quality ingredients! Must stop here, one of my fave food spots.

This place was good. The breakfast sandwich is made fresh, and unwrapping it, the cheese stretches. Personally, I felt as the sand which was missing a little seasoning in the egg, but this wasn’t anything that made me regret going. It was still very good. There was no realistic seating area. I am not from the area, so taking it back to my hotel to eat after walking 20 minutes wasn’t realistic. We ended up eating in a school’s stoop which wasn’t the worst, just not the most ideal.

The cutest little sandwich shop! Looking for a quick bite with tastes to satisfy? This is the place. The fit is tight; inside is a postage sized lobby. There is a little bar against the windows that you can stand and eat but it only fits about three to four people max. After ordering, it took mere minutes to get our food. The weather was nice so we took our sandwiches down a block to a neighborhood park. The sandwiches blew. Our. Minds. Everything was so tasty, well cooked, and delivered fast. Seems like an ideal spot for a grab and go breakfast. You can order ahead for faster service. I don't recommend driving as parking is impossible with the residential area surrounding the shop. Great walkable place. I would recommend if you're in the area!

Make sure to order ahead of time online!!! I placed our order with a specific time and we still had to wait an additional 10 minutes, but it was so well worth it. It's a tiny little breakfast spot, with special made to order breakfast sandwiches. I had the carolina caviar which is the egg and sausage sandwich, I added the avocado and house mayo as well. The english muffin was too dense for my liking. Next time, I would get this on the sour dough bread instead. It was a really fresh, tasty and delicious breakfast sandwich!!!!

We had two delicious egg sandwiches from here very recently. The sandwiches were on an English Muffin with sausage and yummy bacon. (Everything is so much better with bacon.......lots of BACON. lol). The food was cooked well and we were very happy with it. The prices are very reasonable and the delivery service was on-time and COVID-19 compliant. We highly recommend Mike and Patty's restaurant for breakfast.

Super cozy corner Cafe that you don't want to miss! It's so small only 2 people are allowed inside at once with no indoor dining. The food is well worth it and it'll leave you wanting more. I would go back everyday for breakfast if I could! Prices are a little high but it packs with flavor.

The Jersey Shore is pure comfort. A model breakfast sandwich. The egg was perfectly cooked, the bread was fresh. Service was super friendly, prompt, and efficient.

Great quality food, corner gem here in Boston. I was staying at the revere hotel I wanted to avoid the over priced breakfast they had and discovered this was close by. The place isn’t really to sit down, just a spot to get a quick delicious breakfast sandwich for a good price.

The ultimate hole in the wall/mom and pop joint. I’ve been coming here for more than 30 years! The grilled crack and the Fancy are my favorites. Thanks Mike & Patty!

A great little spot for sandwiches, I love that you can smell it a block away too! My pics are featuring the “fancy” sandwich which I got without bacon :)

Do you love cheese? Do you love cheese as much as I do? (Probably not). But if you DO love cheese, and you're looking for a cheesy breakfast sandwich in Boston, what the heck are you still doing reading this review? Just look at the picture I took. This was definitely one mamma jamma of a breakfast sandwich I won't soon forget. The hash brown I got was tasty, the guacamole on my sandwich was tasty, the egg was cooked medium as requested, and just look at the heckin cheese! My only complaint, which is not enough to lose that fifth star, is why the heck is there a dine in option? I selected dine in and I got a bag no different than if I was to go. Either get some cute baskets or take the dine in option out if you're just gonna give everyone a bag anyhow! Anyways my sandwich was great, go here for breakfast yada yada etc. Etc.

Really loved this place. It has that urban atmosphere that you cannot experience going to a restaurant or mall. You have to wait to be served on the street and enjoy your sandwich by the curbside. The trick is to order by web if you are hungry and don't want a long wait. There were no burrito's which were recommended to me, but my english muffin with bacon was not far from perfect. If you want to save some money, buy lemonade from the stand next door.

Based on the reviews, I really was expecting something more. The fancy barely comes with avocado, and I didn't realize it wasn't standard to have the bread toasted here as it was my first time, so it was a bit soggy. If you get the burrito, keep in mind it doesn't come with meat, so you'll need to add that as an extra. Great and fast service.

