Martin's Park

Park Playground

👍👍 Absolutely love this park. It's really cute, in a great location, well maintained, and entertaining. I like the landscape and how there are so many things to do for children. If I were a kid, I would always want to come back to this place, explore it, feed bunnies, and play with friends. I really... Absolutely love this park. It's really cute, in a great location, well maintained, and entertaining. I like the landscape and how there are so many things to do for children. If I were a kid, I would always want to come back to this place, explore it, feed bunnies, and play with friends. I really like how the park is by water but I do not like how the quality of it is sooo sooo poor. There's Children's museum next to the park, different shops 🛍, restaurants, King cinema (my favorite movies in Boston), and Greenway nearby.

If you’re in the Seaport area and you have little kids, this playground is a must! It has 2 parts - one half is a pirate ship and then walk over to the other half that has slides, a swing and a climbing structure. Then you can take a beautiful walk on the boardwalk along the water.

Great secluded park in the city for kids to run around and explore while still contained with gated fencing surrounding the perimeter. Lots of tree canopy for shade on hot summer days. Water bottle filling stations are a nice touch as well. Very closely located to the Boston Tea Party and Boston Children's museum.

Steps from the Yotel, hotel. City park with large walkways for everyone. Overlooks the Boston tea party museum. Plenty of seating, to people watch or enjoy the view. Get coffee at the Capital One Cafe on seaport - 2 min walk.

Really cool playground for the kids and adults. We had a blast playing with our son. Very unique and plenty of space for kids to run around and climb things (aka tire them out!)

This park is an absolute blast! The most obvious part of the park is that it looks like a ship sailing on the water, all of the water is spongy material with lots of climbing grips. Inside the boat is fine with knobs, windows and things kids want to touch. There is also a nice spray deck area for cooling off or getting soaked. Once we finally convince the girls to leave the ship area, we wanted to walk across the foot bridge hoping it would lead us to the children’s museum and instead we were delighted to find another area of the park, with equally amazing playground structures and we had fun finding the scavenger hunt animal statues. Next time we’re in the area, we will definitely go back and spend more time here having fun.

A good place to take your kids. While I was walking the Harbor Walk trail, I came across this small park where parents were playing with their children even after the park closed. The gate wasn't locked 🔒. Multi level, foam placed on the ground for playing. A different style of slide and jungle gym and a well maintained garden. My only issue was the litter 🚯. People need to respect property, whether private or public, and not leave a mess expecting someone else to clean it up! You may have to prepare your kids to see homeless people sleeping under the nearby bridge.

This playground kept both of my children running and exploring for more than 2 hours before they were ready to move on to the ring fountain down on the RK Greenway. What a great time, especially the misting fountains and the shaded slides. I took the time to explain to my 7 year and 8 year old children who Martin was, and they seemed to get it. My family is very grateful for this park, what a great day.

Really nice small park. Vast boardwalk, good view on the waterfront and the tea party museum. And there is a cool playground with a ship kids could climb.

This is a really unique and interesting park right beside the children’s museum. Definitely worth bringing the children here.

This is a very great park to bring kids to. The location is convenient for exploring the seaport. It is close to the children's museum and fire truck museum. There are plenty of walking paths and structures to climb on and play around. Great to visit on a sunny day!

We visited from out of town and loved this playground/park so much. Great structures for the kids to climb on, loved the black-top material of the structure (as opposed to mulch). Lots of shade surrounding the park from trees and such. Wish we had one where we live!

This place is great for kids, there are slides, a pirate ship, and even a splash park during summer. If you are around you won’t regret it.

Kids loved this park just as much as the Children's Museum next door (if not more) AND it was free. Several sections to keep the children busy for a couple hours.

Great place with a view. Also it's a playground hidden within a wooded water front area. Great for kids and a quiet place to sit and relax.

This figure-eight playground in the shadow of the Boston's Children's Museum, constructed in memory of a victim of the Boston Marathon bombing, makes a wonderful use of vertical space. My kid loves it. It's really great design, a fitting monument to Boston's love and resilience, and an expression of our community's fervent wish for peace.

Excellent park along the waterfront as part of a greenspace in front of the Boston Children's Museum. Great views of the city and lots of space including tables to picnic. At one end is an ice cream shop styled as a Hood milk bottle, the other end is the "entrance" to a shopping area along Sea Port Boulevard.

A beautiful riverside, and by the children's museum, park for kids. I love taking my kid there and she loved it too. The playground concept is wonderful. Highly recommended if you have kids.

Absolutely love this park. Decided in two Different spaces connected by a bridge. Tons of play opportunities, beautiful view of the city. A well done space with splash pad in the summer.

Amazing and beautifully designed playground and park. Something good from a horrible event. Lush, peaceful corner filled with trees and flowers for play and exploration amidst the towers and concrete of the Seaport.

A inclusive public playground where everyone could find something fun to do. In one section there are a sailboat, climbing hill, and water area (seasonal). In the other section you'll find a spider web swing, more climbing hill, a slide, and a giant geometric climbing structure. Sitting by the river/port, the view is soothing and relaxing. A great outdoor playground, especially during the pandemic when almost everything is closed.
