Pretty nice and clean place with nice gated playground on the side so the little kids can play without worrying to run accidentally in the street

It's Ok to go with children if you live close and do not want to move so far

The park is lovely there's a field with artificial grass for soccer, football, n baseball with a diamond n bases, there's 2 basketball courts with 8 hoops, there's a park with a swing set 6 seats, I don't see swing sets at every park, there's a track to walk around on, there's bleachers, there's 3 picnic tables & 3 water fountains. At the corner of Glendon Street & East Eagle Street there's about 5 seats n tables with checkerboards on them n a few benches, but there's a drug dealer who hangs there selling to kids that leave the park. People always sit on the bleachers drink, smoke, swear, urinate & make the kids walking by uncomfortable by making obscene gestures. Parking around the park tends to be a little dangerous when it comes to baseballs hitting cars, plus people speed down East Eagle Street & it's unacceptable, there's a park & a speed bum should be put up. The park has it's pros and cons like everything, so keep in mind what I said & you'll be fine.

Nice little park, only bad thing is that there are a lot of skunks running around because there is a lot of garbage in the area

Great place to bring the kids, watch a field game or play ball.

Good for cardio! You can round around and when the kids are gone from the park, I like to walk in it because there is a soft material on the surface for protection lol

Great little park! Almost re-finished. They are still working on it as of July 2014 but it's looking good. Basketball courts, baseball field with bleachers, lacrosse/soccer mini field set-up and a cool kids playground.

A beautiful place from which you can see the opposite bank of the river. The playground is nice and large. There is access to the rest of the harborwalk all the way down the side of the city and into the greenway and north end park. I could watch the cars on the many levels of the Zakim for hours. It's a really nice spot.
