Great staff and a good view of Boston. The manager “Milton” ensured we had the best experience and recommended a few dishes to try, great guy!

Food, service, and views combine to make this place a hidden gem downtown. You need to be a member or know a member to get in, but you should definitely go if you ever get the chance. The place was not at all stuffy like some might assume, instead the vibe is relaxed but elevated, which was kind of perfect. We got a little dressed up, but nothing crazy. Saw plenty of jeans and business casual attire around me. There are different areas to dine depending on your mood, my wife and I had a reservation in the more formal Cambridge room but ended up opting for the bar area instead so that we could get a table by the window. Everything that came out of the kitchen was on point, essentially classic New England staple dishes done right. Our cocktails were solid, and the wine list was a pleasant surprise. The wine options were really reasonably priced, not your typical restaurant markup. This is most likely because to be there most people have already paid for a membership so they don't need to charge the typical markup. All in all, the Harvard Club Downtown was an awesome way to enjoy a relaxing and indulgent Friday night!

This place has a spectacular view of Boston! The staff was very friendly and attentive. The bartenders served everyone very quickly and with a pleasant demeanor. The server's tip the appetizers coming and you did not have to chase them down. The quality of the appetizers was excellent as was the meal. I really look forward to my next opportunity to visit.

It was extremely nice of my colleague to treat us to lunch at the Harvard Club. Everyone was polite and the views were spectacular (Boston is a very attractive city!). But rating it as a restaurant the food was just fine and a little on the expensive side.

Had my wedding here and couldn't have been happier. Everything was priced a la carte so no getting locked into a package and you get access to the entire club if having a wedding on a Saturday. The staff was exceptional and really met all my planning needs. Highly recommend it!

Every year, my division holds its graduation dinner at the Harvard Club downtown. When I graduated earlier this summer, there were serious miscommunication, service, and food errors during the event. I soon after contacted Patrick, the club manager, and he immediately made things right by apologizing and inviting my wife and I to have dinner at the club on the house, where he personally made sure we had a flawless experience from beginning to end. Thank you Patrick and Eli!

Beautiful night view of downtown Boston and the services are excellent. The lobster rolls and clam chowder truly represent Boston cuisine.
