I’ve never written a negative review before, but this store is truly deserving of one. We ordered four deluxe shawarma wraps with sides of Lebanese salad, and instead got loose dry meat pieces and this horrible-tasting salad. The salad was SO sour and soggy. The meat was stale and tasted like it was scooped up from the counters. There were only three very small pieces of pita bread. We were very kind over the phone and we tipped a good amount too in appreciation, and this is the service we got. I called over the phone and spoke calmly and civilly about the situation, and all I got in response was an “oops, sorry.” Unacceptable. Overpriced garbage.

First off, they leave ingredients out of wraps fairly often which isn't acceptable. Menu items should be consistent. Next, owner is not nice..especially to females. Comes off as a misogynist. Lastly, prices fluctuate & depend on HOW you order. I once ordered online & paid almost $10 more than I would've if I ordered over the phone. After that I vowed to only order over the phone, but today they tried to charge me MORE than if I would've ordered online! Make it make sense! Why aren't prices consistent across the board. I won't go there again.

It confuses me so much with good reviews that I write my first bad review. Somehow they managed to create a very bad salad and gyro plate for my order. Meats (beef kabob and lamb gyro) were dry like cardboard, even the lettuce was so “dead” (and dry!!), it brought absolutely no joy chewing on them. The dressings were too sour to eat with anything - both Italian and vinaigrette. Hummus was the only good thing, to be fair. If it used to be good, now it goes south. Just skip this restaurant for no bad experience. Long wait time and no mark for service as well. Fortunately there’s an ice cream place nearby to compensate for my tastebuds :(

The sweetest😍🤗😇💛👌 welcoming smile ever of the owner , the young handsome cashier is so eye candy and delightful to see his face while eating, & the younger brother the champ who prepare the perfect lebanese original flavored taste 😋 the spotless clean place & the affordable prices , i recommend you to try the chawarma meat á la lebanese way ... I wish you enjoyed it as i did 🧡😋👌😘😍 again

Awful. My first time going here and I seriously regret it. They literally served a green tomato in the pita. The lamb was super dry and zero taste. Spicy chicken is just buffalo chicken. Some weird steamed vegetables when it didn’t indicate so on the menu. No one puts lettuce in a gyro? There were like 2 French fries in each gyro. This was horrible. I am so disappointed because I was so excited to surprise my husband. It tasted so bad I had to throw it out.

This place used to be a great spot to visit. They used to provide great service, great food, and a great atmosphere. USED TO. Now they play some weirdo music. The food is mediocre. They serve you in paper plates. The attention is horrible and dismissive. When you try to bring these things to their attention they all play stupid and look at you like you have 10 heads. I will never step foot in this establishment, nor will I ever visit their next door butchery. We are done with this business. Do not go!!

This place really fell off! They used to serve good-quality Lebanese food but yesterday was a disappointment. A HUGE gripe I have is that when I tried to order two Sharwarma Slam wraps on their website they cost $11.99 each, plus tax & $1.50 "convenience" fee. (???) The grand total was $27! So I called in the order instead and upon arriving ended up paying just under $20. This was a pick-up order..so beware that you will pay over $7 more (more or less depending on what you order) just for ordering on their website. The service used to be friendly too but the owner who was working the front counter did not greet or even say a word to me despite making eye contact. Waited about 5 minutes before the other employee put a tiny burrito-sized bag on the counter & pointed at me. I was confused because I thought it was one wrap but upon looking in the bag I found two pencil-thin wraps. The Sharwarma Slam is supposed to be stuffed with four different meats..these weren't. Very disappointing experience overall. Won't be going back here.

I want to preface this by saying I never leave reviews, but I had to leave one after this experience. this place has gone DOWN HILL, Zeus what's going on? The food quality is horrible, and the prices keep going up and not to mention smaller portion sizes. I ordered food recently from here and threw up and got sick from it, the chicken tasted gamey and old and the bread was soggy. I will never ever order from this place again. Go else where, unless you want to get sick!

I was there with my family for the first time. The food was delicious. People who work there were friendly and humble!

So I went to this place recently and was really happy with the quality of the food and the service given. We were running late in traffic and we had an online order we would be there after a couple of minutes of the closing time. The staff was kind of enough to wait for us. Food tasted delicious the white sauce was sour in a good way. Lamb had great flavor along with the chicken. Salad helped balanced the food. I also really liked the rice which also a nice balance and tasted good. Food is on the pricier end here though. I’m not sure about how the indoor dining if I had to be completely honest but they raised there standard again I saw a lot of 1 stars but this place is nice. 4.5/5 would recommend

The food is amazing. The prices are very reasonable. The only improvements I would make are in the drink selection and comfort of the seating.

Rich and vibrant flavors. The menu is a celebration of rich flavors, from the velvety hummus to the savory Chicken Shawarma plate, all prepared with utmost care.

Authentic flavors is the name of the game here. From a local Lebanese perspective, this is very similar to authentic falafel, shawarma beef and chicken that you would find in tasty restaurants in the streets of Beirut. If you're in the mood for tasty Lebanese food look no further. This place had great taste and add I learned is owned by a Lebanese family that's passionate about taste. We will be coming back.

The food is amazing! Really like their falafel, kafta, keeb and kabob, and specially the garlic cream.

It has been one of our favorite restaurants and go to place. Although it is under new ownership, but the food is still good, and I haven’t found any Mediterranean restaurants which can offer this variety of food nearby. My favorite has been the spicy chicken Shawarma, and the lamb Gyro.

The baba ghanouj here is unreasonably good. I would commit crimes for it. Spicy shawarma? 🤌🏻🤌🏻 Good lord. Would knock over an elderly woman, a priest, and a puppy to get one of those. No laws could stop the burning quest to return to this holy place I'd order here as my last meal in prison. After breaking laws for this food as a free man I'll haunt this place You should go Falafel was eh.

Stopped in by chance on the way home from work. So glad I did. Friendly service and great taste.

Their prices are good, but the quality of food, esp. meat, is not. Their chicken shawarma, for example, was overcooked and doesn’t really taste like shawarma and wasn’t that juicy. Their location is good, but doesn’t have its own parking lot. So make sure you go early in order to have time to find a parking spot. Also, there were hardly three people working when I was there two days ago, you need more people. Most importantly, why would you choose the Cross as your brand? I don’t find this comfortable!

Amazing food at a great value. Helpful and friendly staff made my first visit to dine-in very enjoyable. I will be coming back for take out and dine in more often.

We have been “to Beirut” countless times. The food and service is always excellent. I think out of literally hundreds of times they made a mistake once with our order and they were kind and tried their best to correct the issue. Our go to when we want Mediterranean food.

Staff are kind and helpful. Food prepared quickly. Sandwiches are great, not the biggest fan of the nachos there but still healthier then nachos elsewhere.
