    Wow. Just, wow. I'm a brand new patient, and I just saw a NP last Friday. I thought everything was going really well, and she was really sweet, and I left thinking, "what an awesome place! I'm so glad I have a cool new PCP team!" Until the ball dropped. While meeting with the NP, she practically promised me that she could writer a prescription for medication. In fact, she told me it would be ready at my pharmacy by the end of day that day. Also, we had discussed several other medical concerns of mine, and she discussed referral options. Well, I come to find out on Monday now that while the NP said she could give me the prescription, it turns out that the PCP doesn't feel the same way, and now I have to go see a specialist and have the specialist prescribe me the medication. Um, maybe try getting on the same page?!?!?!?! Also, I checked myatriushealthonline patient portal site, and nothing we discussed on Friday is in there, not even the referral we talked about. So basically, she talked a good game and then didn't follow through. I've had to call the office twice now asking where is the information. Why am I having to beg for the information we discussed? Totally unprofessional!!! Why would I want to continue coming here when this is my experience as a new patient?

    Please do not go here if you have a choice. I’m a relatively new patient here and I’m currently trying to get worked up for a malignancy. I work in an oncology clinic and this clinic has no urgency for patients being worked up for cancer. I’ve had to call over 5 times since my visit yesterday to follow up on lab work and imaging and to try and get things moved up sooner for diagnostic purposes. I wasn’t even ordered for all of the standard blood tests like a basic metabolic panel. I’m disappointed as I’m extremely anxious and this clinic shows no support when your world turns upside down. Instead I just keep getting told they’ll take a message and then I never get a call back. Extremely stressful to deal with.

    The experience that I had with Dinah Super (nurse practitioner) was amazing. She will discuss any and all of your needs and never make you feel rushed. During the crazy covid time we live in, Dinah made me feel cared for and that my health was just as important as her own! I highly suggest Dinah.

    I called today after suffering for months & months, told them I would like to see a vein doctor.They said I had to see my primary first.$$$ that's what it is all about Not getting me out of pain my doctor knows I'm in chronic pain I mean pain no sleep!!! Needless to say I'm really thinking 🤔.I will be switching I'm not a little kid

    Our doctors are great. But the billing department is ruthless. Kristen calls and will harass us all times of the day no matter the day of the week. It starts to feel like this isnt for healthcare anymore

    I strongly recommend Andrea Forde Md , Annie Vong PhD , Robin nurse in internal medicine . They are very caring and take the time to get to know the person and what their needs are . Check in registration , lab , radiology and pharmacy all above expectations .

    Today to be seen for symptoms of strep throat, I was transferred to no more than 4 different people. All of them asked the same questions. No one could help me get an appointment. I understand that with Covid extra precautions are necessary. However, I’d highly recommend going elsewhere. They clearly don’t have a good triage system. After 45 minutes on the phone, I’m going to urgent care.

    Tenisha is really amazing at drawing blood! If your veins are hard to find she will find them on her first try. Very good experience.

    Highly don't recommend pediatrics. Manager and medical assistants don't care about anyone are very uncaring, will look at you like trash, and really disrespectful.

    I called to schedule an appointment with a PCP doctor because I had a very specific question health related that I needed an answer on… They changed that appointment to a nurse practitioner without asking me. So I ended up wasting my time driving to the appointment.

    We love the team at Harvard Vanguard Watertown pediatrics. We really miss them since having moved out of state. They were always so friendly. Dr. Deangelis was so patient and calm, did not come off judgmental. The nurses were always understanding about having a wiggly toddler. Messages were responded to in a timely manner through the online portal and same day or next day appointments were always available (granted usually at another Harvard Vanguard location on the weekends, but it was much better than having to go to an ER or wait several days). They also did such a great job with logistics for covid testing during the pandemic and were up to date with specialists. They would give us school forms before we even realized we needed school forms. Overall, a stellar experience and we wish we could take them with us.

    I've gone here off and on over the years (due to insurance) and they have consistently provided the best care and follow up I've experienced. Their staff, pharmacy and primary care providers (NP's Andrea & Dinah specifically) go above and beyond - highly recommend!

    I went to the lab for blood work and the technician was not friendly at all. She gave very short quick answers to my questions and pulled my right arm over to my left side rather than draw from the right side. Very not pleasant at all
