Nice lounge! Opens in the afternoon before DL/Virgin Atlantic flights. Also accepts CapitolOne VentureX card as the lounge is managed by Plaza Premium Group. I had the impossible/veggie burger with chips which was nice. The decor and furnitures are also relaxing; although it was a bit warm there when I visited. Friendly staff members! Will come back again in the future.

My second-favorite BOS E lounge after the Lufthansa one. Friendly and home-feeling service. Not always good English, but always very friendly. Probably the best sleeping opportunity in the whole airport. Long comfy couches 😀

Nicest lounge by far in this terminal. One star off because of location and is small and simple compared to other Clubhouses - it’s below ground without windows. Hot food menu with table service, plus a deli for self selections. Had a really good full English this morning - generous and perfectly cooked. Drip coffee was perfect. Well staffed, well maintained, and they’ve made the most of the limited space. Delta gold and above: you get access too! Open for a couple hours in AM and PM before the 2 Virgin flights.

Really decent lounge and an incredible vegetarian burger!

This is the best lounge i have been to at Boston Airport. Very welcoming staff, right from entry to people serving food. You just need to choose whay you want to have and they bring it to your table. Lounge itself is very cozy and vibrant. I loved the feel of it. Food has many options including beyon one for vegetarian folks. I will definitely choose this lounge over others.

Great little Plaza Premium lounge tucked away in Terminal E. Took a bit or work to walk from Terminal B, but thanks to the post-security connectors, you can get here. Food was overall very satisfying. I had the Mediterranean salad, chicken burger, and butter curry. Cocktails, beer and wine were also available. Not too many take away options, but still some fruit and chips. I will be coming back when other lounges are not available.

They were great when we were delayed 4 hrs on the tarmac. 11.5 hrs on the plane and a very clever crew kept us fed an distracted enough that the whole event was a mere bagatelle. Virgin Atlantics premium ecenomy class is better than domestic first class with any carrier.

Mary deserves 10 stars for taking such great care of us. The food is really good, with more premium options than a typical lounge (poke bowl and charcuterie plate, anyone?). The vibe is cozy and quiet inside.

Fantastic experience. Worth every Dollar as a Premiun pax. Mary was really fab. Real character with a busy load of clients. Good North End humour, Boston with attitude, thought she was a Brooklyn girl. Premiums, pay and get in early or regret it. Music fun. Food lovely and varied. My wife on Retirement trip felt special and looked after. 2100 now ready for overnight!

The staff are just lovely. Especially Mary. They look after you really well. Being a veggie is always difficult but Mary made me a special meal and are extremely attentive to your every need. Thanks!

A great little lounge by typical US standards, but as much as it pains me to say I actually prefer the BA lounge at Boston. Never thought I'd hear myself say that about a BA lounge! Still, can't really fault it as the food is good and the staff are great.

Cozy, simple and offers the ambience that you never knew you needed during your travels. Definitely worth the investment 👌

The staff was helpful but the lounge is very small and the seating is bunched together… the food was ok but there weren’t really any sweet snacks to have with my coffee, which was terrible… really bad in fact… also the AC was working so I went next door to the Delta lounge who had good coffee…

Mediocre food, a dark looking venue and more importantly an arrogant receptionist. He (the receptionist) only appreciated first class customers. I showed him my Platinum AmEx card and he finally admitted me to the facility, since he has to, yet he gave me bad looks as if I don't belong to the place.

Gone downhill rapidly. Now part of plaza and let’s about anyone in. Near impossible to even get a seat

There was nothing wrong but the refreshments were not great certainly not as good as others I have used, it was better then nibbles. It wasn't huge and was quite busy. I suspect the other lounge might have been better

Good service and great food

The lounge is one of the better ones I've seen. Staff is superb. Great attitude, fun and helpful. Only flaw is, the area where they have large sofas for people to sleep, is super brightly lit, and very cold as well. Could have been better designed.
