One of the best coffee that I’ve ever had! Cappuccino and espresso were strong and tasty. Service was warm & welcoming and the shop itself was relaxing to sit to in. The background story behind the store is unique and I don’t think there are many or any other places that import their homegrown coffee beans Looking forward to my next visit!

This is a great coffee spot. I'm so glad I discovered Recreo. I can't wait until I'm back in the area to visit again. They roast the coffee in shop and have the story of where the beans come from on the wall. The flavored coffee drinks are not overly sweet and taste balanced.

Wonderful Little Coffee Shop with Great Coffee and Delicious Treats 😋. Ordered an Iced Coffee and Homemade Oatmeal Cookies 🍪😋 Which were Delicious 😋. They Roast their Own Imported Coffee Beans in House. The Staff is Friendly and Helpful. The Service was Great. I Highly Recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A true single origin coffee roaster! Cute family owned coffee shop with a darling, almost hidden, outdoor patio. - Drink prices and a bag of coffee are pretty average. - Friendly staff. Best part of this place, the outdoor patio that doesn’t seem to be highly advertised. *Coming out of the coffee shop, go right & about 10 feet there’s a little alley way that leads to a warm patio that has cozy seating, plants, flowers and lots of chirping birds. Appears to be dog and kid friendly!

On the weekends I actually look forward to Mondays - so I can go here and get my coffee! The only reason I haven’t left a review earlier is because I know once the word gets out about how amazing this cafe is - I won’t be able to get a seat. This place has everything I could ask for. Cute tables. Cute chairs. Quaint. Sweet baristas. THE BEST coffee ever!

Cool coffee shop serving a wide offering of varietals and mixed coffee drinks. Three cold brew was good although it had a lot of char for a cold brew, maybe using a lighter roast may yield a better final product. The chocolate scone wad also good. Once off the freeway selling points of this place is the outside terrace. A must see. Overall a good location.

Friendly baristas, extremely good coffee. I’m not super close so I buy a few pounds of whole beans each month and make cold brew at home. Definitely recommend!

My boyfriend and I went to this place for the first time today and it is the BEST coffee we have EVER had and I have gone to many coffee places in my life. This place is number one for us. We will definitely be returning for some more amazing coffee. I got a large mocha coffee and it is smooth, rich, strong (I love strong coffee), and full of great flavor. I didn’t even need to add any sugar or cream, I only had milk added. Also got a chocolate to go, that was the cherry on top!!!

Very good coffee, desserts are meh. Lots of dry treats... nothing impressive. It's a good cozy small place to meet someone but if you want to be dazzled by food I'd say try the place next door. If you're a vegan you won't like the non dairy options. This is a true coffee place, not trying to be mean... Im just used to french style coffee shops (big focus on pastries).

This is the best coffee shop that I know from Dedham straight to forest hills. The customer service is incredible, the music, the peace and environment. They don’t only sell coffee they create the environment. I want come back every day! Everything is so clean and organized and the patio is amazing.

I love to go every day to Recreo Coffee because they have the best fresh muffins, my favorite is the raspberries almond, I always order my muffin with a cup of milk. I love the service and environment specially I love to talk with Eden and see Gaby's receiving friendly service and smile.

Made this our first stop daily while on a short trip here in West Roxbury. The drinks are fun and delicious (check out the seasonal menu!) and all the baristas are upbeat, kind, and knowledgeable about coffee and the surrounding area. It was busy every morning we came, with lots of people working at the tables and people of all kinds streaming through the door, so glad to know it’s a well loved spot for locals as well. If you can snag a seat, it’s lovely to take in the ambience as well.

My Dad loves coffee and for his birthday I bought him some of the Don Carlos coffee for him to brew at home. He was raving about how wonderful it was and flew through it. Next time I go home, I'll be bringing him double what I brought him the first time. The baristas are very nice and work quickly and diligently. I love their hot chocolate as well as their coffee drinks. It is a beautiful coffee shop with tucked away outdoor seating in a cozy and quiet spot.

I hate giving such a low rating because this place does have the best coffee around, and I will continue to get coffee here. However, there is something wrong with their almond milk. My girlfriend is lactose intolerant and the last time I ordered her a winter specialty latte ($6) with almond milk (+$0.75). It was horrible. Literally undrinkable and we tossed it. The almond milk tasted like bad water and it masked the flavor of the latte. It is unacceptable that we paid almost $7 (including the $0.75 up charge) for almond milk that ruined the drink. However, everything else here is great. We get our daily coffee beans here, and I got a peppermint mocha (with regular milk) that was delicious. If they change their almond milk to something better, this will be a 5 star review.

Delicious coffee! The chai is tasty too. Small but cozy atmosphere inside with a lovely outdoor seating area in the back.

This is by far the best coffee shop in town. The coffee is beyond good, however, the music in the mornings is a bit outdated and makes me sleepy. Frank Sinatra, Kenny G and enya are a little too slow for my taste. I notice in the afternoon the energy is different and more lively. The music is up beat and compliments their working energy and the coffee. Theres a cute patio in the back too! Great shop to hangout at!

Cute coffee place focused on coffee from a single family owned farm. Good coffee with pastries and rotating specials. I tried the horchata latte on ice and it was great! Scones and sticky buns were great

Best coffee in town! The owners are very nice and it’s great to see then at the cafe. They roast their own beans in house from their family farm in Nicaragua. They have an amazing outdoor space that is tucked away in the alley.

Cozy little coffee shop. I enjoyed a lovely Americano this morning. Seating for about 16 on the inside. They have an assortment of beans for sale, along with espresso drinks, iced coffee, drip coffee, pour over, chemex, French press and hot tea as well. Looks like all their coffee is roasted in house, which is fun. There's also a variety of pastries and baked goods available for you.

2 stars for good coffee sourced responsibly. Otherwise; Slow take-out service, overpriced and poorly labeled packaged coffee/beans. Not unique or friendly for a small business; the Starbucks down the street has more warmth.

5 star coffee. i sometimes drive 30+ minutes for this place because it’s seriously that good. staff is warm and welcoming and owners are exceptional! order an iced latte with oat milk and caramel!!
