Nice place. Not necessarily the coffee shop to go to if you’re looking for specialty coffee. I ordered a latte, and the foam came out a bit thick.

I always enjoy a good cup of coffee here in Boston or in the other location in Edgartown, Martha’s Vineyard. Excellent coffee and food options. The stuff are very friendly and helpful

Why would you guys have an employee who looks miserable taking care of customers? White lady with red hair I think. Teach her how to smile and greet. She needs customer service training

August 2022: Came here for a coffee and a blueberry scone. Got a light roast coffee and 🫐 scone. Overall, coffee was uninspiring without much complexity. Scone was huge but would try something else next time. Service was great. The cashier was helpful with helpful recommendations for breakfast! Five star 🌟 for service and three star 🌟 for coffee and the food.

Got coffee and breakfast here. The lrge oat milk latte with a splash of pumpkin flavor was very, very good. One of the better lattes I've found in Boston so far. Food was fine -- I got oatmeal w/ peanut butter and banana. Very, very simple. I was pleasantly surprised by the blueberry scone, which was fresh & light. Would definitely recommend the scone. I ordered online, and there was a pick up rack by the door. Very easy grab and go.

First thought of Boston, where the heck can I find a coffee that isn’t Dunkin!! Turns out lots of places, but they ain’t great! Guess what, Espresso Love is. They do beautiful coffees and bagels, and for those of us that don’t drink dairy milk they don’t charge for other milk alternatives. In fact, they have the alternatives on a counter for you to use yourself. Enough with this Oat Milk costs more, have you seen the cost of Milk these days!?

I ordered from here for pickup on Monday and received a confirmation email of when my order would be ready. I arrived and the store was closed. No one will respond to my multiple emails and calls to refund me.

I waited 1.5hrs for my food after I put in my mobile order. During the time I was waiting I went to 3 different workers to find out where my food was and they never got back to me. People who were ordering in the store were getting their food before me and large orders that were placed after mine as well. I have never experienced this anywhere else. The customer service was poor.

Love their food. Baked goods (especially scones) and sandwiches (especially Katama) are so good. Staff is always very nice.

Matcha latte was 99% milk, hardly any matcha. Hours listed on google were not actual hours of the Cafe. Would not recommend.

What a little gem! We come to Boston for a week occasionally and this place is very near where we stay. The food is fresh and delicious, the coffee is great, the service is friendly. Amazing value for money. Our favs were the Breakfast Sandwich Special, The Islander and Caesar salad with chicken. Love that you can order ahead online so easily too.

My favorite place to stop on my walk to work from the train station. The food is well-made, the prices are actually some of the lowest I've found in the area for a local spot, the options are varied and unique, and the employees are always so kind. Today, I got the breakfast sandwich special (bacon, egg, cheddar, and maple-rosemary sauce on a croissant) and it was delicious! My coconut latte was great as well.

I like my expresso done perfectly, and they really can make a lady blush with their unique designs. Professional barista with quick service.

I really want to love Espresso Love. I definitely get bored of the Starbucks and Dunkin offerings downtown, but the inconsistency is the reason for no 5 star review. Admittedly I have probably been here a 15+ times, so here are my thoughts: - iced coffee is solid - hot/iced lattes are hit or miss. Sometimes super tasty, other times the espresso doesn't taste great - the baked goods are awesome... especially the cookies! - sandwich offerings at lunch are average. If you eat there, it will be served with tortilla chips, but I haven't returned for lunch since my first experience. All in all, a solid option - especially if it's a good latte day!

I’m sooooo happy to have stumbled onto this place and sad we’re not staying in Boston longer. Sooooo much better than getting coffee from DD! Lots of homemade pastries and protein bites. Awesome coffee with options on blends. Indoor/Outdoor seating or to go. Wish our hotel had told us this place rather than DD 😍

I have never rushed to make a review like this one! The food was great and left me wanting more. It was fresh and well made. I tried their Chai Tea latte and it was absolutely delicious! It’s better than Starbucks original chai. And I love starbucks. I definitely recommend going here.

Words can not express how much I loved the coffee here, my visit to Boston was amazing as is, but this was one of the highlights of the trip. I usually love my coffee plain black, so I was amazed when I loved the Spanish latte, since I am more of a no cream and sugar girl, but this place is amazing, the staff was super sweet and helpful when we first walked in. Anyways, I can't wait to move to Boston next year to keep enjoying this coffee! Until then!
