One word, AMAZING!!! The Aussie coffee culture is not just for show, it's the real deal! The coffee is the best, the Aussie meat pies and pastries are off the charts. The staff is well trained (unlike most coffee shops) and the owner is the epitome of Aussie coffee culture. Don't miss it if you love coffee ❤️

Great location, great place to be. There is one co worker in particular who has always been warm and friendly. Her name is Breanna (I hope I spelled that correctly), but she is one of the main reasons I stop by for a cuppa coffee. Not only am I getting great coffee prepared by her but friendly conversation which helps me power through some of my stressful days. Excellent all around! Thanks Breanna!

Cool spot! We stopped in for coffee before our train ride. Owner is super cool and friendly. The construction going on around is crazy but it didn’t bother us.

Really great coffee and atmosphere inside. I just had an iced coffee with almond milk, and a bushman bacon egg and cheese pie. This place is light years ahead of Dunkin’ Donuts it’s not even comparable. My first time in but glad I found this place and know I’ll be back. The meat pie was so good and gave me the energy to take on my day. Really good high quality coffee. Friendly guy with an Australian accent working, it was pretty busy and the phone was ringing off the hook but he still was nice, made my drink quickly and gave great service.

Stopped by for a drink and a bite to eat—it was all so good! The Short Macchiato was nice and strong, and the meet pies where warm and flaky. The bacon, egg and cheese pie was good, but the Ned Kelly (beef, bacon, egg and cheese) was better—the beef made the pie less dry. Theis located is a little small, just as a heads up. Would recommend this place any day of the week.

Honestly, one of the best cups of espresso I've had. I wanted to talk a bit more to the barista about it - he seemed super knowledgeable and friendly - as it was so smooth and no astringent bite at all, but he got slammed with customers (handling all with a smile and efficiency). I'm super glad I made this stop on my way to the T. Can't go wrong here.

My new favorite coffee shop. With so many flavors of coffee and customizations, I got decision fatigue and let the barista pick for me. All I picked was the milk and asked for her suggestion and it was delicious. Please enjoy my macadamia nut, soy milk, double espresso through the picture and let me know if you tried the same thing! Update Second photo is from another visit. Just a latte!

Excellent flat white, delicious breakfast Aussie pie and lovely service. Highly recommend if you are ever in the area. Lots of construction across the street but I still sat outside to enjoy my breakfast and to people watch.

This little shop is a gem! We stopped in on a cold and windy day, and we were greeted by the owner in a cozy coffee nook. The owner/barista was lovely and gave us some great recommendations in the BOS area. Get the minced meat pie and Aussie latte!

Best latte I have had in a while! I got the chocolate/hazelnut latte and it was delicious. I also ordered the chocolate croissant and it was very good. The shop is small and the staff was quick and friendly.

Our favorite coffee shop in Boston so far - and we have been really trying to find a coffee shop that has great coffee and the staff are actually pleasant and some kind of good food is available. It sounds impossible in this age of (post-) pandemic shortages, but today, success! A couple of outdoor tables, building construction nearby to watch, and the owner was super. He was training new staff - who was also super. Selling breakfast hand pies - super. Coffee - not over roasted, super. Little TimTam dessert - super. Great choice of teas - super. Thank you Cuppa!!

This place has great coffee!! There are signs everywhere to help know what exactly you’re drinking and the options of flavors and milk are extensive. Owner was really nice and patient when I asked questions.

I’ve been a long-time customer of Cuppa’s Coffee since 2014. I started at the Haymarket location, but now every time I see a Cuppa’s Coffee, I have to stop and get a coffee. The owner is such a nice guy, his employees are great and the coffee is so amazing! I think it’s a little costly, but totally worth the money. I’m a coffee lover, previous Barista at Starbucks and the coffee here is always a hit for me! Definitely recommend!

Excellent. Best friendly Service in town. Smooth tasting espresso served in a glass, with a side of water. Just like Roma ! Good Value = quality, service, and music.

Close to where my wife and I are staying … we prefer to use independent cafes where possible. Not serving toasted avocado this time .. so picked up 2 spinach and feta rolls and an almond croissant and a chocolate croissant and 2flat whites one with oat milk .. all taken back to the hotel room for brekkie in bed 🤓2 happy customers . Friendly service . Definitely going again in the morning 😏

Any time I am near CuppaCoffee, I stop in. I love this place. Friendly staff who are always willing to lend a recommendation for local places to check out. Delicious pies (I recommend chicken and mushroom). And great coffee! Try the chai latte - they make theirs with a shot of espresso and it's phenomenal. There's only a few seats and it does get a bit tight when they're busy, but it's still a great place to meet a friend for a quick break or to get coffee to go. Can't recommend this place enough!!

Cappuccino off the chain delicious. Excellent! Iced coffee perfectly balanced not too strong not too weak not bitter at all. Excellent flavor. Sausage roll guilty pleasure very greasy lots of meat.

Nice little coffee shop. I was surprised of the location, it is very convenient. I ordered a latte and chicken mushroom Pie. It was reaaaally good and tasty, the crust of the pie was awesome too. Alejandro did a very and fantastic job. Very friendly. I will recommend this location… 👌👌👌

A nice quick stop for a morning coffee! The Milo Latte had a nice subtle chocolate taste and the staff was quite welcoming and willing to explain questions about the expansive menu. There was limited bar seating but definitely a nice place to drop by as the vibes were still quite cozy!

