Decent lounge. Food quality isn't what it used to be. For breakfast, they had scrambled eggs with customizable toppings. Coffee is amazing. All La Colombe stuff, brewed very well. Good chocolatey notes. Also have an espresso machine to make americanos. Furniture is all pretty new, plenty of power outlets and space is very relaxing and pretty quiet (kudos to the Acoustician on this project).

Good lounge in good condition with friendly staff. A great place to relax between flights, comfortable lounge with plenty of recharge points and update screens for your flights. A great bar of you want a drink and an enormous selection of food ranging from meals to something to nibble on. However, they want to up-charge you a lot for stuff you would get for free elsewhere.

This is a medium size club. The layout is comfortable and intuitive, the seating is spaced nicely, it has been clean and well maintained on all of my visits, and the staff at the entrance are welcoming and helpful. It would be nice if they had a bit more bar seating, but overall, I look forward to visiting this lounge on trips out of Boston.

One of the best Admirals Club's in the country. This club is very comfortable and clean. Its design is well thought out and features a mix of lounge area with many designated "quiet" areas. Ample seating, friendly staff, and abundant natural lighting. Really enjoy the time spent here!

Vegans - don't bother to visit. All the vegetarian food can comfortably made vegan but they choose to add milk and butter to things that can be cooked perfectly without it. Todays menu has only one vegetarian option. Bean salad cooked in milk. The only vegan options are bag tea and fruits. Do I think it justifies $59.99 for this. Dear lord, no! Updates : I asked at the kitchen if they have vegan options, they wondered if anything vegan can be made other than the lettuce and carrot salad. United states is cultural melting pot. It’s sad to see ignorant chefs. Plus calling lettuce and carrot salad as a meal is laughable.

Located on Terminal B next to Gate 4. It's one of the best admiral clubs. With shower facility, quiet room and kids room. The club is clean and super friendly staff. They serve snack bar and coffee machine. Fresh food such as salad also available .Good selection of alcoholic beverages at the bar. Wireless charging available at some seat. It's very spacious and tons of natural light.

One of the nicest AA clubs I have visited. Plenty of staff refreshing the food. Another great team of staff removing plates and wiping down areas as people leave. Their hot food choices were chowder, split pea sou, and 2 other soups , plus food for tacos, and meats balls and pasta...I mean wow, they covered all spectrums of people being hungry. Very good team at this location.

A business class ticket to Puerto Vallarta but no admirals club access at Boston? What’s the point of business class? Don’t waste your money.

It was very busy but plenty of staff. It was difficult to find two seats together, but we eventually found a couple of comfortable seats looking out over the gates. Price of bar drinks were included for everyone and the available snack foods were good quality. Plenty of staff roaming around keeping the entire area clean and tidy. This isn't easy because of the high turnover of people, but they did a great job. The lounge is all the way at one end of the terminal, so if you are not on an American flight, you could have a 20-30 minute walk to your gate. A very nice lounge that was not as loud as you would expect with so many people.

This is a nicely updated club near B4! The shower was much needed after coming early in morning for a flight. A true game changer! I do wish they would mix up the food items. If you travel a lot, like I have been fortunate to lately, it gets really boring with the same, limited choices. This club does have an avocado toast bar in the afternoon I hope to try sometime. The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and accommodating!

Fantastic lounge! Plenty of food and drink options. For example, when I was there they offered avocado toast which my family enjoyed a lot. I also appreciated that they had easy wireless chargers where I could put down my phone on the pad and it would charge. Great place to sit before my flight!

Clean welcoming Admirals Club. They have water coffee and snacks as they do it every Admirals club. Guacamole station was starting to set up at 7am. The club feels spacious. They have a bar where some drinks are included. I love watching planes. You can watch and spot American Airlines Delta and Canadian Airlines planes from this club. Wi-fi available as always and at Admirals clubs it is usually a good connection. Coffee was hot. This club I am describing is located near B4 .

Quiet 🤫 and good breakfast. Avocado toast was available. No lines to get in and customer service helped me out on a flight.

Full service bar and buffets. Nice restroom. Located in Terminal B - by elevator. Lounge could be crowded during mid-day.

