I've been training at CF Arsenal for a year and love it! The gym has a fun, laid-back atmosphere but programs seriously effective workouts. All of the coaches are great, and the community is welcoming to all fitness levels. I look forward to class at Arsenal every day!

I was never really into working out regularly, but the coaches at CFArsenal are seriously awesome. They've made it so much easier for me to stick with it. I started back in April and I'm still going strong. What's cool is that there are all kinds of people with different athletic levels, so as a newbie, it was great to find folks I could relate to. And unlike other gyms, I actually connected with others and made some friendships.

If you’re a parent juggling between family and work life, like me, don’t forget to invest in yourself too. I went from couch to CrossFit Arsenal about two weeks ago and already know it’s the best decision I’ve made in a while. The coaches demonstrate movements at the beginning of class then proactively provide guidance during the workout of the day. The members are down-to-earth, kind people. I am excited about losing weight, taking time for myself, building the strength/energy to keep up with my boys, and reclaiming long term health here. TLDR: Highly recommend the CrossFit Arsenal for its well-curated full body workouts and great coaches/community!

I love coming here! I came to drop 10lbs to fit in my wedding dress to zip. I did that and i stayed for the community. The music is great the workouts are tough. Emily, Seth and Jason are great coaches that really watch and to the best of their ability make sure you don’t get hurt. I still manage to walk into walls … I really like how they push you even though i find it rude that Jason told me i had to actually bend my elbows to do a push up

CrossFit Arsenal was something I stumbled upon while searching for a new place to switch up my fitness routine. I’m so glad that I found them. It’s always a little nerve wracking walking into a new place but everyone there made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Jason and Seth are supportive and knowledgeable coaches who push you to be better while also providing any scaling you need. They always make sure I have movements down and that I’m challenging myself (no matter what that looks like). They meet everyone where they are and after a month, I am already noticing myself getting stronger. I look forward to my workouts and it’s one of my favorite places to be. I would recommend them to anyone!

I love CFA. I’ve been a member here for 4 years, and I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to this gym. Originally a runner, I didn’t have much weightlifting experience prior to joining, so I was a bit nervous. The coaching is fantastic, though, and I soon felt confident moving a barbell. The programming is challenging yet accessible (everything is scalable/modifiable), and the friendly and supportive environment makes it fun. I highly recommend CrossFit Arsenal to anyone looking for a great workout and a wonderful community!

Great place to build and maintain a consistent fitness routine. The workouts are thoughtfully programmed with many options for scaling and adapting movements to your skill level. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and provide helpful suggestions on improving form/technique. The gym is spacious and well maintained. There are multiple options for class timings. Working out here is most fun part of my daily routine.

If you are living in the Boston area and deciding which gym to join I highly recommend CrossFit Arsenal- Fitness and Jiu Jitsu. The classes facilitate friendly competition and a sense of community. The programming is challenging for a veteran athlete, while also being highly customizable for all fitness levels and all walks of life. What sets this gym aside from other gyms is the authenticity of the down-to-earth coaches and members. It’s hard to beat the value of this place, with classes and open gym 7 days a week (even on holidays)!

Arsenal is one of my favorite places on earth, and is an incredible community of inviting and motivated people! Attending classes at Arsenal guarantees you will have at least one great hour every day, and will provide you with an opportunity for personal growth across multiple facets of your life. The staff at the gym are top notch people who will always go out of their way to make sure your experience is positive, and according to my parents the owner Jason was “a very charming man” when they saw him on local news. Going to the gym is a great way to get out of your comfort zone, meet new friends and make small improvements every day!

This is by far the best CrossFit gym I’ve been to. The culture is really great, really nice people and coaches make up this community. I also really enjoy the Jiu Jitsu class. Jason is a great coach and is very knowledgeable about self defense and is really accommodating to all skill levels. Highly recommend coming here and trying it out.

I joined CrossFit Arsenal a couple of months ago and have been enjoying it so much! I’m restarting my fitness journey after a few years and couldn’t be happier to be doing it at this gym. Great coaches, great energy, awesome community. Best part of my day!

I’ve been coming here for about 7 months now. From day one I’ve been met with acceptance, kindness, and grueling workouts. I’m definitely not the “fittest person” but each class I feel encouraged like I’m an athlete with a coach and team encouraging me to be the best version of myself. Classes are always fun and welcoming. Don’t know how to do a movement? The coach is going over it? Think you are doing something wrong? A coach is around to help you out. Or just practice the movement. Are you doing something wrong? A coach will stop you and help you scale. It’s not about how fast or how much you lift but are you challenging yourself. I’d recommend anyone to come give it a shot. Even if you haven’t worked out in decades, you’ll feel at home here.

We've been here twice, as drop ins. Great experience both times! Seth, the head trainer was great with helpful tips and coaching. Jason, the owner, was delightful, friendly and inviting. Everyone we've met there was also very nice! Also, my daughter loves the gym dog, Finn! We'll be visiting again next time we're nearby!

I started coming to this gym just before the pandemic in January of 2020. I had pretty significant fitness goals I needed to accomplish, which I can honestly say I met and exceeded thanks to Jason, Seth and all of the coaches. Having something to look forward to (even if it was on Zoom) every day while everything was shut down kept me sane and kept me on track with my fitness and nutrition goals. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone. The coaches are amazing and the community can't be beat!

Love this gym. Having trained bjj at a few different gyms, I can honestly say that this gym has been the best. Jason is very knowledgeable not just in bjj, but in other disciplines as well. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The pace of the instruction part of the classes are balanced and easy to follow (even with complex sequences). The rolls are competitive, yet slow enough to practice techniques. A true family atmosphere.

Great local gym! I’ve been a member for almost 7 years. Jason and his staff are well trained, they understand that everyone’s fitness goals are unique and the programming is tailored to each individual. The gym has expanded classes over the years to offer its members more than CrossFit and weight lifting. Kickboxing, jujutsu and rowing classes have been added to the schedule. Lots of ways to stay in shape! Bottom line is this gym is fun and inclusive to all and consists of a great local community of members!!

I absolutely loved this gym! The community is so welcoming and friendly and the coaches are great. The programming was really well done and I always loved the workouts. I'd defintiely recommend to anyone in the area looking to start CrossFit or looking for a new gym.

🫤 As a few others have mentioned the culture and rules have been changing the last few months, and not in a good way. I've been a member for years and I'm starting to look for a new gym. Super disappointing. The gym itself is great, but taking away an entire room of equipment for no reason is infuriat...

😠 Absolute worst planet fitness in Nys. Forget about getting a workout in any time after 3:30 pm on any weekday. The gym is tiny and packed full of G.I.’s that use the place as a social gathering place instead of a place to workout. Forget about getting any kind of free weight exercise in because it’s...