Best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had anywhere! I usually just go with the classic sausage egg and cheese or bacon egg and cheese but be sure to try their specialty sandwiches as well. The fresh english muffins they use for the sandwiches are baked to perfection. Can’t say enough good things about Mike & Patty’s!

Good food prepared to order. Mostly take-out as there is just room for perhaps three people to eat in. Most people order and eat their meal on the sidewalk outside or take it with them. Be forewarned, parking in the area is almost non-existent within a 1/4 mile+ (residential permit spots with very, very little visitor parking), so walking or cycling is the easiest way to get there.

The best part about this place is the convenience. The food comes out freshly prepared fast. You'd have to go through a lot of nonsense to get this level of food if you go to a sit-down restaurant. The sandwich itself is pretty good, but I wouldn't call it the best sandwich of my life or anything like that as some folks seem to be saying (I've had much better). For a small sandwich over 10 bucks, it's not exactly cheap either, but the convenience more than makes up for it.

Great breakfast sandwiches! The place is tiny with only two stools to sit by the window. The boys working there do a fine jib. This place is a bit hidden from the regular foot traffic but is worth visiting. Their coffee is top notch as well.

I am beyond happy that I found this place. It worths every dime you give for this sandwiches! First of all everything in Boston are pricy but this is a value for money situation. Second, amazing cold brew. Seriously i wanted to go back and get couple of bottles for home. Downside, the size of the store is so small that you only get two sits. Is it worth it to take the sandwich to go? ABSOLUTELY!

Sunday morning “new favorite place” Mike & Patty's in Bay Village! This sandwhich is called “Grilled Breakfast Crack” with american, Swiss, cheddar and gruyère, bacon, 2 eggs + fresh avocado and house made mayo! Plus a box of goodies from their Flowerhouse Bakery (in Newton) where they make the juice and all their own breads!❤️ #sundayvibes #happycamper

Mike & Patty's is the go-to for fresh, locally sourced breakfast food in Boston. Walking distance to pretty much everything, Mike & Patty's offers all of your must-have breakfast dishes, like the delectable bacon, egg, and cheese bagel that I devoured here. There isn't much room in the store itself, so I'd recommend ordering ahead for pickup. The staff was super friendly and fast!

I got the Fancy and Seriously, one of the best breakfast sandwiches in Boston. My boyfriend got the crack and it was also AMAZING. Would highly recommend.

Best breakfast sandwiches around. A little pricey but worth it. The Grilled Crack, Fancy, and McLustin' (pictured here) are the best in my opinion. A must try if you're a breakfast sangy fanatic. Got a sangy this morning and it had like a half piece of bacon in it, just all chopped up and spread out. Nothing worse than paying ten bucks for a damn sandwich with barely anything on it. Do better

Ordered through the QR code on the front door. Didn’t know the food could have been ordered through its website beforehand, but gladly it was worth 15 mins of the wait. I tried Robbie and Grilled Crack. Preferred Robbie over Grilled Crack. Both were cheesy, but Robbie tasted fresher than Grilled Crack, which I find a bit salty.

Such yummy sandwiches! We went at about 10 on a Saturday morning and waited in line 5-10 min to order, then waited 25 min for our food to be done. I had the fancy, and my husband had the grilled crack. Both were delicious and buttery, but just a little small.

I mean, how good can a breakfast sandwich be right! Well this place is amazing. So good. Worth the wait. Lovely guy working there and amazing food. Can’t wait to come back.

Very popular local sandwich spot in gorgeous Boston neighborhood. Good variety of offerings that are all most certainly worth the wait. +1 for the Grilled Crack sandwich.

Amazing little breakfast spot. If you’re looking for a place to grab and go this is it. I ordered the grilled crack for breakfast and it was delicious. If I lived in Boston I’d be eating it every day (Which definitely wouldn’t be good for my heart) This spot is 100% worth checking out and if you wanna go all out get their cold brew it’s so strong and tasty. Cant wait to come back here the next time im in Boston.

Outstanding breakfast sandwiches. The service was prompt and done well. It's essentially a counter inside. You go in order and then take it to a local park or area to eat it. Breakfast crack exceeded it's name. I would definitely go back!