I got here right when they opened so unfortunately the pies weren’t ready yet but the barista was amiable and the coffee was good Edit: I went back and got a meat pie. Sustaining and delicious. The coffee was still very good the second time around, as was the service.

  • 4/5 Graham H. 1 year ago on Google
Good tasting coffee, friendly but slightly wonky customer service - I went there 3 days in a row last week. Day 1 - the barista made my cappuccino in a paper cup, despite my asking for a glass or ceramic cup, and pointing at them. When I balked, she poured it into the glass cup rather than remaking it, which I'm told is not ok in barista world, and certainly compromises the experience of the drink. Day 2 - different barista, exact same thing happened, with the addition of a sprinkle of something I had asked him not to use - chocolate or cinnamon, not sure because it got all mixed up when he poured it into the glass cup. Day 3 - same barista as day one. I picked up the ceramic cup, handed it to her and asked her to make me a "small" cap with 2 shots instead of their customary 1, then we chatted amiably about what Italians consider a real cappuccino (2 shots of espresso, and an equal amount of milk, and foam - nothing more, nothing less). She proceeded to make mine with one shot. Realizing her mistake as we were talking about it at that very moment, she remade it. The pastries and meat pies are just ok - still would have gotten 5 stars if it weren't for all the mistakes. Nevertheless, the coffee tastes quite good. I recommend the place, but be very specific about how you want your drink.

Dropped by because I had missed my shuttle and needed to wait 15 min for the next one. Friendly barista and really tasty latte! Cute vibe and a really pleasant way to kill some time. Looking forward to trying some of their food items the next time I miss a shuttle. Updating to include food: I bought a variety of pies to share with my coworkers for pi day. My coworker who's from the UK and laments that Americans don't know savory pies loved the Australian pie and asked me for the location. My coworker who doesn't eat red meat loved the chicken portabello pie and went back for seconds. My coworkers who are vegetarian said the spinach and feta was really good. I tasted them all and also thought every one was great!

Really good cappuccino, friendly staff, and the tasty meat pies are my go-to for those mornings when I haven’t yet had breakfast and also forgot to pack lunch—they’re hearty enough to carry me through the first 6 hours of my day.

Great Service, Awesome Staff, But. . . . Expensive! Be prepared to pay $8 for an iced coffee that you'd pay $3,50 for at Dunkin Donuts. The guy at the counter with the beard is super cool and friendly though!!

Not a place if you are looking for quality coffee and food, it's more for working crowd just want to grab a quick bite and normal cup of drinks.

Best latte I have had in awhile! I got the coconut latte and it was delicious. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

  • 3/5 Christine E. 3 years ago on Google
The coffee was okay, a bit pricey. Offered unique grab and go food items, but they weren't that good (stale and dry). The waitstaff was friendly enough, but when I opened my bag, I realized, one of the three items was wrong...the almond croissant was yucky - I don't recommend it. In a pinch, it's good for coffee.

Great selection! The barista was super friendly, and quick to serve the two cappuccino that we ordered. Food was excellent, and the prices were reasonable for what it was. Great experience, and I will highly recommend it to everyone!

Met the owner a long time ago and he was great, but the guy working there during the afternoon was super friendly as well! Recommended the Tim-Tams and movie recs. It was a nice change of pace from typical coffee shops where the employees don’t care as much. Unfortunately, it’s far from work or I’d be there every morning.

I love this place! I come here every time I am in Haymarket Square. The food is fresh, homemade and feeds the soul. Very good meat pies. The drinks are barista perfection. The service is friendly. It's a tiny shop but most of the customers just pick up so if eating in, there's almost always space at the counter. And owned by an Australian! What's not to love about CuppaCoffee??

This is such a unique place. A quirky building between NS and Haymarket that is an Australian coffee shop. (The Aussies are the people that brought us the Flat White). I usually get a Tam Tam Slam. Highlights of my afternoons in Boston.

11/05/2019 - Love the sausage rolls! They remind me if a meat pie but in a form you can carry in your hand as you munch at work! This chain offers coffee with an Australian flair! Lots of espressos to choose from, polite service in a well kept small footprint store with outdoor seating! Grab a Cuppacoffee card to earn a free coffee!

Cuppa is my absolute favorite coffee shop. They have the best chai latte in Boston (probably because it comes with espresso, but you can ask them to forego the shot). Everyone is always helpful, and the space is fun for a Monday coffee break, including a few outdoor tables.

  • 4/5 Arlene H. 6 years ago on Google
Great Aussie Pies and coffee. If the prices weren't so high they would be a place I would go for lunch if I temped in the neighbourhood. $$ I know the price of lamb is high but I still think $7-8 dollars for a savoury pie is a lot. Australia may have a high minimum wage and Aussies can afford to payout a lot for a pie but Bostonians in office jobs are underpaid for the most part and not everyone who works in the courts/government buildings near by are going to eat Aussie food. The Lambingtons which is like an Aussie petit four is expensive for a small piece. If the Lambingtons, which are delicious, were imported directly from Australia then the price is justifiable. But I think the Lambingtons are made locally. Small seating area. Al fresco dining is available when weather permits. No public restrooms either. Mainly a take away/take out establishment.
