I
sat
at
the
bar
and
ordered
a
Chardonnay.
There
was
still
lip
makeup
on
my
empty
9oz
wine
cup.
I
pointed
it
out
to
the
bartender,
and
he
swapped
it
out.
I
ordered
the
Bayou
Chicken
Pasta
$20
[🔥
/
gf]
spicy
blackened
chicken,
sweet
corn,
jalapeño,
bacon,
tomatoes,
parmesan
cream
(sub
GF
pasta
+2)
at
18:20pm
(6:20p).
I
am
waiting
to
see
how
I
am
treated
further.
I
expect
subpar
treatment
from
young
egotistical
college
bartenders.
There
is
a
nice
mixture
of
people
so
far,
but
it
is
generally
empty,
and
I
am
here
by
myself.
18:33pm
Another
nice
server
came
and
delivered
my
bowl
of
food.
My
first
bite
was
subpar.
It
wasn't
as
hot
as
I
expected.
Not
a
lot
of
flavor
and
bland.
I
wanted
to
add
something
spicy
to
compensate
for
what
was
missing.
I
asked
the
bartender
if
I
could
have
Siracha
or
Buffalo
sauce.
He
brought
back
Mc.Ilhenny
Co
Tabasco
Pepper
Sauce.
He
said
it's
going
to
take
a
minute
to
get
the
Buffalo
and
Saracha
Sauce.
Buffalo
Sauce
so
far
seemed
to
work
well.
Sriracha
kinda
works
well
if
your
chicken
is
not
well
seasoned.
They
did
an
average
job.
Which
is
what
I
expect.
Buffalo
makes
the
most
sense
to
me.
So
far,
I
expect
these
2
wines,
Blackened
chicken
experience
to
be
a
$50
total,
including
tax.
They
had
trivia
nights
here,
but
I
wasn't
in
the
mood.
Foods
average.
Service
average.
Drinks
are
as
expected.
It's
social
but
a
setup
for
college
type
activities.
So
far,
my
unbiased
opinion
is
that
for
the
city,
they
are
doing
a
great
job.
1
male
and
2
-
3
female
servers.
Cheap
drinks.
Attracting
food
and
a
nice
dim
atmosphere.
Could
the
food
be
better,
yes!
But
4
of
5
people
can't
tell
the
difference.
Can
the
drinks
be
better?
No,
the
bartender
was
attentive,
but
service
was
sub-par.
I'm
not
excited
to
come
back,
especially
to
the
same
bartender.