Great lounge. Very comfortable, decent food, and bright. Would like more non-dairy options. Bring back the vegan lentil soup!

Spacious club (old US Airways space), nicely refaced with attractive furnishings in more current AA style. Plenty of seating, high ceilings, good light, decent internet. Food and drink are as expected for this brand. Service is very friendly and dishes are cleared regularly. Note that you can walk to the C gates for Jet Blue flights, without leaving security, but it's a shlep--give yourself 25+ minutes to be safe.

Centrally located between gates in terminal B. Easy to find. Has phone booths - great for calls if you can land one. Open and airy. Large open glass windows with a view of the tarmac. Well maintained and clean restrooms.

Quiet, clean and not too busy. Was so quiet that a nap was possible. Lots of electric plug outlets. TVs in a separate room. Only negative was that 95% of snacks, meal options and soups all contained milk. Every single soup! Plenty of fruits, salty snacks and chocolate. Just minimal lactose free options. Easy to access and nice staff. The place was spotless as maintenance & cleaning was a constant.

The Boston American airlines admiral club is spacious and well-appointed. There are areas to catch a nap and plenty of seating for eating. I was there during the change from breakfast to lunch and there were plenty of options on the complementary bar and menu. Staff was friendly and also areas of the club were a little worn, it was clean and comfortable.

Clean, bright and modern space. They do an amazing job keeping all of the refreshments stocked up.

I had a problem with my ticket and the staff were excellent, resolving the issue as quickly as they could. This was not an American airlines issue but they went above and beyond to help me. The lounge is an excellent resource with great food and drink options in a comfortable and relaxing setting.

It’s a traditional lounge. Soups, fruits, veggies and today guacamole. I’m giving it three stars because it is way over crowded. It’s at standing room at this point. The other lounge near b6 is currently close, funneling a lot of traffic this way. Hopefullu when they finish this place will calm down. The staff, as always, is amazing and helpful despite the crowd

Best way to relax and have a drink and snacks before our flight. The lady working at the bar the evening of 7/19 was so sweet and on top of her job! The place was super clean, smelled good, and everything was full. She makes great drinks and conversation. We learned a few things to look for when storms are blowing through from her. I forget her name, but she is a beautiful lady! Hope you get to experience the club like we did, because not everyone employed there are as nice!

Great place to chill out before the flight. Lots of drinks and snacks. Restrooms were very clean! We hung out in very comfortable chairs with charging stations. Will use the Admiral club again!

Used lounge due to flight delay of companion. Facilities were very clean and snacks and food were very good. Staff was busy cleaning all the time. Worth the $60 since I had a 4 hour wait and would have spent half that for food and drinks in the terminal and not been near as comfortable.

Well laid out and clean, was not crowded at the time I visited. Wish they'd offer more variety for complimentary beverages and snacks

Not as stocked as deltas skyclub but still a nice place to relax and enjoy complimentary soft drinks and snacks. Much better than sitting at the gate.

Hey, this new place is really nice! Not a lot of airport lounges have fireplaces. The decor is cool with some neat thematic elements running throughout. One thing I really liked was the choice of different kinds of chairs by the fireplace. I found the exact one that made me comfortable. A couple of things I would like to recommend: the carpeting around the fireplace: this doesn't work well with luggage. Plush carpet and wheels don't get along. Also what happened to iced tea, lemonade and water dispensers? I wasn't the only person looking for these.

It is a very nice lounge with a lot of space. However, compared to other Lounges the food was basic only and alcoholic beverages must be paid.

Had an unexpected journey to Boston's Logan Airport with an unplanned seven hour layover. My wife and I both enjoyed the club, including comfy seats, unlimited drinks (coffee, tea, sodas, etc.) and light fare (soups, chips and dips, fruits and veggies, etc). The clam chowder was da bomb! Made a miserable re-route and delay less miserable.

Everything perfect. A highly recommended lounge. Large, clean and a good selection of food and drinks. There's even vegan soup, a soft drink machine, and M&Ms. There are already poinsettias everywhere. You can spend the waiting time here.
