I don’t usually talk bad about places unless given a no choice but this hospital is among the worst I’ve ever been, a matter of fact the worst. Theses are recent photos of room 614s located on the 6th floor south wing where my uncle unfortunately past away simply because of improper care and hopefully we can all come together and put a end to this disgusting shameful place that is open to the public for health care. Health care that is supposed to be assessable to all.

My husband is in this hospital and they treat him and all of the other patients horrible especially floor 7 night shift. Very bad nurses. Trying to get him out of there asap and reporting them. These nurses do not care for their patients. Horrible place

I can’t state enough how mad this place is and the staff are terrible rude inconsiderate only do what they want and do not do anything more. Every time I’m in there they are just talking amongst themselves don’t do a dame thing. This is a state hospital so that means we as citizens pay there salary. I am going to report these people to the board to the bbb and see if channel 7 investigates will do a story on them. The people that work in the place should be ashamed of themselves last time I checked it’s called healthcare but there is no care in there here for the patients all they care about is collecting a paycheck. And they all tell you different things on the same subject matter. The state of Massachusetts should really look into and investigate this hospital I’m appalled at this place if they all lose there jobs then a job well done that would be if they have licenses they should be taken away to never practice again

I love the nurses and I have a great relationship with them. Totally understand where we all come from and help when we need it. For those who don't like it I'm sorry but maybe it's just not a place for someone who doesn't have an open mind. Cheers

If you are going to the methadone clinic they're called H CRC you had better be able to walk up stairs (three flights,) there's no handicapped accessibility other than if you come with someone and go down below where the Corrections Department brings prisoners, and it's still quite a walk. The campus police will stop you even if you have a handicapped placard, there are no handicap spaces- and they could care less if you are missing legs you are still not parking down there, they have no sympathy at all in the clinic does not have handicapped accessibility. So don't bother going unless you are in a ride of some kind if you are having trouble with Mobility

Many year's ago I was in desperate need of help. The Doctors and Nurses were a true blessings to me. They went above and beyond the call of duty for me!

This has got to be the worse hospital ever. They do not have good customer service. No kind of professionals. They do not respect or treat their patients or their family well. I would not recommend them. As a nurse, I was appalled by the treatment.

I called to make an appointment to visit my sister on Monday at 1 p.m. The person who answered my call was Lulu. She answered the call and didn't answer my questions but talked to other people. at the same time I felt that she was very rude. She doesn't speak English well. She's not nice and doesn't want to serve customers.

Not all the staff but majority of the staff are very ignorant and make you feel like they don't want to be here

I don’t like the place my father was passing and it toke them a hour two see him and on top the ppl all together suck sad but true .. and top it if the doctor wants a meeting so we go two a room and there is bed bugs .. don’t take care of the ppl are in there the nurse sucks

Staff and doctors are very good. Facilities are gross. Would never use the bathroom. Was put in a room with a homeless person and a guy that seemed crazy. Glad I'm out of there.

Great place for teeth fillings. 18 filled and one removed because I didn’t take good care of my teeth. But 8:00am for my surgery and I live in Acton Massachusetts so we had to get up at 5:00 am and drive to the location. Brrrr it was cold that morning. Putting me under for my surgery on my teeth. Good job to those doctors who took good care of me

The place is gross, but they have saved my life!!! and as far as convicts, i'm sure there's plenty undercover convicts where u live!!!!!!

This place is full of racism, ageism, classism and both implicit and explicit bias. This hospital run by the Department of Public Health a Massachusetts state hospital. It is clear that the management is in need of training regarding the above issues. The one ⭐️ is still too generous. Often management base their decisions on personal matters, staff complaints to their union representatives go unanswered. Many of the employees who are not nurses or doctors are often treated and spoken to disrespectful. Having trainings available online is not helpful for those who are not familiar with emails, or how to use the computer. In the past racism was very common in that hospital. Classism does exist it goes hand and hand with bias. Some treatment is based on your position and depending on who you know. Speaking out for your rights gets you label a trouble maker.

I had a fractured and displaced bone in my foot that required surgery from a basketball injury. I was worried about permanent damage because Essex County took over a month to get me there. The Ortho did an amazing job. I’m on my feet for 10+ hours a day at work lifting heavy glass and steel loaded aluminum window frames with no pain at all. This hospital is not what it used to be like. I would feel comfortable going here again.

The only people who come to this hospital are department of correction inmates or individuals with no health insurance. 0 out of 10 do not recommend

I was glad my mom got mad when I was moved to this hospital. This hospital was brutal. A male nurse said he did not know how I was able to do it while I was there. Meaning, take it. I don't know how I did it either. I was glad when my brothers showed up. When my brothers were leaving, a patient said to him, "Are you my lawyer?" Darius laughed, and said, "You should be glad I'm not your attorney." That made me laugh.

I work for a delivery service company. The front desk security was very helpful and nice. I was able to find the room easily and pick up the envelope I needed to deliver.

I worked at this facility for two years and the experience is like no other I’ve experienced before. I’ll break it down in simple terms. The hospital is very divided between administration and direct care staff. Administration has no interest in advocating for the employees that work on the floor and units whom provide direct care for the patients. They use intimidation tactics to discourage anyone from speaking up for themselves and supporting each other. Many employees want to speak up but are afraid of retaliation due to that being a very common thing in this hospital. The amount of sheer disrespect and lack of empathy for those that directly care for the patients is absolutely atrocious. If you are working under an agency it is even worse. You are treated as a second class citizen or like a tool that can easily be replaced. It is sickening the way people are treated here and it should honestly be shut down and start anew with new management. Let’s just say that the administration is much like the building itself….OLD AND OUTDATED. The only reason I'm giving this a star is because I can't post this.

I am deeply grateful to Advanced Hyperbaric Recovery of Marin for helping my child to get his health back. My son was extremely sick with Lyme disease and multiple co-infections. Different antibiotics were used for a period of several years and gave us little success. We consulted with physicians at Advanced Hyperbaric Recovery of Marin.

Such a great experience here this morning! Every single human being in this building was AMAZING! Thank you for making a scared mom feel so relaxed! FIVE STARS!!!!

Her passing went as smoothly as one could hope and I know a large part of it was due to the excellent care provided her by the wonderfully caring staff.
